Nice creole mustard vinaigrette, love the greens & fresh avo and vegetables. The crawfish cake was ok, it definitely had chunks of nice crawfish but the cake part was a little dense. Overall I just enjoyed getting a fresh made healthy but tasty option at the airport. The menu is super varied with lots of choices, so I would def recommend. read more

Viva La Vida Vino Volo with no Fomo or Perry Como! 5 Stars for this beautiful location at the New Orleans Airport. This location may be one of my favorites as it's so spacious with a modern vibe to it. I think it moved from where it was before (older reviews mention Terminal C). This location has a sister store right next to it where you can make purchases for the flight home (or if you're arriving). Prices are a little high (it's an airport) but if you use the 20% discount when you buy 3 bottles, it's about on par with outside of the airport pricing. The server was amazing and brought out the complimentary amuse bouche for us and kept checking on us and if we needed more wine. They had one of my favorite wines (King Coal) in a bottle, but not on the menu and she was kind enough to set 2 aside. We picked out another wine as well to get the 20% discount. Food is typically not their strong suit so we didn't order anything besides the free "bite", but for a nice place to relax with a flight before your flight, I'd highly recommend this Vino Volo. read more

I arrived once and tried to ask a question about the menu and she walked by even though the place wasn't busy because she didn't want to speak to me. I am an indian woman. This is the absolute worst service I have ever had in my life at any establishment. I am currently here and I have been waiting 45 minutes for a glass of wine. If you sit at the bar you may have a chance but do not sit at a table because the waitress or continue to ignore you while she pretends to type in orders on the computer. I have watched about seven couples sit down and wait for about 30 minutes to not be served and then they walk off. I also had to bus my own table. Eventually we went up to the bar and spoke to who I believe is the manager and he had our food and drinks out within five minutes. I included a picture of the waitress. Love all the Vino Volos in the airports, and this is my home spot, so it's one of my faves! The salmon "rolls" appetizer is my standard go to as is my flight of world value reds. Kischa is a wonderful, cheerful and caring server! All the staff are lovely and they can split the bill for cash and card or 2 cards easily if you're there on a business trip. One of my favorite items is the crawfish and corn soup; I prefer it with the Italian wedding soup as the duo but right now they have the minestrone which is a bit bland. That's ok! The wines are great and the food is otherwise fresh along with the pleasant seating area and great service. Shout out to Kischa for working on her birthday this month! I'll be back! read more

I'll give this place 1 star based on the nice people I sat next to at the bar. Now as far as everything else... Terrible service. The bartender was so rude. It was to the point where the barback whispered "I'm so sorry." I asked for a glass of Savon Blanc and was advised that they were all out. The bartender didn't give a follow up suggestion so I asked if I could get a small tasting of the house wine. He poured me a full glass and then proceeded to tell me they don't do tastings and I'd have to pay full price. Love Vino Volo BUT very disappointed that they charged me 75 cents for a glass of water when I am drinking multiple glasses of $18 wine.

I have visited several of these restaurants/wine bars in different airports. The one in MSY (New Orleans) is the worst one I have ever been to. I enjoy quality wines which are almost always more expensive. They had a 2018 St Emilion for $34 a glass. That is no deal for sure, but I am familiar with the wine and was prepared to pay. What I got had been stored improperly and was old. The bottle had been opened and corked long enough to really mute the wine. I had a glass of Architect 2021 Cab next which was fine. The bruschetta was on very stale bread and the tomatoes were way too mushy and overripe with little taste. Bourdin was okay but the bread with it was stale and the lettuces were actually black around the edges. For what this place charges, the food and wine must be excellent. The MSY location is terrible and to be avoided. Management of this location should be replaced immediately. The problems here are solvable. read more

Ate here before checking out the MSY lounge and was pleasantly surprised by the food! I had the open faced caprese sandwich, which was lovely with the sun-dried tomatoes and balsamic vinegar. The chicken was also very well seasoned. A much needed break from all of the heavier delicacies of NOLA. My mother had a pasta dish, which she also enjoyed. Since we were going to the lounge, we didnt order any wine, but the selection is expansive so I'm sure we wouldve enjoyed that as well! read more

This is a nice spot to relax with friends before your flight. There is a nice selection of both wine and cocktails. We enjoyed the pizzas (envision half a pizza as the order), both the pesto and the Margherita. The chicken on the pesto pizza was delicious, as was the balsamic glaze on the Margherita pizza. It took a little while to get service initially, so you may not to want to stop in if you're pressed for time. One downside is that the tables are not to be moved together, so if there are more than four people in your group, don't expect to be seated together. There is seating at the bar, and at both 2-top and 4-top tables. read more

It did not have gold flecks...it did not have crude oil... it was not served in a cup you could leave with. In NO WORLD was this Manhattan worth $32?! An Old Fashion cost $16. A $32 drink is what you get when you order off menu here. Skip this place!!! There are MULTIPLE other bar options in the airport. The ambienace and chill atmosphere DO NOT make up for the fact that the price of this Manhattan is the same price as you would actually have in Manhattan. FML! read more

Glad we stumbled on this place, it's a little bit away from the gates so far less foot traffic, nice view of the planes and comfy chairs. We got a couple drinks and sandwiches. I stop here every time I'm in the airport. I'm in love with their smoked salmon dishes. The avocado toast and the salmon rolls are delicious. The service is always friendly and if you go often, they'll remember you. I tried one of their drinks this time, the strawberry lemonade. It was very tasty and left me feeling good. So I came here expecting further confirmations of my past experiences. And - lets be honest - all I had was a nice, lower-mid shelf Malbec and "cured" olives of various kinds - abundantly supplied at well below airport prices. So not a lot to "review". Still - it was a pleasant, professional, well-presented and bright spot in a sea of averageness. They had other promising possibilities that my schedule did not permit but my next visit to this terminal will see me back again.
