We decided to replace our termite rotted gate with vinyl and we didn't want to attach it to the neighbors house. It had to be sturdy and stand alone. After several estimates we close Vinyl Concepts. They weren't the cheapest but very responsive and had great ideas. It took four weeks from start to finish and we couldn't be happier. So, we decided to replace a carport cover being used for a patio cover for the past 10 years with a vinyl patio. Again we received several estimates and this time with the repeat customer discount, and the fabulous gate, we couldn't pick anyone else. Going in Edgar told us it could take eight weeks, they were very busy. It took about four weeks to get the design and the engineer out, but it was worth it. We added lights and outlets to the patio and a front porch to the order. As promised it was just a few days longer than eight weeks. The front porch went up in one day. The back patio was started the same day. There was a miscommunication as to the location but when Vinyl Concepts received my call at 7pm, Edgar came out the very next morning. We discussed options and came to a resolution that couldn't have ever been thought of in the design phase. It took the crew four more days to finish the job and boy is it beautiful. We are so very happy with the craftsmanship. Now, pulling into the driveway you look right and see this aesthetic front porch and the elegant private gate. Now all we need is a little foliage and our 1948 house looks like a brand new 2016 home. Thank you Edgar and the Vinyl Concepts team for making our house the home I've always wanted. I had both a 440' solid vinyl fence and a refurbished pergola installed recently by Vinyl Concepts and felt I should leave a review since the entire experience was so positive. I actually had Vinyl Concepts install a 240' solid vinyl fence four years ago and it still looks like the day it was first erected! There is no separation between the posts and fence like I've seen on other properties with vinyl fencing. Having Vinyl Concepts back to install a 440' fence on the other side was an easy call! Kudos to Fabian and his crew for making both installations seem effortless even though there were bad sections of root invasion. He and his crew worked so hard and I am still impressed how they managed to install such a perfectly straight fence-line! It makes me smile every time I walk outside! I also had an old pergola reconstructed with a vinyl slat cover. Fred, the sales rep, listened to my concerns and vision and helped it all come true! The pergola crew, lead by Oscar, were respectful and cleaned up before leaving every day. Oscar kept me apprised of every step and let me know what time and how many crew members to expect each day. Very satisfied customers! We would definitely recommend VC to others. We found employees to be courteous and helpful, in the showroom, on the phone, and at our location. Employees were on time for scheduled appointments and on installation day. The high price would be the only thing that would preclude us from using VC for future projects. In fact, we would have done more fencing, except for the price. Re: the product. Although having not been fond of vinyl in the past, we like our new VC fence very much! The hinges and locks look nice too. Special thanks to Core (Newbury Park location) who helped us in deciding on our entryway gate... we like it a lot. Our installation crew-of-two did a very nice job. The fellows were courteous, efficient, and professional. The two solid gates look great too. We were concerned about how the installation would go: if what we wanted would be correctly understood by Core the designer and then correctly communicated to the two installers. Communication was good. We "looked over the shoulders" of the two installers from time to time. We were glad they did not seem to resent it, or if they did, it didn't show. Except for minor glitches with a wall stain (cleaned up) and a little missing concrete around a post, we are very happy with Vinyl Concept's product and service. read more

We discovered termites in the wood patio cover in our yard, and decided to replace the strucure with something other than wood. Our research led us to several Alumawood companies, and Vinyl concepts. We went to the company's production/offices, and had a chance to inspect the product in bulk. We were impressed, not only with the material, but with the employees. The quote we received was higher than all but one of the other companies, but the product was, in our opinion, far superior. We had the sales consultant return to our home after we had removed the wood cover, replastered where necessary, and painted the house. The quote was reduced because of the work we did, so we decided on Vinyl Concepts. The work done at our home was outstanding. The crew was courteous, quite knowledgable, and respectful of our property. Since there were three existing pillars on the patio that had supported the previous cover, they were used. The on site "engineering", with different heights, and angles, was excellent. Only very experienced installers could have accomplished this job. We recommend Vinyl Concepts without any reservation. I want to give a shout out to the entire team at vinyl concepts on the design and construction of our APOLLO ROOF SYSTEM. It was our second time using VINYL CONCEPTS. We previously used them a few years ago for the design and install of our Vinyl Gates. So, when I found out they install these patio systems I was in. The manager Carlos and I worked together on all aspects of our design including the post wraps which was a first for them. Our patio design included opening and closing louvers, lights and ceiling fans. We previously considered Struxture but I can tell you that making this decision was absolutely the right call. Their installation team of Felipe, Pedro, Roger and others was absolutely off the charts. The quality of their work was precision. The patio cover turned out better than I anticipated. The post wraps for doing them the first time was an all star performance second to none. My painter finished it off with an exceptional paint job. Just had a bad experience with Ivette from Vinyl Concepts. She is very condescending and comes across as very rude employee. Kept deflecting responsibility away from her, even though she works for this company. This company has been installing a new fence and very irresponsibly the installation team left today at around 3:30 pm without installing the door to the patio. Yesterday, when they started the work, the installation person said they will put a temporary door in case they did not finish the job. Well guess what, today they left without installing any door. Called immediately after I saw them leaving to find out if they were coming back, but Ivette was not very helpful. Called a second time at 4:40 pm today to speak with a manager, to no avail. Ivette said there was no manager there, that possibly tomorrow. She also mentioned she could not help and that the company would not be responsible if any theft occurred. This company is very irresponsible by leaving my home vulnerable for anyone to come in. Very bad business practices. Not happy at all with their services, and specially very disappointed with their employee Ivette. Buyer beware!! read more

Vinyl Concepts just completed designing, manufacturing and installing a patio cover, side yard fence and side yard fence with attached gate. I can say without hesitation, this has been one of the best home improvement projects and end results in recent memory. From the initial estimate, to the careful measuring and finally the expert installation, the entire process was a pleasure to behold. My particular project was constructed by two gentlemen by the names of Saugdi and Sal. These two guys were polite to a tee, professional in nature and expert at building my project. We wanted to replace our aging patio cover and concrete slab with a vinyl structure and pavers. Vinyl Concepts does not install pavers but they recommended a contractor to do that. Vinyl Concepts and the contractor worked out a schedule to get the project done without us having to get involved. Everything about our experience with Vinyl Concepts was great - from the salesman to the installers. The salesman helped us work out a design we liked and the installers were able to complete the work on time. The office staff were very nice too. The patio is very sturdy and looks great. While Fred didn't "push" a sale on me, his consultative sales approach helped me understand what I was looking for. While I believe I got a good value, I didn't base my decision on price. We obtained several bids for a vinyl fence around the back yard. The bids were all fairly close to each other, although Vinyl Concepts was a little lower. We made our decision on the basis of their flexibility in building a 7 foot fence. Most of the alternate contractors would do only 6 or 8 foot and did not offer some of the options we wanted. I think the flexibility is because they custom make their product rather than just pulling it off the shelf.
