When I go in Vape shop they're always nice they have great customer service and very helpful and they're always sweet and patient

This place had the audacity to sell me 2 dud vapes then refused to return them for me I called literally 30 mins after I left the business and let them know and they were rude and not understanding in anyway that they just sold me broken merchandise. They would not even give me the time of day and kept telling me to lower my voice and stop swearing when I never raised my voice or swore once to them. Starting to get the idea they get this often. This place sucks and the people are rude as all hell. Don't buy slims or any other brand from this company there probably just handing out duds left and right to people and then telling them we'll sucks to sucks. The people here suck and are unprofessional, rude, and snobby as all hell and we're so dramatic to my situation and disabled my account for swearing when I never swore once to them. This place is so full of itself I hope they get shut down soon! There are so many other better places to go people! Don't just go for convenience this place is a shit show! read more

VIP is the best vape shop in Marin County, the employees are the absolute best. They are very educated on all of their products and give the most honest reviews. The employees really know what products will be good for what level of vaping you need. For example when I came to VIP I knew that I really needed to quit smoking and what I got helped me stop within a matter of days. I don't think I'd be where I'm at if the people there didn't really take their time to recommend what the best products are on the market. 10/10 would recommend you stop in this shop (also the other half of the store is amazing as well, I heard all the buyers there are awesome) read more

Best non-organic juice seller around. Not extremely expensive, just enough to keep the place afloat when you run out of juice because the internet broke again. Separation of adult and vapor if your morals are so tight you may need to buy something from the adult section to fix that dogma from becoming cancer. Great place. Not that friendly nor knowledgeable. Way overpriced. I went in as I lost my vape pen and needed a replacement right away. Explained my needs and was assured that the SMOK product would be right for me. Well, it wasn't I went back in a few days later and explained that the product I was sold was unusable for me and was again assured that the Aspire pen would be better. Again, not. I'm out $100 and have two products that don't work for me. When I looked up each of the products I bought from VIP at the online retailer that I normally use they were both double the online price... My Girlfriend just bought a couple vapes from here and came out of the store to tell me the customer service was bad. I told her that I have been coming here for over 5 years and only had a couple weird/bad experiences. As we are proceeding the drive home and try what we purchased, neither devices work... This is the second time RYSE has had this happen so I would highly suggest changing your supplier or company all together. Overall pretty disappointed. read more

I have never been ripped off so hard by a store ever! I was recommended an aspire 2 kit which I bought. It was immediately defective and quickly broke even more within 5 days! I tried to return it and they only offered to give me a new tank or get 50% off of my next purchase. First of all, they aren't engaged and just recommend the cheapest crappiest products they haven't managed to sell. They did the same for juice, selling me a disgusting juice they wouldn't let me return either. I wouldn't even recommend this store to an enemy! Horrible experience, horrible people who just want to steal your money by selling you terrible products, and they don't care about you at all or your experience.
