She reached out to me the next morning after commenting on my review, at that time, with a text apologizing and she made my appointment under another clients account and that she had me confirmed for a hair trim and balayage. This week was the appointment and something I was looking forward to as I haven't had color treatment since 2020-2022. I searched for an email reminder then went on the salons website to check. Using their online scheduling on square, my account had no past or upcoming appointments. I called yesterday on the number shown on Google late morning and it went straight to voicemail. Although I did not receive a call back and it was close to their closing time, I texted Ashley/the owner hoping to jog her memory and received a vague reply that "we are closing, sorry for the inconvenience" (see images). I tried to confirm if they were closing for the day or for good? but was left on delivered. Unsure but I dont think its normal or 5 star experience for customers to work that hard to get their hair done or keep time aside for 3 months for an appointment that may or may have not been cancelled without notice to the customer. A bit confusing as well as the salon is on a normal route for me and driving by...it seems as though the place is still open? Check them out if you would like, I hope your experience goes better for you yet hair appointments are a personal thing to me & my time is precious so I will keeping on with my search elsewhere.
