There is street parking nearby, and this place is always hopping. This place makes me think of a southerner's take on a French bakery. Absolutely gorgeous on the inside with decadent sweets to choose from, while also featuring classics like a Swiss roll or a cream puff. They also offer breakfast/brunch/lunch, as well as made to order cakes. (Their coconut cake is award-winning). We came in recently and got a BLT, chicken salad on croissant (with watermelon salad), quiche, cream puff, lemon Swiss roll, and lattes. The sandwiches were all delicious and this was my first time trying watermelon salad - fresh and perfect to accompany the sandwiches. Their quiches are large and filling - perfect on their own for breakfast. For lattes, we got a vanilla latte, and then their July 4th special, which had strawberry and white chocolate in it - the July 4th specialty latte was decadent - if you like sweet, you should give it a try. All in all, I think we paid $50ish for our meal. This spot is a must if you're in the area!

For a light lunch I ordered a side of chicken salad (was light and not dripping in mayo) so fresh; I also ordered a croissant warmed up and a delicious chocolate truffle for dessert. I wished it took more pics to share but the shop is well kept, quaint and service was quick, efficient and served with smile. Looking forward to visiting again when in town!

The parking lot is smaller but there are still a lot of parking spots available. There are several spaces adjacent to building, including a handicapped space right next to the entrance. Other spaces are across a traffic lane. There is another handicapped in the corner of the lot not too far from the door but be aware the pavement in that area is broken and walking is difficult. There is also no sidewalk from this space to the door and the parking bumpers are in the way. If you do use this space, walk into the parking lot to get to the door. We were greeted as we walked in and taken to a booth. Seating is a mix of tables and booths, with a few seats along the counter as well. We were there a bit after the lunch rush so they were only about half full. Our server took our drink order right away and then gave us a bit of time to review the menu. She returned with our drinks and we placed our order. The food took about 10 minutes to be brought to the table. The Cowboy burger was a good sized patty cooked perfectly, seasoned well, and juicy. The bbq sauce was enough to taste but not so much it dripped as soon as you tried to take a bite. The bun was fresh and held up without breaking apart. The fries were cooked perfectly, seasoned well, and they did not skimp of the quantity. The Blue Ridge burger was outstanding. There were plenty of mushrooms and enough cheese to get some in every bite. The greens and tomato were fresh and added great flavor to the sandwich. The bun itself was very flavorful and certainly added to the overall burger experience. Fries also accompanied this burger and were just as good, being crispy on the outside and soft inside. Ca's is a great diner experience with wonderful service and great burgers. This is a must stop whenever in the area.

The photographs of bondage and words like "slut" are not what I want to look at with my child when I am sipping a coffee. Staff were complaining about pay and customers while I sat and sipped. Also not great. I've worked service industry jobs, we all have complaints, but maybe don't yell about it over the espresso machine to another co-worker who is sitting on the couch. Unprofessional, uncomfortable. Those are words I would use to describe this place. Would've been cool to see books there that were not fantasy. Seems like a pretty exclusive place, catering to people who like anime, bondage, and talking crap. Pretty unfortunate because the place is cute. Won't be returning.

The place looked to be in decent shape, though like much of the region they had water quality concerns that limited what they could do. Upon asking, I discerned that despite the rebrand, they were still offering boba tea in addition to coffee. The tulsi-flavored tea I got was not overly sweet, but the generous popping boba made for enough of a sugar rush. They had a few baked goods. I suspect that operations will improve as the city rebuilds.

The easiest way to find it is to look for the Walgreens sign directly across from the bakery. The entrance to the paved lot is a little steep and the lot a bit cramped. Parking spaces are marked, with one row parallel to the road and another row behind that in the rear of the lot. There are plenty of spaces although I did not specifically notice any marked for handicapped. Walking in, the display counter is straight ahead. We were greeted as we entered. There is a small seating area on the right facing the road but the building is far enough back there is little road noise. We were able to decide on our selections as the customer in front was finishing her order. The person working the counter was very pleasant and helpful, able to provide additional descriptions of all the different options available. We decided on a couple croissants and the savory Danish. The croissants feature many layers of dough, making them all light and flakey. The crisp crunch gives way to a satisfying texture as the croissant almost melts in your mouth. The savory Danish had cream cheese and scallions. This also was outstanding. The pastry was baked to perfection and the flavor was amazing. This is a definite "must stop".
