Ever since I discovered Vincent's, it has been my go-to spot for local family dinners. Our favorite dishes include salted fish fried rice, seafood lo mein, fried chicken with special garlic sauce, black bean clams, and salt & pepper squid and pork chop combo. All the staff members are so sweet! There are plenty of tables and a bar for you to enjoy your food and have some drinks. There's a parking lot with plenty of space outside. Been wanting to try this restaurant for some time but never worked out. I had a late day while traveling with a teammate so we stopped in for a late lunch early dinner. It was the time of the day for the business. The menu had a lot to offer but some of the items I wanted was not available. And these were some of my favors dishes I get from other similar restaurants. There for I really could not compare the dishes that I would have ordered. The dining room is much smaller than it appears from the exterior. The bar in the middle really takes a lot of the space in the dining area. All the dishes I ordered was decent, some lacking in flavor and some lacked freshness. I would try again on a busier night when the food should be fresher. read more

I had been to this restaurant several times when Vincent owned the place. His cooking was always great, rarely a miss. The new cook is just not as skilled, no offense. But the taste of a lot of the food is lacking, appetizers are meh and many of the dishes are not executed well. Today it was the Chow Foon, overcooked rice noodles, all stuck together, no stir fry vegetables, nothing like what was requested and maybe 4-5 small pieces of flavorless beef in a terrible sauce. Poor service. I have ordered here 3 or 4 times. No issues. Today they acted like they couldn't be bothered to take my order. The hostesses was having a casual conversation with a customer...the customer politely informed her I was waiting...she said "he is only here to place an order." I said yes...can I please place an order...she began to tell me what I can't order...I told her I am familiar with the menu. I was finally allowed to place my order. She asked if I can go to my car and wait...all of this while she seemed to be consumed with the other people's conversation. This quaint little Asian bistro in Randolph was a surprise find! My friend and I was craving for some Chinese food and this was the closest one around and it even has parking! Their menu is pretty big with so many options! We decided to order the Jelly Fish w/ sliced Shin Meat, Braised Beef w/ Noodle Soup and Hainanese Chicken. The Jellyfish w/ sliced Shin Meat was super delicious! Reminiscent of the ones from Chinese weddings, but I feel like it was even better than the ones I got from weddings. My mouth is watering just thinking about it again!! The Braised Beef in the noodle soup was so tender and literally melted in my mouth. They used egg noodles, which I didn't mind, but if you don't like egg noodles, I think you can substitute it for another. The soup could be a bit saltier though The chicken was the only thing that didn't hit the spot. I think it could be a bit more tender and moist. The sauce was really good though. All in all, if you're looking for some delicious and authentic Chinese food near Randolph, this is the spot! Their food beats out some of the restaurants in Chinatown! The service is also impeccable. I actually called about this after I picked up my order & was told to dip it in the duck sauce. Boneless spareribs - also the worst I've ever had.. no sauce/glaze on them.. Dry, bland and no flavor. I heard great things about this place from a friend. So I decided to grab food here to go. The dishes were a hit or miss. The beef dish tasted grease and the meat was very fatty. I really wanted to love this place through the reviews but it was a missed for me. When my husband came to pick up the order, he said the lady at the front desk was not pleasant looking. She was vacuuming (we ordered about 10 mins after they opened) when he came in and just gave him a look. Anyway, I got take out order for Singapore rice noodles and a sweet and sour pork plate. Nothing too fancy. The reason I took away 2 stars is because the char siu or whatever pork meat in the noodle tasted old!!! Love this hidden gem in the burb for the out of C-town location, free parking and one can still find authentic C-town Cantonese style Chinese food. The owner is very well versed with food allergies. Just tell him what you can't have and he'd be more than happy to cater to your dietary needs. Since I'm on a gluten free, nut free, plant based diet, it's hard for me to find Chinese food I can eat... surprising but true. Vincent went out of his way to accommodate my dietary needs, even offered to prepare food for me and my party if I call in advance. My husband loves Chinese food and we have tried many different restaurants, but this is hands down our favorite Chinese restaurant to go to. We like getting crab Rangoon's, steamed Peking ravioli, walnut prawns, deep fried bean curd with shrimp and sauce on side, Singapore noodle dish, beef chow fun, eggplant with basil, crispy noodles with beef and sauce