I've been a customer at Vinita's Threading for a little over a decade now, wow didn't realize that until now, and each time I've gone in I've never left disappointed. when i first started going to Vinita's i would just get my brows done by any first available person, this is when i met Yogi. don't get me wrong, every lady in there is sooo talented, but Yogi was different. she made sure to take careful care of how i was and what exactly i wanted my brows to look like. now that i do full body waxing Yogi was always so patient with me and my sensitive skin. she gave me numbing cream for my first brazilian wax and took the time to make sure i was comfortable, took breaks when needed, she's never in a rush even though she has a whole day full of appointments. when you are in Yogi's chair you are her only concern. i can go on and on about this amazing woman, if y'all haven't met her, you need to. not to mention the rest of the staff are all the sweetest, most kind people!! upon walking in the door you are almost always (unless she finally gives herself a day off) greeted by the sweetest smile from Nirin, the most kind front desk person. you leave this place not only looking, but feeling refreshed, HIGHLY recommend. read more

This place not opening until 11AM is so late! I wish they opened earlier. Then when they do open, all the stylists are at least 10+ mins late, so you're just sitting there waiting for the employee's to show up after you waited for the door to open... I feel like employee's should show up prior to opening so they can set up / be prepared before customers show up, instead of customers arriving before employee's and employee's being 15 mins late lol ... just saying read more

I've looking for a relatively affordable place for threading in OC and I think I finally found it! Their prices are still much higher than what I'm used to paying in LA, but they seem to be more reasonably priced than most of the other places I see around OC. I scheduled an appointment online which was an easy process. When I showed up for my appointment, I still had to wait a bit as there were a few other people in front of me but not a huge issue. I'd say just plan for a little extra time if you have somewhere to be afterwards. They did a great job on my brows and were able to clean up the shape while still maintaining the thickness like I asked them to do. Will definitely be back the next time I need to get my brows done in OC! read more

walked in on #5 station. technician was rude with an attitude, saying "hold here" without telling me where to hold, on which side. accidentally touched the tissue when removing my hand from holding & heard her talk under her breath. then left in the middle of session to talk to front desk without mentioning anything to me, i was just sitting there not knowing what's going on or what to do. when paying at front desk for $19.99 service, they charge $1 for card fee which is fine, but then she keeps saying something that i wasn't sure & just sounded like she was repeating the total to me. randomly charged for $27.99 with her insisting that i asked for $7 tip???? i never mention a single word about how much i was gonna tip. if she was "suggesting" the tip amount to me before when i was confused, $7 is an outrageous amount to suggest. -- GOT MY MONEY REFUNDED whoever's on front desk, thank you!! read more

I usually don't leave bad reviews but for this particular experience I had to. I got my eyebrows done on station 1 the lady was kind of rude to me, she seemed bothered by me requesting her but she didn't have any clients she was actually on her phone, then she made a comment to me that I feel was not professional.She was also rude to another client after me. I used to go to another lady on station 4 I believe and she was never rude to me, but she is no longer there. Sadly I won't be coming back after 9 years of being loyal to this place. read more
