This is my go to weekday work space. It's a nice little spot, actually the second location of the cafe series. The other one is only a block away. I like this place because they have coffee in the morning and early afternoon, and then they close for a couple hours. Reopening for evening time with the addition of hookah. The location is great for east village locals. Just a walk away from the bars and a lot of apartments and condos in the area. The service is really good. It's usually annoying trying to get new coals, but the guy who I think was the owner, was really on top of making sure the hookah was going smoothly. I haven't tried the coffee,(not really a coffee drinker) but I hear it's really good. They have a bathroom in the back that's clean. The new decor and the chill customer base makes for a nice spot to pull out the laptop and get some stuff done. Unlike some of the other hookah lounges close by that blast music, I can actually hear the conferences that I have to be in. There are couches all around for comfy seating. Good job. We got Turkish coffee, i got an ice vanilla flavored latte and a vegan sandwich. My latte was delicious, for the amount they gave me for the price, very worth it and it was so good.
