Our waiter was great very kind and understanding and he was nice enough to remove the pizza from our check without any hesitation. I truly appreciated the customer service. Overall, the beautiful setting, relaxing atmosphere, and great service were positives, but I really hope the kitchen works on adding more flavor and seasoning to their pizzas. It's a gorgeous place, and I wanted to love the experience, but unfortunately, the food didn't live up to the setting.

This venue is a total gem! There's honestly so much to love about this place. Everything is so well organized--from the smooth entry to the fast-moving drink lines (huge plus!). And the food? So good. I'm still dreaming about those wood-fired pizzas... seriously, bomb. Whether you're here to see live music or catch your favorite comedian, the acoustics are always on point. The sound is crystal clear, and the vibe is electric. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the energy is just good all around. You can even catch the owner scooping ice and backing up his team--love that hands-on leadership! And let's talk about the location--stunning. My fiance and I drove on down from Orange County California to experience what all the talk was about of Paso Robles and the San Luis Obispo wine trails. I'm a beer drinker myself, but every once in awhile I'll mosey on into a wine cellar. Let me tell you this experience drove my fiance's taste buds wild. If you are looking for great fun, friendly and informative people come on down and give it a try. You won't be disappointed If you're going to make a day out of it I'd recommend hiring transportation, we gave SLO Party Bus a call call and couldn't have made a better choice. We heard there are different menus depending on the day, which is a nice touch. Our server greeted us quickly, brought water right away, and got our first tasting to us fast. Since we were in a bit of a hurry to catch a flight, she kindly brought all of our tastings out at once, clearly labeled, walked us through them, and let us enjoy at our own pace. There is a guy standing outside and I casually ask if he happens to be with the winery. Turns out it was Matt, the owner and winemaker himself. What followed was essentially a private masterclass: he walked us through the entire winemaking process, took us into the main fermentation and storage room, did proper pours, and spent real time talking about Paso Robles and his philosophy behind his wines and the blends. No rush, no clipboard, no tour-group energy. And then he let us blend with him. Actually blend. Walking from barrel to barrel, making our own concoctions, like we knew what we were doing, which we did not, but Matt made it feel like we did. Easily the best hour we spent in Paso Robles. Possibly the best winery experience we have had in a very long time, and we have had a few. This place is the real deal, the kind of spot that reminds you why Paso Robles wine country is worth visiting beyond the Instagram backdrops. The tasting room was stunning and our host was super friendly and knowledgeable. We learned a lot about the wine, properties, and custom labels they make for their wine. The attention to detail from start to finish was really impressive to hear about. The wine was spectacular and both of us picked up a few bottles to take home and share with family. It was also super cute that they made a custom welcome sign because we had made a reservation too. Highly recommend this tasting experience. We were excited to stop here for a tasting and ended up spending a lot of time (and money) here! We loved the bread with oil and vinegar to complement our tasting and each got a tasting. The wine was really good and our servers were extremely knowledgeable! We not only bought a few bottles of wine, but also each took home a bread plate to take home!

We both loved it! They were busy as heck but were still able to accommodate us for a nice afternoon of wine tasting. The two lady hosts were so friendly and made us feel right at home. The wines were terrific. In a region that is quickly out-pricing a lot of people, it's nice to see affordable but fantastic wines still being poured. I highly recommend Glunz for a casual and comfortable wine tasting. Lots of outdoor space, an area for kids to mini golf (if wine tasting with kids is your thing) and they waive tastings without an egregious purchase.

The outside seating is nice and inviting, you can sit at a cozy table for 2, or a large table for a big group, or hangout on the lawn chairs (that are super comfy). The inside tasting room is nicely set up and you can see many bottles on display. The vineyard is beautiful, we were able to get a small Polaris ride tour of the property by Blake the sommelier there. He is very knowledgeable about wine also! He really explained each new tasting he was pouring us and taught me somethings about the vineyard I had never heard of. Wine is such a talent and this place explains it well! They also have a cute tint home on the property!!! Highly recommend and I'd keeping coming back!
