Lounges are limited at the New Orleans airport. We were able to access this Lounge with our Priority Pass. We did have to join the waitlist, where we were told it would be 60 to 85 minutes. In fact, it was probably less than 15 minutes before we got the text that we could come in. There's lots of seating and they have a full bar. A coffee machine, juice and a water machine are also available. The breakfast options were actually pretty good with eggs, bagels and toast, yogurt, parfait, fresh fruit, as well as other items. It was clean, and there was plenty of staff coming around, making sure the tables were remained in tiptop shape. read more

Club MSY at the New Orleans airport is an okay lounge. It's a clean and comfortable place to relax before a flight, with plenty of seating available. The bathrooms are also very well maintained. The biggest downside is the food. The selection is usually very limited, and the quality is nothing special. Customer service is also inconsistent. During my visit this morning, the staff didn't greet or acknowledge customers, which made the lounge feel less welcoming. Overall, it's a good place to sit, relax, and recharge in a clean environment, but the food and customer service could definitely be improved. read more

This club is included with my credit card. Without the card I believe it's 60$ per person. My partner and I got in free with priority pass! There was a 10-15 wait and the. We were invited in. Once in the club there is small food area with snacks and small bites. There's coffee drinks and a full bar. The seating is comfy and power outlets are available for charging. The vibe is relaxed and the club is clean and fresh. It's a great credit card perk and we stayed for about an hour and a half. Better than sitting at gate. I had gotten to the airport super early because I severely overestimated the amount of traffic into the airport and also the security line wait was only a minute long. I knew The Club existed somewhere so I went to try to kill some time before my flight. The location was a little bit hard to find because there are no signs. There was a sign saying there was a waitlist you have to sign into online. The time estimates were pretty accurate-- it said the wait would be about 10 minutes and it was about 10 minutes when I got a text to come up and check in. The lounge is not big, but there was some space deep inside and in odd corners. The food isn't much-- couple of soups, a salad station, and dessert. The "hot food" ordering system did not work and I didn't see anyone successfully order a hot dish, so I'm guessing it's a defunct thing. I wish they'd just get rid of it! I did visit a different The Club location during my layover and discovered the food being served was nearly identical, just one or two ingredients thrown on to make a "local" flavor. It was actually really comical. But the soda fridge was well stocked and the workers kept going around to clear plates and keep tables neat. Overall, I am just grateful for a Priority Pass lounge existing and being able to grab a free soda and a table for work. read more

MSY is one of the few clubs at the New Orleans airport. It has some basic food and drink offerings. It certainly is not on the level of the big clubs, but it offers both food and drink. I was able to get in the Club without waiting. The Club is internal so you do not have runway views. read more

First time stopping into the club MSY, have had a membership for 2 years now but never had the occasion to use it as I don't particularly like hanging around in airports. I'm more a get in and get out kinda guy. Today we had to wait several hours before a flight and had no accommodations any longer so we hit the airport early and decided to check this place out. I will say I was quite impressed and now I may just hang out a little while longer at airports that have these locations. We had to wait about 10 minutes due to the location being full, but that wasn't a big deal. They sent me a text that our wait was over and to come on up. Once inside we checked in with the desk, showed my credentials and went into the club area. The Club MSY had some decent snack food and good drinks as well as pop and what not. No water however, which was weird, but okay. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the food was pretty decent too. It's a nice place to take a break and charge up your devices or get a snack and a drink pre or post flight. Next time I'm in NOLA I will definitely come back in here and hang out a while. read more

Compared to other Club lounges, I thought this one was pretty good. It seems to be recently updated, so there is comfortable seating and a nice calming atmosphere. From what I've read, it usually has a waiting time to get in; for us it was 40 minutes from scanning the QR code (in front of the lobby elevator) to get on the list. Some have suggested to get on the waiting list shortly before getting to MSY, if you can scan the QR code (see pic). The food is pretty good for a domestic lounge. There is a nice selection of food to choose from. They have a wine bar, a couple of coffee machines, along with cans of soda in a cooler. They have three common use private restrooms, along with appears to be a fourth that contains a shower. It was locked so I'm wondering if you have to ask the staff to access it. Nevertheless, clean and didn't reek like other Club lounges Since it gets busy, they may seat you in the center that doesn't have an outlet or USB port, but otherwise they have plenty of outlets along the walls. Not a huge airport, so it was pretty easy to locate near the Southwest gates. read more

