We had just finished our tour & just stumbled upon this place by chance. Their main entrance is through the hotel doors & after walking in we realized the way we came in was not the entrance. It took us a while to get seated, probably for that reason. It was not crowded at all with a very nice interior, spacious layout & lots of glass windows. I went with the stuffed Po Boy with shrimp & the bf got their 2 course special with the onion soup & andouille bolognese. The sandwich was stuffed alright, could barely get my mouth around it. Took the vegetables out to make it a little thinner. The perfect amount of batter on the shrimp with a spicy aioli, just ended up just eating the shrimp by itself by the end. Bolognese was good, the andouille & the onion soup though were really good. Loaded with flavor & the soup reminded us of a similar one that we like back home.

Extremely small menu. Just bar appetizers but we ordered the garlic truffle fries and WOW they did not disappoint.

This was a last minute pick while walking down Burgundy on my first day of Voodoo. The wall murals were definitely conversation starters, leaving much to the imagination. We started with some tasty libations. Followed by some well presented entrees and sweet dessert. Pleasant mix of healthy and locale cuisine. There was no wait and our server Amy was pleasant and informative on the menu items.

The hotel restaurant that we actually ended up enjoying very much. Our stay included breakfast each morning which was very good. Only complaint is that we were limited on what we were allowed to order. I would steer clear of the breakfast sandwich because the croissant came out soggy and wet. The cheesy grits were phenomenal and the bloody Mary's were spicy and delicious. We came back here for our last lunch before heading to the airport. I recommend the flats breads and the French onion soup

Came here for a jazz brunch. It was a small space and the music was really good! Their food was also excellent but there was a large selection of items to choose from. Our waitress took a long time to bring us anything to drink and for being such a small restaurant, the food took a long time to come out. The place was clean and decorated cute.

They were pretty busy on Fat Tuesday.

I enjoyed the ambiance of the place. The murals, in the style of Toulouse-Lautrec, give it a Parisian cafe vibe, and the staff is pleasant enough. The menu, however... Let's just say I dropped in for a quick breakfast and wasn't inspired to return for dinner. The entrees looked overpriced and I didn't see any good vegetarian options. I got two eggs scrambled and a bagel, and my friend got the "hash browns." The latter is in quotations due to the fact that they weren't like any hash browns I'd ever seen; they were more like the heavily spiced mini cubed "hash" potatoes one can buy in the frozen aisle of your local chain store. My eggs were good, but the bagel was pretty blah. It was skinny and plain, and I had to request butter... like, what else would I want to put on it? All in all, not terrible, but probably wouldn't eat there again.

Normally I don't eat at the restaurant from the hotel, but the food here is truly amazing. I especially enjoyed their steak fries which are rich flavors and texture. Their cheese burger is also to die for, and extremely high quality. I truly enjoyed my experience eating here. I will feature them on my instagram fernandoabroad. I highly recommend anyone traveling to New Orleans to come eat here.

It's a hotel restaurant, not a New Orleans staple. BUT so what ? It was good food at the Maison Dupuy and we didn't have to wait in line in the rain for it. Creole Staples are on the menu - grillades, shrimp & grits, french breakfast items like Benedict's & croissants. It was good too - we all devoured our plates and immediately needed a walk about, ha. The portions are giant and just about any table gives you a view out of the window on the cross streets to watch people walking by. There was live jazz Christmas Eve that wafted into the courtyard which was just pleasant. t's probably not a spot you need to go, but if you're nearby this could be a good stop for you !

Staying at the hotel Maison Dupuy, only 2 blocks from Bourbon street, it was nice to have a upscale bar and restaurant to be able to relax at. Sunday mornings from 9am to 3pm they have a Jazz band, really great brunch menu and unlimited Mimosas! I had the crab cake Benedict, yummy! Good service! Great band!

I stumbled into this artistic restaurant on the corner of Toulouse and Burgundy attracted like a moth to the light by the Toulouse Lautrec painted wall murals. I decided to have a cocktail and Roasted and Confit Duck - Seared duck breast, brussel-beet-confit leg hash, sweet potato & fig glaze. I was so dazzled by the decor that I didn't realize that this restaurant was part of a hotel. I normally shun hotel restaurants figuring they have a captive audience which makes for lower quality of food, but wait and au contraire- in the last few years many restaurants having to compete with stand alone joints have upped their culinary game. I kept staring at the walls and ate my dinner forgetting to take pics of the food for my loyal following. Well, next time and you will have to try it as they serve breakfast lunch and dinner. The only problem for me as a Celiac is that some of my fav dishes are made with Abita beer. A no no for me but you wheat eaters should enjoy these beer soaked delicacies.

The only reason we came over here, was because we had a vouchers for a breakfast. I opted to order the Corned Beef Hash, as I never tried it before- big mistake! The food wasn't bad, per se, but wasn't great, either. Our water was friendly, and the service was great, but there will not be a second visit. I think there's better restaurants in NOLA worth experiencing. Two and Half Yelps.

We ate breakfast here, as guests of the Maison Dupuy hotel which it shares space with. Service was pleasant. Food is a bit pricey by looking at the menu, but the portion sizes almost justify the cost. We had the Belgian waffle with a delicious honey nut butter, and the avocado toast was fantastic! You could easily split the toast for two people. Being on a budget, I opted to skip the $4 coffee and had the free coffee from the lobby afterward. It was a bright airy space with lovely wall murals. On a separate occasion I had a gin cocktail at the bar which was made well. Worth stopping in for breakfast if you are staying here on a trip, it was the best breakfast we had while in New Orleans.

We stumbled upon this place just walking around NOLA. The restaurant is connected to hotel Maison Dupuy, and the atmosphere is dim lit with jazz music playing, not a scene for people who are looking to have fun. They started us with bread which was terrible, but I'm from New York so our bread is way different than the bread here. I ordered the Caesar salad, it was good, but nothing great. The service was good and the food came out quick but that was really the only good thing about eating there

Live music and dancing. The seafood gumbo was excellent but the club sandwich was something I could have made better at home. Worth a stop.

So glad we had an opportunity to reserve tickets (highly recommend you do) for this intimate musical experience. It highlights the incredible talent, creativity, passion and FUN these artists have for jazz and their instruments. Feeding off each other's energy and really had you moving in your seat. Front seats are WORTH the money!! Each artist got to highlight a song of their choosing and each one ATE! They left no crumbs. I must have been a smiling fool in the 2nd row seats, but music, personally, is the best way to get through me. Years in music myself, I understand the dedication and commitment it takes. You FEEL that here when they are on stage performing. Jazz and its spontaneity and history is the cornerstone to Preservation Hall. I LOVE that there is no recording/picture taking allowed (unless the artists strictly tell you otherwise). It helps keep their art intact but helps immerse yourselves with them into their craft. Living in the moment. The last song they kindly let us record/take pictures and I will treasure them until I can come back. If anyone is military, they do not offer a discount, but they aren't the only ones to do so and its ok. Glasses of wine are $16 a pop. Kinda pricey if you ask me but I believe that is standard when its a restaurant in a hotel. People were really nice, friendly, and helpful. I asked for other locations as farvas wine tasting and music and they helped out with that. The music was great.
