I regret to say my experience with Gary Yeomans Ford and Sales Manager Zach Rager was deeply disappointing. I came in with high expectations, but unfortunately, I felt misled and taken advantage of during the whole process. The transparency I expected was absent, and I encountered issues that were either not disclosed or poorly communicated. I closed a deal for a 2023 Toyota Tacoma, I thought was getting a good deal because believing every word and that the tire package for 5 years, maintenance package was included for free. Not TRUE at all! Then they gave my information completely wrong to Santander. This left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. Trust is a cornerstone of any business relationship, and sadly, trust is broken here. I hope Gary Yeomans Ford and Sales Manager Zach Rager take this feedback seriously and work to improve their practices to ensure future customers are treated with honesty and respect. I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience. I would recommend looking for somewhere else to do business. No one deserves this to happen to them. If their own sister company down the street Ford stated, "They screwed you over with the deal!" Ford down the street wanted to help but their sister company couldn't do anything that vehicle has the highest miles of any Toyota for that year and the price they sold to you for $51K too much vehicle is only worth $27 to $30k the maximum. Wow imagine that I can't even trade it anywhere I have tried multiple dealers, even tried refinancing it to make payment as of date. I got approved with Suncoast and the cant even refinance it either. All I am asking was to pay the late fee and put me up to date with payments because of the wrong information. So, I can pay regularly on time inside of play catch up where I won't be able to catch up. Or take the truck back and they can keep it or buy from Santander and find me another bank and this time give me the right information. I believe that wasn't hard to ask. I even called Ford asking for information to be able to help Santander find me. He stated by financing he doesn't have a way of doing that and when I called Santander, they couldn't do anything until they received my information. I even talk to Santander about putting payments towards the end which are unable too. So, how hard is it for the dealership to put my payments up to the current date? You made the error of giving my information wrong to the bank? I don't believe I am asking much. I went into the dealership to talk to see if they could help fix their mistake. The gentlemen stated he will talk about getting this fixed. I said do that, talk to your supervisor, the owner, and Santander. Then the next day I went, it was afternoon around 2pm to see what he was able to do he said try calling Santander left message yesterday, no answer. I thought really, I can get through. Okay how about today? Okay, knowing the situation and I'm supposed to be a valuable and important customer as well knowing what happened you can't take a moment to make calls and get this taken care of as soon as possible. It seemed not so much. So, I said why don't we try to call them now together. Even on the phone with Santander it was no use because I saw the Sales Manager literally making one excuse after another, I don't see you trying to resolve anything. I told him I believe they should fix it, pay it and put me up to date not fair at all. Like I say I was brushed under the rug, sold the vehicle and now I'm not important at all anymore. Especially when they make mistakes with errors and can't even fix them. What is very sad but true is that when a dealership only treats you as a dollar sign and doesn't care about fixing problems they make and effects the client, it can be demoralizing. read more

Came in this morning to order a truck cover, mats, and custom visor. Iwas waiting for about 11 minutes for the service man to get off the phone of ordering parts from what I could here . Then another guy brings this lady in from the tire shop and instructs her to talk to this gentleman and they proceed to literally stand right in front of me and nobody acknowledges that I've been waiting there. There were also people standing behind the desk that never acknowledge if I need help, could I help you, are you waiting on something, Etc. Worst customer service ever. Almost had the vibe of entitlement. I went to another Ford dealership and purchased everything I needed in Ocala. Totally different experience. read more

I went in for a transponder key for my F-150....key cut only, not programming. I arrived at 4:40. At 4:48, I was told the techs were on their way out; that they usually leave before that. They were very nice about telling me that I would get no service at the Service Department. read more

We are on the trailer cross country trip had a slow start issue with our tow vehicle. Called village Ford , and received great response. Pulled into the service department spoke to J. I had to book the appointment the next day and dead. Came in at 7:30 was out by 830 with a brand new battery. No issues, great attitude bye everyone I met. read more

