    Lil side Greek Salad
    Greg D.

Finally stoped in to try this lil hidden Greek spot !!! I mean I'm always flying down yellow Stone & I never saw this spot but often smelled good food cooking from their exhaust .... Real nice & clean Lil restaurant with just enough seating & yes they have AC !!! It was very comfortable in there !!! I was greeted with a friendly smile and a warm welcoming.... I ordered the beef & lamb gyro plate with fresh cut fries with feta !!! Delish !!! The meat was moist n tender !!! The Lil Greek side salad was on point as well !!! Really enjoyed my meal .... I will definitely be back with my wife & daughter to explore their menu !!! I would have given them a 3.5 stars but as we all know with yelp no half's .... lol I hope to up their star rating after eating there a few more times ..... Thanks, Greg D.

Just look at this "fish and chips" c'Mon...

This was their fresh fish and chips, frozen fries taste better than this. Must've been refried and a week old..

Chicken souvlaki platter is our pick here. Very tasty, still juicy and a filling meal with the greek salad, pita and a choice of side. Gyro meats were a bit dry. Salad was less fresh on the second time we ordered.

My family's recently started visiting this restaurant this year and the falafel is absolutely the best we've had in NYC. This establishment is a solid 5 stars in every respect. One of the best secrets in NYC.

What a great neighborhood spot! Went for dinner on a Friday night and the place was pretty empty. Think they do more takeout since its a super residential area. Very relaxed and casual atmosphere with a few tables. Friendly service which is always a plus. We were really pleased with the prices, taste and portions! We ordered the pork gyro platter and chicken souvlaki platter. Both come with a choice of side, hot pita bread, delicious tzatziki sauce and small salad. The salad was just the right amount before our main dish. The platters were a good size and we were able to finish it without hurting! Very fresh food. I wasn't too crazy about the pork because some pieces were fatty and it was more chunks versus sliced pieces. The grilled vegetables were good and had a variety of zucchini and mushrooms. My favorite was the pita bread and tzatziki sauce - so delicious! The rice and chicken was good too. We ordered dessert because we wanted to try it and it was a nice, big slice to share. It's not as crunchy from other baklava we've had but the filling was really good. Very nutty and hearty - good savory taste. I love the prices here, good food, nice people and calm environment. Would definitely come back.

DELICIOUS Chicken soup, Chicken gyro, falafel with lemon potatoes and grilled veggies.

I'm sorry to see this place is gone. Their Souvlaki and lemon potato were delicious and their beer was served in a frosty mug.

I went on a quiet Tuesday and basically had the place to myself. They even showed me around the back, which was pretty cool and made me appreciate the operation even more. I tried the lemon stuffed cabbage because I wanted something besides the usual gyro. Remember to always eat your vegetables! The decor is great for a date, great lighting. I found plenty of street parking. It is a place that clearly cares about what they serve.

Came with some friends for lunch. We all got various combinations of the mixed plate and an order of fried calamari. The calamari was lightly breaded in a flaky batter that brought out the flavors of the squid. Cooked to perfection it was tender, not chewy. As for the mixed platters, we had lamb gyro and the souvlakis as well as the lemon potatoes and fries. The lemon potatoes were perfectly seasoned and had a nice tartness to each bite. The lamb gyro was tender. The chicken souvlaki being moist and flavorful is the barometer for the level of detail that goes into every plate served.
