When we moved to our current home, we encountered several challenges with the original kitchen cabinets and drawers, upon which we further appreciated the seemingly small details that Patty put in that makes your everyday life so much easier: deep enough drawers, convenient back row access, and functional ways of managing blind corners. When we finally decided to remodel our current kitchen, without a doubt, I reached out to Patty for help. She spent enormous time going through the details of what we wanted for the kitchen, brainstorming with me, and then proposed several options for us to consider. She proactively came to our construction site multiple times to ensure the measurements are accurate, and she spent quality time with our construction crew to ensure the installation is perfect. As the project moved along, we had several new ideas and alterations in mind that was beyond our original plan, and every time this happened, Patty always patiently adjusted the design for us. It is really apparent that as much as we did, Patty wanted the kitchen to be as perfect as we have dreamed of, as if it were her own. And it did. We couldn't be more happier with the outcome. The daughter told me a different story that all the tubs from that brand are made to order and take 3-4 weeks! That it's set to ship on 3/13. I don't appreciate being lied to and having a 2 week delay on my remodel! We are a family if 4 down to one bathroom.

This store pretty much has all their vanities on display so you can see the different wood finishes and size options, which ones come with a sink and which ones have a separate sink. The prices are great compared to other custom vanity places. The store is huge and seems overwhelming. They carry a lot of products for your kitchen, bathroom and other rooms in your home. Since I was focused only on purchasing a vanity, I tried my best not to look at all the other products they carry, such as floor tiles, wood floors, bathroom tiles, shower fixtures, toilets, mirrors, shower doors, etc. So much to look at!! Richard helped me with my questions. He was knowledgeable and patient. He showed me comparable products around the floor then put my order together. Most items are in stock! That's great!! No need to wait for delivery. What I like about PHD is that I can purchase my products and my contractor can pick them up. I don't have to haul a vanity in my tiny car. Returns have a restocking fee.