Man this club kind of sucks lol. Came here on my way into New Orleans and there was like 1 food option available on the menu. Decided to just get to the city to eat there instead, so just had a quick coffee. On my way out of town I was told there was a huge waiting list, so even though I was an hour early, I couldn't get int. They called me finally as I was boarding. Posting the sign they had posted with the QR code to get on the list so you, dear Yelper, can get on the list 30 minutes before you arrive at the airport and hopefully have a chance to eat the 1 food option they have. read more

This is a spacious lounge with lots of different seating options. There is even a tiny, glass enclosed conference room with two chairs and little desks. It gets crowded, but there is a couch in the lobby to wait on if there is a line. The drink and food selection were adequate and the staff was very friendly. December 2024. Would you pay $50 to access an airport lounge? Came here to kill time waiting for a late afternoon flight from New Orleans to San Francisco. We were able to get in without payment due to free access with our American Express card. Place was packed with at least 100 people, very few chairs available, and those that were available had dirty dishes and half filled glasses yet to be picked up. You order by QR code on your cell phone, noting your seat number, and what's available on the menu. By the time we got there, all the warm cooked appetizers were no longer available, including the andouille sausage, and jambalaya. Saw some people eating, and the portion sizes were beyond tiny, like desserts 1 inch square. Only thing available were nibble food of appetizers of carrots, celery, dips, nachos, chips, soft drinks, and a bare bones salad bar. Even the muffins were gone. Would I pay $50 to access this lounge? Only if it was a stopover on a transcontinental flight, and I badly needed to use the shower, and sleep bed room. Carpet was stained beyond belief, and made "Animal House" dorm carpets look clean. read more

If you get used to the expectations of the Priority Pass Club lounges located at the various airports, you won't ever get disappointed with the service they provide. Club MSY is no different. MSY is somewhat conveniently located via an elevator near Concourse A. It's fairly clean and has decent, though not a ton, of seating. I do wish the regular chairs had better access to power outlets, but that's a minor gripe. We came in between breakfast and lunch. That meant we got to taste a bagel with "cajun" cream cheese. Basically plain cream cheese with a hint of seasoning. Not bad. There were some grits - local flavor - which were okay, but not too much else outside of mini muffins. Appreciated the orange juice though. Didn't try the coffee as I prefer iced coffee or cold brew over hot coffee. The lunch menu was actually pretty decent. We got tomato soup and veggie jambalaya. I also had access to two different salads, a bananas foster pudding, and soft cookies. Honestly, you couldn't go wrong with this. Finally, bathrooms are nice and clean. All in all, a good Priority Pass club experience for me. read more

My first time at The Club MSY and it was pretty good! The reviews are accurate that it's always crowded but early in the morning when I arrived (on a Saturday), there were plenty of open seats. However; by the time of my departure, it was becoming increasingly busy and yes, crowded. I can only imagine the crowds during the week. So yes, there is a $50 per person fee for non priority pass members. My membership comes from my Chase Sapphire Reserve card and I only needed to show my boarding pass. So the servers were very pleasant and the food was okay. I think they have similar types of breakfast foods for most of the lounges because this one was similar to Midway's lounge. Oh and this one has a shower!! So yay for that. Overall, it's a good place to go and relax away from the busyness of the terminals. Complimentary drinks are always a good thing also. read more

The lounge is tucked back on one end of the airport away from where I was flying and a bit hard to navigate to. Check in went smoothly, though for some reason they wanted to scan my priority pass and boarding pass twice. There was adequate space for me to sit and eat, but the lounge is small overall. I could see if I was there during peak times it would be too crowded. The views available are not the best but are okay. I was pleased with the breakfast food selection. The coffee machine, though, was in desperate need of a cleaning. The espresso tasted of the ghosts of espresso past. read more

Just wanted to say a special Thank you, to the staff of this lounge. I traveled , the day after Thanksgiving and to my surprise although the lounge was pretty busy, the staff made sure to accommodate my family( spouse and 2 kids under 10). Food was fresh, quickly replenished, as we can see as we only had 40 mins in lounge. As far as my eyes could see the lounge was very clean, especially the restrooms, where we fresher up. Unless you're flying Delta or United (or you're military), this is the only club you can hope to access at MSY. The issue is that... YOU CAN NEVER ACCESS IT! They won't allow you to sign up for the wait list until 3 hours prior to your flight (which is standard). But the "wait times" are always over 2 hours long. Today's wait is 145 minutes. By the time my turn comes, I'll need to be on board already! Once inside, I must say this is one of the most basic, uninspired Priority Pass clubs I've seen. It is renovated, but still extremely simple and sterile. MSY has a variety of outlets in the terminals which, while not free, definitely beat the Club at MSY. And you will not have a 2.5h wait (eating into the 3h max stay allotment). Priority Pass should rescind their partnership with this joke of a lounge. All it does is aggravate people. read more

