Today, 9/15/2022 @ 07:14 pm, I received a return call from Paul the supervisor of Villara building systems. I was surprised receiving the call after office hours, considering their office was already closed for the day. Paul, guided me & assisted me with the issue I have regarding our home A/C. I told Paul the problem I'm having with the A/C & he immediately diagnosed & told me what to do in fixing the problem. With Paul knowledge & expertise, in less than 20 minutes tops, the problem we have been facing for the last several days were solved & the issue of our A/C is gone. We have been very fortunate, that the AC/HVAC systems when our house was built several years ago was installed by Paul's company "The Villara Building Systems." Villara employees, like Paul, Mustafa Nawrooz & all the rest of the professional staff are extremely helpful in assisting us with the AC/HVAC especially during this heatwave crisis. My family & I have a peace of mind, knowing that the company like Villara are here ready to help, troubleshoot the problem in an expeditious way. I am writing to give a five-star review to one of Villara's technicians. On Thursday, June 23, Jose (did not catch his last name) serviced our HVAC system. First of all, he gave us a 20-minute courtesy call before arriving (which is awesome when you're given a 3-hour window). He arrived with a huge smile on his face and was eager to provide excellent customer service and solutions. As he walked through our house, he explained the "hows" and "whys" of things so that I could better understand what was going on. And, the best part - he had the parts he needed to fix the appliance in his service van. He was literally our superhero by being able to replace our EcoBee Panel and blown air conditioning fuse on the spot. Lastly, as he wrapped up, he gave me additional advice regarding plumbing, and other tips on general house maintenance. Then he informed me of Villara's service plans, which my husband and I will be purchasing this week. Jose was simply a stand-out technician. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a home repair. He excelled in all areas: communication, friendliness, service and support, and sales. Villara Building Systems is great, especially their technician Aurelio. He came out when it was 110 degrees outside and 85 inside our home. He kept me up to date on his ETA time prior to his arrival and once he got to our home to check on our AC system, he was able to diagnose our system, to figure out what the issue was. He even made sure to cover his work boots with shoe covers while inside our home. He then explained to me what the process is called and what it entails and when I should have it serviced to make repairs, but not without making sure we had coolant. Aurelio left me with cool air and an understanding that if I have any other issues with the system that I could just reach out to the company and they'd send someone right out. He even explained the yearly memeber services that they have to offer. We will definitely be using and suggesting Villara Building Systems to our friends and family! read more

I am immensely grateful for the expertise of technician Daniel Renteria. We faced a challenging situation where two of our rooms were not receiving adequate heat, despite previous visits from two other technicians who were unable to resolve the issue. Their advice, which included keeping doors open and attributing the problem to the rooms' roadside location, did not provide a satisfactory solution. However, Daniel Renteria identified the root cause of the problem swiftly and remedied it efficiently. Additionally, while I was taking care of a neighbor's house, they encountered a similar heating issue. Despite multiple visits from other technicians, a lasting solution was elusive. Yet, when Daniel Renteria was called upon, he successfully provided a permanent fix. His skill and ability to resolve such issues where others could not is highly appreciated. read more

My experience with villara was very poor, twice I scheduled for appointments, took time off work and was canceled on the first scheduled appointment, and on the second appointment, the servi e mechanism came out to do the service, and was rushing me to sign his computer, and I said hold on, what services am I receiving for 139.00 , I understood 89.00 for my tune up on my AC System, I told him to give me five minutes, and he replied I don't have the time, and left me in my garage, after I moved all kinds of boxes and Christmas totes out of the way, I give villara hearing and cooling a 2 star rating for poor service, and rude technicians, especially a tech by the name of Adan Nunez, who should be fired, but will more likely show up at your door one day . AC went out during one of the hottest weeks in Sacramento history. Naturally. Villara was able to schedule an appointment, trouble shoot and then repair the system within a matter of 4 hours - from call to request an appointment to repairs complete. Mustafa and Zaki were well put-together, polite, professional, and explained a variety of factors regarding the overall operating systems with so much patience and clearly a wealth of knowledge of the systems. They even took time to ask if there were any other questions or concerns I had that they could help me out with, before the appointment was over. We called Villara to help fix the heater that was not turning on in one zone (was working fine in other zones). I had done my diligence and verified that thermostat was working fine and wiring looked good. Villara was suggested to us by other members in my community. Eduardo from Villara showed up the designated appointment time and was a thorough professional. Identified the issue and fixed it with in 20 mins. A missing jumper in the wiring (possibly had fallen off perhaps from the circuit. Would recommend Villara, especially Eduardo to others. read more

Purchased a new home in 2020 and builder (CARESCO BUILDER/SEDONA AT SUNDANCE) during final walkthrough told us we only had to replace the air filter in our master bedroom. Our heater stopped working and our service technician Eduardo told us we had an additional filter a main filter for both our heating and air. Because we were not informed of this filter in the 2+ year we have been in this home. Over $900 in repairs and service to the heater it's working. Pissed at our builder but highly recommend Villara and the great service by Eduardo. read more

He was running late so called me prior to his appointment time to tell me he'd be a bit late due to a leak problem at the previous client's home. He arrived and assessed the problem, checking everywhere else to make sure there weren't any additional problems. His work was thorough and meticulous. I definitely recommend Villara. Rogelio and Sam are the best! My furnace went out in cold spell in January naturally. They came the same day, did a thorough diagnosis of what the issues were and ordered parts immediately. They returned with the parts, rescued a damaged part efficiently. The system was thoroughly tested before they left. I love these guys. And if they had not come when I first called, we were at risk for a furnace fire. So saved us in more than one way. Thanks a million Villara! read more

Aurelio was terrific. Thanks Villara. Hvac problem of icing solved. Turns out the damper motor stopped working and shut off the door, so all cool air was backing up inside the system(back flow) and icing up the system. With the clogged drain pipe, my ceiling atarted dripping. I am glad Villara was able to find the root cause. It had been a nightmare for the last few weeks. Again, thanks villara. I had several technicians every year and none of them really addressed the concerns we have. But Aurelio (tech on-site) is different from the rest of them. He took his time and checked the entire system. He's very thorough in explaining everything, doesn't rush things and makes sure your satisfied. He went above and beyond. His awesome! Newly built home with Villara who installed our gutters. Had a problem with the gutter. Someone (sorry I forgot the name) came and helped us figure out why the gutter was leaking.