If you own a Ford or your wanting to buy one I would not recommend this place. Customer service is the worst all but Kevin he's good the others need to find a different profession. This place is awful and if you still choose to buy from them don't bother with the extra insurance the (premium) it doesn't cover much a waste of money. Last week we bought a new F150 Lariat from this dealership. Our sales rep, Bryan Canterbury was the best. He went back and forth with his manager to secure us the best trade in and best price. My husband is a retired businessman who doesn't take lightly to the fact of anyone trying to dupe him. I guess the manager felt that we were taking up to much of Bryan's time because I heard him tell Bryan that he needed to "wrap up this deal". It's not like they were busy as we were the only one's buying a vehicle at the time. After having to return the next day to pick up our vehicle, Bryan again was very helpful in making sure everything was in order. Never once did the manager ever say thanks or congrats on your purchase. I guess he was to busy sitting in his office with three other salespersons to be bothered! Just had the typical auto dealer bait and switch. Web site offers a "internet price". And then when I attempted to purchase the truck for that amount I was informed that price was for Military vets only and that I should have read the fine print. Now what does "internet price" promotion have to with being a retired vet? At best this is bad deceptive advertising. They are probably the worst dealer to consider as an option when purchasing new or used fords . ( probably because they haven't been open that long )otherwise I really don't know . But I've tried to purchase a car there twice now , and had the opportunity to work with that same " cookie cutter sales guy " everyone expects when shopping for a car . By the way his name was "Shane " . A fella who looks like he spends more time in the gym than at work . And tattoos all over his arms and a bald head . Not your typical sales rep more of a security guy I would imagine .... however in any case I attempted to come to a head on a fusion the first visit and a Taurus the second visit ... first visit didn't even make it to the finance office the trade in value on my car was low-balled and not- negotiable , second time they tried to jack my interest up and lie to me the entire time of trying to make a deal .... the first lie was the sales guy Shane telling me I was approved by Ford for a deal , when fomoco had in all actuality declined my request for finance to due lack of credit history ... among a ton of other small deceptive lies I am glad I walked out and will never return or advise anyone make the trip the elder Ford in Tampa fl it will be worth your while .. the back cars with a limited LIFETIME warranty ... !! Had an awesome experience here. We're from out of state and were just a few days from leaving to drive home when our F-350 headlamps quit working. Checked all fuses, etc., but nothing helped. Called Village Ford and explained our situation to the woman who does the scheduling; she said to bring it in and they would see if they could help. From that phone call on Monday morning to picking up the truck on Thursday (due to a switch needing to be ordered), every step of the process went smoothly. As if that weren't enough, everything was priced very fairly; even being from out of state, we did not feel a bit taken advantage of. We would especially like to recognize Chase Reece, the Quick Lane Advisor, who was the very definition of professional every step of the way. read more

I have been very impressed with Village Fords service department. I deal With Jay, who is a great service writer/adviser. I've had a few minor problems with my Lincoln Navigator that the service dept. easily repaired, and I always felt the the charges to service my vehicles was very fair. Used Car Buyers BEWARE they take advantage of the elderly. They just took my 84 year old mom for a bad ride...after she had an accident where her car was totaled, was not thinking clearly, is not local to her family and needed a car. She went to see her "friends" at Village Ford. They proceeded to sell her a 2011 Ford Taurus with 59000 miles, can you believe this, $16, 689.00 plus $599.00 for predelivery service charges, Plus an additional 299.00 for exterior only protection. After taxes and title...a whopping $19,086.00 balance on delivery. The high retail price for this car, same mileage is $11,000.00. Shame on you Mr. salesman. read more

Usually when I go in to have my Escape serviced at quick lane, the customer service personnel are very pleasant and receptive. On my last visit there were 2 gentlemen in the quick lane waiting area and they were quite busy. However, I felt like I was a non-person for the way I was addressed and treated. They had their faces down or looking at computer screen, did not recognize me until after they had spoken to each other a few times and then I got "Yes, may I help you?" with no smile, just a dead-pan expression showing no interest, just waiting for me to state my reason for my visit. He filled out the form, and then told me OK we will take care of it. So, I sat down to wait. It was not long of a wait, but still no enthusiasm at all. Said my car was ready. :-( Maybe next time they will be nicer, I hope. read more

Today I went to get a "quick lane" oil change and tire rotation, @ 145p I called prior to going at the Village Ford and Chase was not so customer friendly when I asked "aprox wait time" for the "quick" oil change? Chase, after a rather awkward pause, state "around 45 minutes"..... I said thank you and headed that way.. Great, right? WELL hold the POST Peter Parker... I arrived a few minutes after 2pm.... I walked up to the young man at desk, which turned out to be "Chase". I said I'd like to have a quick oil change and I was happy to see 4 customers in the waiting area, and 4 vehicles up or in the bay area, which meant I am number 5. I gave Chase my keys and sat to watch Street Outlaws on the TV and as the waiting roomed emptied and then refilled behind my arrival, I knew by my watch I should be almost ready since 35 minutes had expired already...I'd expect to leaving in 20 minutes at the longest?...NOPE...went out and noticed that my car was not even moved.... yet how could that be since I should BE ALMOST DONE....waited a short while to see if they would even go to my car to start........ guess what?? NOPE still there.... I am so disappointed in THE VILLAGES FORD SERVICE customer IGNORANCE...I went back in and expressed my disappointment to chase and requested my car as I had other obligations to finish before 4pm ..No big deal was the body language I got off of Chase..he said...I'll get it" and left. Chase wasn't even going to say "sorry for the long wait or anything to me after getting my car for me to leave , except that, the original sales man who just happened to see me and was being courteous and asking how I have been, was standing beside me. I can not express the feeling of being treated like I or my time was not important by this young man..if not for my great salesman, who did express to me his apologies for this unusual long wait....Chase would not have either....but did so after I was walking away....he is NOT a service related employee and maybe he'd be better off in a different area... would make your reputation better.