This was my first time visiting Club MSY. I fell in love. The minute I walked in, I was greeted by Ms. Iesha. She was so welcoming. She showed me where everything was and explained to me what was on the menu for the day. She checked on me to make sure everything was going well. The food was great. I typically use Admiral's Club, but MSY doesn't have one and I recently acquired Priority Pass via Capital One Venture X. I was glad to see that now I have a place to wait out all those inevitable delays (especially when flying Jetblue). I've been here several times now and it's OK. My first and second time had me waiting at check-in for someone to take care of me, which is weird because literally anyone could have walked right in. Again, with Admiral's Club as a comparison, this was not a great experience. The space is small and you often have to lap for a table or place to sit. I found the food area to be lacking in comparison to Admiral's Club, with nothing plant-based. I do appreciate that there are more bar options at your disposal but I wasn't in the mood to drink on my last visits so I can't report back on that. Staff seems nice enough (but again, Admiral's Club is next level with service). That said, it can take a fair amount of time for tables to be cleaned between customers. An OK place to wait. I'd never pay to get in as the terminals themselves afford places to wait it out before your flight. read more

This club partners with British airways and therefore, if there are any delays in those flights, there would be a much longer wait. Unfortunately, the day we were here there was a flight delay. With priority pass, our wait was an hour and a half and you can't enter more than 3 hours before your flight. You don't get a text when you get on the waitlist, only when they are ready for you to return (you have 15 minutes to return). Honestly was probably better off just buying food at the terminal as options were very minimal. These were all the options: salad, dip, pita, celery, Chex mix, sausage slider, jalepeno hush puppies, French onion soup, chicken and sausage gumbo. The French onion soup was only soup and onions, nothing else. The gumbo wasn't bad. The sausage slider was very heavily handed on the mustard. The pros were that we were able to get 2 rounds of snacks before running to our flight that was in concourse C and the workers were nice. read more

We were here for both breakfast and lunch (screenshots of the menus added here to Yelp). This is a small club, but we lucked into finding seated. Breakfast here was much better than it is at the Club in San Jose - the scrambled eggs were fresh, the yogurt and granola parfait is at the buffet so you can add more granola. ;) Their muffins were good, but oddly there was no cream cheese for the bagels. The cheese grits were ok. Lunch was a miss though - we ordered right when it opened and waited for a half hour before finally asking someone to help. She brought out the gumbo, french onion soup and bread pudding for us. The gumbo was inedibly burnt unfortunately. :( The french onion soup had no cheese or croutons on it, so it was a let down. The bread pudding was excellent, but teeny tiny portion. At the buffet, there was pita bread and a spicy hummus, plus cucumbers and tomatoes and celery and a caesar salad, and trail mix plus the odd spicy crunch mix they have at SJC. Overall, it's better than the Club at SJC and the Club at DFW, but not nearly as good as it looks online. read more

This was my first time using my Priority Pass to visit an airport lounge, and it was about on par with my expectations. Let's start with the good... When we came in, the woman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. She let us know how ordering worked in the club and double-checked to make sure there was room for us before she scanned us in. Additionally, I thought I could only bring 2 guests in with the pass, but she allowed me to bring in 3. All the food and beverages, including alcohol, are complimentary. When we visited, there were veggies, hummus, a salad bar, canned sodas, and water to help yourself to. Additionally, you could scan a QR code on the table to order some additional options. For vegetarians, the options were jalapeño hushpuppies and bread pudding. Neither was incredible, but for free food they were great! The servings are very small so we wound up ordering a second round of the hushpuppies. The drinks were simple but strong. Our friends tried the gumbo and the sausage slider and loved both. As for the bad... When we first arrived, we were looking for a place to sit together and first went to a group of chairs in the first area that were available. As I approached the chairs, they were absolutely filthy--covered with gross-looking stains (new or old - it was hard to say) and some has food mess strewn across them or beverages spilled on them. While we were there, we saw two servers/bussers working but with how busy it was, it didn't seem like they had time to do much besides serve and bus tables. My friend went to wash her hands and said the restroom was filthy, so I used the public ones out in the terminal. Overall, for what I paid for the experience ($0) it was a relatively positive one, especially with how expensive airport food can get! I'll certainly be back if I'm in MSY again. read more
