I had the strangest accident in a parking lot. My car was parked and I was just coming back from returning the cart when I watched a car across the aisle pull back. The driver kept backing up straight into the hood of my car. The damage was not extensive, so I listened when the driver asked if it would be possible to find a shop who could fix it at a low enough rate it could be done out of pocket instead of through insurance. In the process of the search I came across King Collision Center and saw they had high yelp reviews. I appreciate yelp, but you are never completely sure only with them you see all these 5 star reviews that made me curious. I called them toward the end of closing, so they had me send photos in so they could develop an estimate for me by the first thing the next day. I got up the next day and it was there. The amount was reasonable and they addressed all my concerns. They even worked with me to bill the other driver directly for me because I didn't want to be left holding the bag. When I brought the car in they did not change the estimated price at all. I went ahead and had them fix another small crack that was there when I bought my used car. They matched the paint of the car perfectly even though it is a bit of a unusual shade of green. The bumper looks brand new. Not only that, but they washed the car and showed me so much courtesy. I plan on going back to get my car painted by them. The only down side of the shop is that they are housed near other autobody shops, so it is a little tricky pulling in. READ THIS IF YOU WANT TO REALLY KNOW ABOUT King collision auto body repair. So I buy this brand-new car right. I let my wife drive it. And drive are three kids around. she's loving it. I'm loving it. Then two years later she rear-ended a car on the freeway in slow traffic. I'm furious. who the heck wants to deal with the insurance. the broker the adjuster that this who this that who this guy that guy back and forth. who the heck knows about that crap I don't I was referred by the actual car dealer to another place first . king collision was my second choice. it popped up on my search engine first on the list. after the first place give me a run around I said let me call the king. Oh my God it was unreal experience before I knew it they had the car on the tow truck taking it away same day I called. mean while I'm going back-and-forth with the other auto body repair shop just find out if I qualify for a free tow truck or not. Do then they call me back a day or two later to tell me that I don't qualify for a free tow truck pick up. I was like dude you lost out king conclusion took care Of me.!!!! I've talked to a couple different people at king collision through email and text and even on the phone I'm like a detective I want all the answers and I want all the details rested sure they answer every question tell me every detail. My experience at VIP was close to perfect! So I took my honda into VIP Collision after a brutal encounter with a fire hydrant on Laurel canyon/roscoe. Jesus checked out my car and suggested to have my insurance assessor the car their instead of waiting for the assessor to show up at my work. This would prevent any disagreement between the insurance co. and the shop...plus the shop was able to get started right away! Since I had rental coverage it made sense!! The receptionist was very courteous, efficient, and communicative. She was able to get Enterprise to pick me up within 15 minutes after making my claim...In a dodge charger 2014 to top off. Which later I rented :) awesome. They even hooked my phone up to a charger because it was dying. Anyways she was very helpful throughout the process and kept me in the loop. The finished product was immaculate and looked brand new!! VIP Collison went above and beyond my expectations. They even fixed my carpet that was annoyingly busting out of the passenger side. I was rear-ended in 2015 and my friend highly recommended VIP Collision Center to me for the property damage repairs. I am so glad that I listened to my friend and I didn't go where my the insurance company wanted me to go. VIP did a superb job and used new parts. My BMW looked brand new when I picked it up. They even washed and detailed it. I was rear-ended again in 2016 while driving on the 101 fwy. Without a doubt I took my BMW back to VIP Collision Center, and again my car looked so beautiful when the repairs were complete. I have never had a problem with the quality of the workmanship. I know of people that have had problems after the repairs were complete, and they had to bring their car back to the repair shop for more repairs. I'm so glad I never had these problems with VIP. My car felt like it was new. The customer service is also wonderful. Lara and Ingrid kept me in the loop of the status of the repairs, and they were both so helpful and friendly. After reading the extraordinary reviews, I went to King. Even with all those raves in mind, I still find myself blown away. It's hard to convey the degree of class, comfort, kindness, and expertise that all converge here. Having a tricky headlight cover challenge, I dreaded facing this repair. I went around the Valley to many auto body shops. The minute I walked in to King Collision and spent time with Everly I felt assured and comfortable that this was the best choice I could have made. I was treated fairly, was kept in contact every step of the way, and they went out of the way to return my car in wonderful condition, truly like new. I am really happy with the quality of work King Collision did on my 2006 Jaguar XJ8. Karly handled all the detailed insurance issues with my insurance company. A month later I brought my girlfriend's 2004 Toyota Scion XB for front bumper repair. King actually did a polyurethane patch repair on this front bumper and it is as strong as new! Saved a lot of money this way by NOT having to buy a brand new bumper. The paint and clearcoat finish is perfect, high quality lustre, just like it came out of the factory new. King also refinished the back bumper to like new condition! They did perfect paint/color blending and match. Excellent work, flawless. Again, Karly handled all the insurance details. This is the second time King Collision Center has gone out of their way to help me. I was so worried about bringing my car into a body shop but they took care of everything for me & made it as simple as possible. The first time I brought my car in, they worked out dents in my hood that I didn't even ask or get charged for fixing. They even helped with the deductible. This time, they knew I was going out of town & had my car fixed & ready as soon as I got back from vacation. King Collision is the best body shop i have went to from start to finish the process was very easy and Everly was nice and very informative. Given update every time my car finished a process was very nice as i can tell when my car was going to be finish. My car was finished faster than i have expected and the work done was excellent no trace of the dent made to my car and the paint job was superb. Plus you have a lifetime warranty on the work done to your car that is how you know how confident they are with their work. This body shop does excellent work. My friend recommended VIP to me after I was rear-ended in my BMW on the 101 Fwy. They called and did everything for me all i had to do was bring the car in. I was so concern that my car was going to be salvaged because the whole back of my car was smashed in. They said they can do it and they did. I found them on-line when looking for body shops and I was really skeptical but they made me feel comfortable and reassure me that they can do it and when i seen my car it look brand new. They email me every time they finished doing something to my car. They send me emails telling me what stage they are and how long it will take. Great place! Beautiful work! Very pleased with the work and Shaun Moise is very friendly and very professional! They accepted what my insurance paid and waived my deductible and did a beautiful job on my car!! The insurance said it would be probably be at least 2 weeks even though King's estimated 9 days and I had my car back in 10 days!! Good as new!! I'm so happy that I had my car back sooner than later and the quality of the work was excellent!! Amazing job on my 370z ! Doesn't look like anything happen to it at all .Took it in with many damages air bag deployed, scratches on the left side of the car, wheels damaged and alignment problems. Everly and her team kept me up to date with everything that was going on with the car , emails and phone calls , they actually worked harder than my insurance.They handled everything with them and push them to get my car fix ASAP .If you guys have any issues come to them they'll get it done and they have deals too!
