They are also a small boutique, but I didn't shop. (The selection is fairly small.) My review is based on the grooming. The space is neat and organized. It smells good inside. The staff is friendly. There are lots of add-ons: I chose specialty cut & the details (teeth brushing, nail filing) which did Drive up the price. ($45 became $71) I will probably not do the extra details every time, but I do love that it only took 1.5 hours vs 3 or more at other places. This also means that they conditioned and brushed out her legs instead of shaving them for her schnauzer cut. My dog was tired but happy when I picked her up... and very proud of herself! Some things to keep in mind: Wednesday is their only long day and the latest grooming appt is 5pm. I booked my next one two months in advance. Tips are cash or check only! Setting up an appointment was easy, pricing was decent - can't complain seeing how they come right to our house which was stress free for us and our boys. Augustine was AMAZING! Explained everything to us, met our dogs and everything went about more smoothly than we expected seeing how our boys aren't the friendliest with new people .. but I think they made a new best friend!! We started taking him to Kaitlyn a few years ago, and it's one of the best decisions we've made. She always returns him in beautiful condition, looking so handsome and smelling great. She treats him with the utmost care, as if he were her own, and she always does an excellent job with his lion cut. Before finding The Grooming Box, we had tried another mobile groomer at a comparable price point, and even with two people in the van working on him, the results weren't nearly as good. The difference in quality and detail with Kaitlyn is night and day. I've recommended The Grooming Box to friends and co-workers in the area, and everyone has had wonderful experiences with nothing but positive things to say about Kaitlyn and the other groomers. Quick 15 min hello around other dogs. They were thorough in their analysis of my dog, and his attitude, and recommended a Saturday daycare to ease him into a new place. The staff also stressed getting vaccine data and keeping it up to date before even letting my pup go into any room with other dogs, which I thoroughly appreciated. Since that first visit, we've had no issues with pick up or drop off. You have to pre-book your dog for day care or boarding via their app, and they book up fast. They offer grooming too but last I checked, they didn't have a full time groomer. They likely do now, so just ask. Now the dog part: My dog has been coming here for the past month and LOVES IT. He's always been calm in the car, but when I pull up to the lot, and put the car in park, he's out of his seat and pawing at the door to get inside the building! He leaves the day care excited from a day of play, and proceeds to crash on the couch once he's home. Best part is that he doesn't come back smelly or gross, even after a long day! My Lucky Dog has become his favorite day care! We love it here and are excited to keep coming back!

She is a high energy husky and really needs to burn through that energy during the week. The staff is beyond excited and friendly when we drop her off. They also allow us to bring her frozen kong for her to enjoy during nap time since she isn't much of a sleeper when she's excited. Overall, I feel confident and safe leaving our fur baby with them. They truly allow her to be herself and she has a blast going here.
