    My husband and I had an OUTSTANDING experience at Enterprise Car Sales! Perla Castillo warmly greeted us. She went above and beyond to get us an amazing deal on a car that fit our needs and budget. I was most impressed with how they worked with us to secure a minimal down payment, which made the process so much more manageable!! The customer service was top-notch-- every person I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping my husband and I. Communication was excellent the whole time! Perla kept us informed every step of the way, promptly answered all our questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the process. What really stood out was their follow-up and response time. Even after I drove off the lot, Perla and Craig, the Area Manager with Enterprise Car Sales Orange checked in to make sure everything was going well and that we were happy with our purchase!     I had the absolute BEST experience purchasing a vehicle from Enterprise Car Sales in Orange! I haven't bought a new vehicle in 10+ years, so I was NERVOUS about it. Erik put all of my nerves to rest from the moment he greeted me. He was friendly and informative throughout the whole entire process -- from the test drive all the way through to signing the paperwork. He was also incredibly efficient and respectful of my time. I was not trapped there for hours on end. It's incredible to me that I was able to browse their inventory in the morning, schedule a same day test drive for that afternoon, and drive away in my new vehicle shortly after. Love my new whip and truly cannot recommend them enough!

    Today my fiancé and I bought a car at the Enterprise Car Sales in Orange, CA. The sales consultant that helped us, Perla was beyond helpful and friendly.     If you want a used car, I would recommend this location and ask for Nick! First time buyer here and will probably never go back to dealerships for any used cars. Honest, reasonable and spent less hours here than at a dealership.

One of those texts came from Jay at Car Trackers, and thank goodness it did. I was at my son's jiu-jitsu class when he contacted me, and I stepped outside expecting another lowball offer. Instead, we talked for almost 30 minutes, connected instantly, and he told me confidently that he could beat everyone's offer. I sent him photos the next day, and within 45 minutes he called back saying he could get me exactly what I wanted. I researched the company (they even have a TikTok!) and was impressed, so we moved forward. I met Jay at their Anaheim office, filled out one DMV form, and within 15 minutes, the money was in my account. Smoothest transaction ever. No stress, no games, no back-and-forth. Jay's customer service was outstanding. He understood that I needed to sell my car quickly so I could head straight to the dealership to pick up our new one, and he made it happen without any hassle. Between markups, forced dealer accessories, and waitlists, I expected the process to be frustrating. Instead, David Blumenthal completely changed my perception. I had been speaking with David since November 2025, and throughout the entire process David was transparent, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Most importantly, David committed to getting me the vehicle at true MSRP with no markup and no forced dealer-added accessories - and he actually honored it! All just to get me back from a decade-long affair away from Toyota due to previous negative dealership sales tactics. David even arranged a dealership-swap so I could get the exact color and port-installed options I wanted, which honestly made the car feel custom ordered despite Toyota's allocation system. When the vehicle was finally on the way from port to the dealership, David handed me off to Luis Solares, and I was genuinely impressed by how smooth the transition was. Luis was friendly, responsive, low-pressure, and extremely accommodating throughout the final steps of the process. Luis protected the vehicle so I could be the first person to drive it after returning from a family trip, kept me updated constantly through text/email, and made the final sales experience feel personal instead of transactional. Honestly, I did not expect the whole process up until this point to be as smooth as it was. No tricks! Even during the overly-long finance-manager wait and endless document process, Luis was outside making sure the vehicle was cleaned, charged, fueled, and ready to go. The next day, Luis even coordinated getting my charging cable back to me after I accidentally left it behind. At the end of the day, I got one of the first Woodland PHEVs in the area at EXACTLY MSRP (plus normal taxes and fees, duh!) - no games, no pressure, and no surprises. If you know anything about the RAV4 market over the past several years, you know how rare that is.
