I dropped off a sweater for dry cleaning and a jacket for a zipper fix on December 8th. When I dropped off my items I paid beforehand. Upon walking out I'm looking at the receipt and realize a basic sweater for dry cleaning was 14.00! Which is extremely pricy compared to other cleaners around San Diego. Mind you, there are no prices listed inside which is pretty sketchy. The employee told me pick up for the sweater would be about a week and the jacket would be a week and a half. Understandable. December 13th I receive a text saying pieces fell off of my sweater, but they can either glue or sew them back on, and they were blaming the manufacturer for the quality of the sweater. This sweater was well over $60 and has great reviews none of which mentioned anything falling off. Odd that when I follow instructions for cleaning there's an issue? I ask how much it would cost for them to sew the pieces back on, they say under $20. Weeks go by without a mention of the jacket I dropped off (if it's finished or not) or my sweater. The holidays come and go, and on January 4th (almost a month later!) I call because I haven't heard anything from the business. They said they will check in with their alterations and let me know. On Jan 7th, I finally hear back and the employee says the sweater will be dropped off the next day. Dropped off from where? They take your clothing and drop it off at some random ladies house to get altered. Never heard of a dry cleaners doing this. Anyways, when the weekend passes I stop in to grab my items. The employee (same one I've been interacting with each time) asks me to pay the initial price, even though I already have a receipt that I paid! She then is going through her notes even though I have a receipt transaction number and goes "here it is", she hands me a new bill for $30 for fixing my sweater, even though she said it would be under $20. She said her alterations person claimed it was "a lot of work" and "took a long time". How is this the customers fault when you GAVE me a quote??? There clearly is no communication between the cleaners and this random alteration person. All in all, to get my sweater cleaned it would cost $44. The employee eventually sad she would eat the $10 to bring it down to $20 (their original quote). Complete rip off. I believe it was their outdated equipment and lack of care that cost my sweater to lose some pieces. Terrible customer service and I will never return. Will be telling everyone in Ramona don't go here! read more

Excellent service from a green dry cleaning service. The quality of their work, and the value make this my go to cleaners. Plus I no longer need to drive to Poway. Also, unlike other dry cleaners, they use text messaging to let you know when your order is ready topick up, which is very convenient! read more

This place is under new management as of April 2024. AMAZING customer service and quality dry cleaning I received recently from here. I brought in a suit & six shirts to be dry cleaned. I received a text message that included pictures of the suit that I dropped off with moth holes in it, that I did not notice since I had just taken it out of storage recently, asking me if I still wanted the items to be dry cleaned or not. Talk about transparency. My other items I picked up were beautifully done and neatly wrapped up. I definitely will be using this place as my go to for dry cleaning. Stay away from this place. Plenty of cleaners with good business sense around. See below So I drop off two inexpensive jackets and the gentleman takes them in and raises the price per jacket from $7.50 to 8.50 on scene. I agreed and chalked it up to inflation. Two days later a woman calls me and says the price quoted is wrong . They want to now charge $18.50 per jacket . So $10.00 per jacket more than quoted .... A third price change. Inflation I understand. Predatory Price gauging I do not appreciate. I picked up my items and took them down to Main Street. $7.25 per item. read more

I leave two stars because the staff is nice. Other than that unfortunately I have not had a good experience here. Turned in one uniform shirt for very minor alterations. They told me it was a week turn around, which seems quite a bit long for a one inch alteration, but I wasn't in a rush so it wasn't a problem. I return to pick up my item on the date and time printed on my receipt. They not only did not have my shirt returned and done. But they hadn't even started it yet. The lady working the front began arguing with the seamstress in front of me on the phone. She told me that the seamstress did not understand how to make the 1 inch alteration. The lady at the front then suggested that I leave the business and drive to the seamstress' house to get fitted and start the alterations, even though I had done it a week before at the business?? Very confusing. I still don't have my uniform back as I write this. Maybe good for dry cleaning, but definitely go elsewhere for your alterations. read more

I had been using a cleaners in San Diego since the ramona dry cleaners closed on main st as I was working down the hill for several years . now I'm a remote worker and was conflicted about where the heck I was going to find another good and convenient dry cleaners. I didn't even know about the dry cleaners in the Estates until I started looking for one closer to home. I am very happy that I found a green dry cleaners relatively close to where I live and they were very friendly. Their prices were reasonable and they did a good job on my alterations. I love that they text you when they're done. from the other reviews, I see that these are new owners. I want to congratulate them on their new business and hope that they are extremely successful. This is the second time I went here and my clothes were not going to be ready for over a week. It is thanksgiving tomorrow but it was only a shirt and pant. I would have actually waited on the pant. It is my military uniform too I need for Weds. The gentleman helping me was trying to accommodate but the Lady in the back started being rude just like last time .. This used to be my go to cleaners for all my clothes now I only go if I absolutely have to.. just goes to prove no one ever wants to go the extra yard. Had a new pair of mens pants hemmed they charged $15.00. When I picked them up the pant were wadded up on a plastic bag very wrinkled and the hem was not pressed. Had two more to have hemmed won't be here. Expensive for lazy sloppy work. read more

I have taken six articles of clothing to be altered at this establishment. They have done a fine job with my alterations. My complaint is with the employees at the front register. They NEVER smile or greet you. In fact, I feel every time I go in it seems like an inconvenience for them to help me. I walk in and say, "Hello", and they don't even answer. I pick up the merchandise and say , "Thank you" and they do not respond. They need some instructions on being polite and friendly, part of good customer service. read more
