Tony made our night at Villa Europa so fun! Great energy, super friendly, and just an all-around awesome server. Can't wait to come back!

My husband and I went here for our anniversary. We are so happy that we did. It wasn't our first time, and we always enjoy our food! The atmosphere is very quaint, but they could use a little makeover. The bar area is very nice. Our food was delicious as usual. I did try something new, and I was glad that I did. If you go, try the peach chicken! Our server was fantastic!!

    Escargot! Always delicious.

Yes, We have been here numerous times. This time we decided to try a couple of different things to eat. We made reservations as always. I would HIGHLY make recommendations. They were busier than I remembered. I received a very nice email from Villa Europa thanking us for our upcoming reservation. Nice touch. "We know you have a ton of choices when it comes to eating out,and we're so happy you picked us. Your friends at Villa Europa." We both had the Escargot Bourguignonne. The baguettes were soft and I got three. My husband got one. So easy fix there. We both got the dinner salads. Fresh and cold. Plates were cold and nice touch! My husband then got the French onion soup (delicious) and a side order of white Bratwurst for us to share. I tried the Villa Mixed Basket with fried mushrooms, fried poppers and fried cheese. I substituted the pepper poppers for mushrooms. Again a wonderful dinner at this restaurant. The ONLY reason - ONLY reason I give it a 4 is because occasionally a worker would come running through the restaurant, saying (almost yelling), "We are behind folks". He did this numerous times and I found it inappropriate and distracting. We thought they were behind in the kitchen. It wasn't until he came through and said "awe are holding our own" and the finally "We won, GA won!" Please this is just wrong to do in a restaurant like this. If a customer wants to know, they can either look on their phones or ask the person to quietly let them know. That took a romantic dinner with my husband away. Now with that said, overall a "usually" quiet and wonderful restaurant. So I would still recommend coming to here. Just make your reservations! Come support this wonderful restaurant! https://www.wfxg.com/story/49639525/longtime-south-augusta-restaurant-villa-europa-not-closing-hopes-to-move

They kindly moved us to a larger table (for a party of four). Server helpful in explaining the menu. German, Italian and American choices.enjoyed the mixed German salad. The appetizer of mixed fried mushrooms cheese and peppers was served hot but nothing special. I ordered the special of the day, chicken pot pie for my entree The pastry was light and crispy. The sauce filling was good. The vegetables were crunchy. The service was excellent. The trout stuffed with crab was good

I came here with my family on a quiet Sunday night for dinner. It wasn't very busy so we had great service from the hostess, waitress, and bartender. This restaurant serves German, Italian, and American options. My party stuck with mostly German options as that seemed to be this restaurant's forte. We picked most of the special items. I personally got the schnitzel caprese which I am guessing was an attempt at German/ Italian fusion. I didn't really get any hint of the Italian but the schnitzel was good and the fries were awesome! The duck was ordered out of curiosity and turned out to be really good. The only qualm I had was the crab stuffed mushrooms. I felt like the crab tasted too fishy like it might have been kind of old. It was a bad start to the meal but the rest of the night/meal really made up for it!

5 stars from me! Delicious German, Italian, and American cuisine! Portions are large and come piping hot! Didn't get a single thing we didn't like. All of the staff were friendly and service was prompt. It has a dimly lit atmosphere with decor reminiscent of a German restaurant. Very cool spot to check out if you haven't been!

Born in Germany, I was raised on schnitzel, and Villa Europa brings all the traditional charm and flavors of Deutschland. The schnitzel is tender and the potato salad fragrant with vinegar. The spaetzle is not to my liking, but I make it from scratch, myself, and theirs is clearly manufactured. Otherwise, it is a wonderful place to visit.

This was my first time here and we came as a group for lunch. I called the day before to reserve a table. The inside was cute and looked like you stepped through into Germany when you walked through the door. The bread they serve when you sit down was delicious! They give you a dark eye and a white bread and it's hot when it comes out. I was a little underwhelmed by the menu. I didn't see a lot of the dishes I thought I would. I ordered a mixed German salad. I was not a fan of the beets. I decided to try the sauerbraten with spaetzle. The been was a bit chewy. The sauce was good. The spaetzle seemed a little over cooked. I would probably try it again because a few of their other dishes looked way better. I definitely wouldn't get what I ordered again.

If you've never had authentic Northeast-style pizza, or if you're from up north and have been craving a real slice of home, you owe it to yourself to give Antonio's Italian Eatery a try. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. We were seated quickly, our server was friendly, and everything about the experience made us feel at home. The décor even reminded me of the neighborhood pizzerias I grew up with in Connecticut. The best part? My mom, my dad, and my son all agreed this was the best meal we've had since moving here. That's about as high a compliment as I can give. Antonio's has officially become our go-to spot, and I know we'll be back often. Our servers were delightful, but service for tonight's event was sluggish at times. Course 1 Parmesean Pistachio Arugula Salad with Burrata paired with Josh Cellars Procecco I don't know what went wrong with this salad; it was HEAVILY salted and inedible to most at our table. I had to abandon the salad, but the procecco was delightful and everyone LOVED the mini bomb pop! We arrived around 9 PM, and despite the weather, there were still a few larger parties dining, though the restaurant was far from crowded. Right from the start, the hospitality stood out. The hostess graciously welcomed us and offered complimentary wine samples while we waited. My husband sampled a white wine while I tried a red. Neither was particularly memorable, but the gesture was appreciated and set a welcoming tone for the evening. Of course, we couldn't resist ordering our favorite cocktail, the Prickly Pear Margarita. As always, it was absolutely delicious. If you've never tried one, do yourself a favor and order it. It's one of the best specialty margaritas around. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and genuinely pleasant throughout the meal. For dinner, I kept it light with an entrée Caesar salad, my husband ordered the Chicken Marsala, and our son chose the Shrimp and Scallop Linguine Alla Vodka. Every dish was prepared well, flavorful, and exactly what we've come to expect from Carrabba's over the years. While the food was very good, the service was truly exceptional. I've always received solid service at Carrabba's, but this visit was on another level. Every interaction felt genuine, attentive, and customer focused without ever being intrusive. With so many dining options along Washington Road, choosing where to eat can be a challenge.