on side. We ordered a PuPu Platter, Peking Dumplings and Crab Rangoons here for New Year's Eve takeout, and everything we had was delicious. It was all crispy and light, not too greasy, and the Rangoon filling had a nice touch of acidity that really made it stand out from others we've had. We didn't stay to eat but the restaurant is pretty inside, warm and inviting, and the people who own it were also very welcoming and kind. It would be an excellent place for a date. It's mostly pretty good, just sometimes the sesame shrimp sauce is more concentrated like if needs the sauce a little more thinned. My friend's co-worker spoke well of Vincent's Asian Bistro, so we decided to head over to Randolph for dinner. Parking was convenient as they have their own private lot. The restaurant is largely a center bar that is rimmed with tables set along the wall. I figure that it was the lady owner who waited on us, and she was comfortable with Cantonese, Mandarin, and Vietnamese, switching around them with ease as needed. Rumor has it that this same family had previously run Vinh Sun in Boston's Chinatown. Although we omitted ordering any dishes from the Vegetable section of the menu, we managed to have a sufficiently rounded meal. Lettuce wrapped with Minced Pork $11.95 Sea Conch & Garlic Chives with XO Sauce $18.95 Jumbo Shrimps and Walnut Salad $15.95 Mix Seafood and Bean Curd Casserole $16.95 Braised Mutton and Bean Curd Chunk Casserole $16.95 I wasn't taken with the lettuce wrap dish, but only because of the rather large bits of ginger mixed in - I am not much for ginger in my dinner (ginger ice cream is a whole different animal). I loved the fried mayo shrimp, while another diner was well comforted by the garlic chives. It was a good meal. Randolph isn't really somewhere that I would expect a traditional Chinese restaurant to be located. Go to find out Vincent's owners use to have another restaurant in Chinatown Boston a few years back before closing and moving to the south shore. As u walk in, you notice the bar directly in the middle with tables surrounding the perimeter. I'd say around 10 tables in the entire place, nothing huge but can get crowded during the dinner rush hours. Food was very authentic Cantonese but don't worry they serve more than just traditional Chinese food, so don't panic. I really enjoyed the dishes I had ranging from fried fish with string beans, flat noodles with beef and vegetables, braised beef with tofu skin and stir fried vegetables with clams. The flavor tastes just like what you would expect if you went out to Chinatown. My only issue was that I noticed the clams they used with the vegetables were most definitely canned and not fresh. Parking can be tricky as the parking lot is somewhat strangely configured, felt like I was playing tetris trying to park my car. The owners are very welcoming as you walk in and greeted right away. The convenience of not needing to drive out to town to get some authentic Cantonese food is a huge plus in my book. Yay!! Finally a AUTHENTIC Chinese restaurant in Randolph!! Open for almost a month now & I finally got to try it. Came here for a light dinner with my mom. the place was packed. Lots of Asian family's having dinner here, (which is a good sign when other Asian's are having dinner at a Asian restaurant in the suburbs) There is this humongous U shape bar in the middle of the restaurant, which has always been there from previous owners. unfortunately that takes away from more seating in this already small establishment. My mother & I sat at the "bar" to eat. There is no liquor at the bar yet! I repeat no liquor at the bar yet. We ordered beef & vegetable pan fried noodles & order of wonton noodle soup. they have 2 versions of the wonton soup, one with pork & shrimp & the other just pork, so make sure you order that dish appropriately! The dishes were delicious! We sat close to where all the food came out from the kitchen & we noticed they all looked amazing! Situated on N. Main Street in Randolph, with it's own parking lot. I came here with my office colleagues for dinner and was very happy! The food is very authentic and expertly prepared. For appetizers we started out with Scallion Pancakes and Fried chichen wings. The chicken wings were sooooo goooood!! Crispy and juicy at the same time! They toss the fried wings in chillies and scallions.. I could just eat that alone for dinner! They were so good!! For our main course we had - Salt and Pepper calamari and pork chops Salt and Pepper Lobster Orange Beef Pea-pod stems! All the dishes I tried were really good. This is definitely not a "Hey, let's make a trip to Randolph to eat at Vincent's!" I guess it's because I was expecting Cantonese style/influence so I thought this place was MEH. The dishes were definitely well seasoned but not necessarily what I was expecting it to be. For example, the Indonesian Fried Rice was different from, let's say, Rod Dee's or another Thai restaurant. The ingredients and flavor were different. It was OD on curry powder in my own opinion. If you are interested in surprises, this place could suit you well. Maybe that explains the fusion part?
