I would never recommend going here. I went in this morning for a gel manicure. I told the gentleman the length and shape on my nails was where I wanted it but he filed them down short and square. I don't care for square shape. I liked the natural shape that my nails were in. Now they are sharp and uncomfortable. It's only been an hour since I've left the salon and the polish has already started to chip on 3 nails and lift on my one of my thumbs. You can see brush strokes, thin gaps in the color and where the top coat was missed. read more

I went yesterday for a pedicure and it will be my last time here! The pedicure was just ok. The water was too hot and he never asked how the temperature was. HE was very rough on the nails to the point of pain. I don't think he said two words to me the whole time. Very quiet and unprofessional. The prices are very reasonable, but my experience was awful. When you have a pedicure/manicure you expect to be pampered a little bit ( at least I do). This is not the place to be pampered. The salon was very old, dingy and fairly gross. I DO NOT recommend. read more

Based on the experience I just had, I do not recommend you get a pedicure here. I was the only customer in the salon when I arrived and it took nearly 90 *excruciating* minutes until my pedicure was completed. The lady who did it seemed sweet, but she was using a cuticle nipper tool that was dull. She nipped and nipped until she cut my skin and had some difficulty getting it to stop bleeding. There was a toddler (one of the owners' children I am guessing) who was clearly bored out of his mind running wild throughout the salon, shouting and crying during my entire service... I have two toddlers of my own at home so I completely understand that most of the time, 2-4 year olds are a force to be reckoned with. I was just really looking forward to escaping the chaos at my own home to have a moment of peace while getting a pedicure. Unfortunately, my experience was far from peaceful or relaxing.. Also, the bottle of nail polish used to paint my toes nearly empty. I would have happily chosen another color had I realized this before she started painting. Once she started painting I could tell it was clearly an older bottle and even seemed dried out so much so that she had to tip the bottle upside down many times with each stroke of the brush to even get anything out. Then the polish was somewhat clumpy when attempting to apply it to my nails. The quality of my pedicure was mediocre and I left the salon feeling much more stressed than when I arrived. It's interesting. I have been coming here for a couple of years. Located inolynous cove you would think service would be something so spot on: I am not kidding every time I come here which is usually around 5:30 they seem annoyed. There also no consistent hours. Their prices are ok but honestly I don't feel like they are happy about taking care of their customers. I do NOT recommend this sad little (and a bit dirty) nail salon. So I booked an appointment here for me and my 2 nieces at a specific time and as soon as we got here they were unable to accommodate us all at the same time as they said they could on the phone. This is a huge pet peeve of mine at nail salons. Appointments apparently mean nothing. At the minimum they seemed annoyed that we even showed up and they were grumpy the whole time I saw them interact with us and other guests who kept coming in. If they didn't want any more guests after their 6pm closing time they should have flipped their sign to "closed" and turned people away. They didn't give my nieces a full manicure most likely based off their young age and my not looking over their shoulders. No recommendation from me here. read more

Vivian and Isaac are a fun couple who own this business. They are extremely fluent in English, punctual, family oriented and just amazingly kind people. They are a funny social couple who know you by name and make sure you are happy with their work. It's best to make an appointment, as they can get extremely busy on weekends and they give each client the time they deserve. My best friend and I go every 2 weeks, and have tried EVERY other salon in the area. This one wins for sure. read more

I live in Olympus Cove and have tried this nail salon several times. Because of the location, I was willing to put up with a few issues. That said, after this last visit, I wont be going again. The pedicure was poor and several steps missed. When it was time for my gel manicure, I sat for over 20 minutes with my hand in cold water waiting. When it was my turn, she acted annoyed and rushed, and after the final gel cure, moved on to another guest, no lotion, no massage, no nothing. Unbelievable! I asked her if I was done and she said yes, if I wanted to wait a few minutes, she would put lotion on. Then when paying, the price charged did not match the price quoted. I think the techs were capable, but it was such poor customer service I wont be going again. read more

I got a nasty nail infection over a year ago when getting a manicure with a gel nail polish. They assured me it was safe. I am still trying to get rid of the infection and my nail is deformed. I will never go here again. Years ago, I also had a problem from a pedicure. I felt like I should write this review to save others from problems. read more

I had a terrible experience here. The people were rude and told us to come back later. Then they were so busy that once we came back for our "appointment" we still had to wait over 20 minutes. It was the dirtiest place I've ever had a pedicure done. They did not sanitize or even wash the foot bath, the water was cold and there were nail clippings and old polish chips on the floor all around where I was sitting. None of the tools were sanitized and they hurt me. They used the same loofa on everyone and barely scrubbed over my thick heel skin. The massage was very quick and sort of done as an after thought. A day later my big toe hurts and I am very concerned about an infection. It was all done in a hurry and was very shoddy service. It was expensive compared to others I've had and I will never go back there. Beware! read more

My daughters and I went there 2 days before my sons wedding, We paid for full service shalack nails and pedicure. The shalack did not even last through the wedding day, chipping and peeling off. It was disappointing. It was also expensive! Even more disappointing was that in returning to the salon they did not care, blamed us for using that product(which is excellent elsewhere) and very, very rude. i've never done a review before but I feel extremely strongly that this is NOT a company with integrity and quality and I will share this information truthfully again and again! I would NEVER, EVER recommend this salon and the 2 ladies and 1 gentleman working there for anything. So sad! read more
