I have had only good experiences in this store, so let me get my one and only complaint out of the way. This probably isn't even fair to say this, as it's a complaint I read in someone else's review. Yet I know this kind of thing is common, and it's a roll of the dice if you have a complaint or a problem with some device you've purchased there--or anywhere, for that matter. I read a fairly recent review from someone who had a malfunctioning vape unit, had her receipt and all the packaging as well. She'd had it for a few days, but it was the first such vape-device she'd ever purchased. When she tried to return it, the person she dealt with, whom she said was the boss, or manager, told her no, they didn't take returns on malfunctioning things, (though she said the receipt said they did take returns--and I'm only going by what she said). So, ok, though this was not my experience, I know well enough this happens in the best of places, with the nicest of people. Her review said that this guy told her he didn't need her business, he didn't care what she wrote in a review because the store has such a superlative rating, with almost all 5 star reviews, he didn't give a shit. Now, like I said, this is someone else's experience, not mine; though I have had such an experience in other stores, though rarely. So, I have little reason to doubt this person's story, as it doesn't make sense someone would go through the whole laborious frustration of writing such a specific review if it weren't so. All right, so having said all that, here's my experience. I've been going into the store for maybe 2 years, at least once or twice a month, mostly for vape-juice, and from the second I've walked through the door, I've been greeted in the most friendly, easy-going fashion that I've ever experienced in any store. EVER. I mean, these girls, young women, have been there for me in, like, seconds. Totally friendly, professional. And a couple of months back, the lovely young woman waiting on me, asked my phone number, and I was rushing and told her not to bother, but she suggested I might have a discount coming. Which i did, and wouldn't have known about had she not insisted. And it turned out really well for me, because i was a bit tight on money that week, so I was happy. But they have always been helpful and professional, from the first time my buddy took me in there, and we tried out a bunch of different flavors; kind of to the point where I thought maybe we were being a bit too demanding. My buddy can be that way. But they were polite and patient, no sign of wanting us to finally get the hell out of there. Anyway, it's been that way ever since. That's MY experience, which is at least mostly what I have to go by. So, though I know every place has its less than happy moments, I've had nothing but really good experiences there. And of course, like most anybody else, I wish the prices were cheaper, but not if it were to cost me in terms of having a good experience. Well worth it. Thanks guys. read more

I had a bad experience with a junky pen battery I got at another shop in the area, and decided to try the vape store At VIP for something different. The girls on staff were helpful and friendly, and worked through my technical questions with me even though it was pretty busy in the store. They hooked me up with an Itazte VV (black with rainbow glitter!!) and an Aspire tank, both of which were highly recommended by staff. I added the green collar and drop tip for a little personality. I also got La Playa and Green Goddess, juices from a local company called Dr. picnics Minus one star for not carrying Suicide Bunny juices, which are my fave. But overall I really liked this store, the staff and the atmosphere. Will be coming back for more stuff soon :) read more

Every time i go inside that store they are all respectful and kind until i stopped by today!! A gentleman that works their wouldn't sell to my mother because she asked me what i needed but I'm 21!! They wouldn't sell to her because she was going to pay for me because i just turned 21 today!! I had prof of my ID and got accused of it being fake when it's all real!!! I just got it updated since i recently moved! The man was very disrespectful saying my mother is a law breaker and a bad parent to me because she offered to pay for me for MY 21st BIRTHDAY!!! Even though i had an ID saying that IM 21!!! Also they do sell to minors which i found out! I'm very unhappy with how they treated my own mother who was buying me a 21st birthday gift!!! read more

prepandemic this was a very friendly and best shopping experience. The staff is lacka daisical at best... i was the only customer in the place and had to ask for service... then i made offhand comment that handsanitizing is a "sheep" thing and was called a liberal by a Female of mixed pigmentation...i was born Caucasian and i am a Redneck by the grace of God... but i am not a "liberal" by any standard i was told she was offended, so i apologized then realized i was the one being offended as the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT... i will never patronize this store again... btw my mask is a confederate flag...redneck? hell yes read more

Ive been coming to VIP for years. Mostly for vape products but probably twice for other fun things. I just went in earlier today, had a problem with my vape pen and the employees were so kind and understanding. Tamara is awesome. And every other emplyee ive come in contact with whose names i cant remember have been awesome. Every single time. Thank you VIP for helping me quit smoking cigarettes. Really attentive workers in there. It's a bit confusing when you first walk in because it's not just a vape shop. I'll let you guys figure that one out. The girls that work there are so willing to help. I was trying to find a new flavor for my vape and they had no problem letting me sample all the different flavors they have there. I've been coming here for years. Never had a problem with anything. Recently went in and bought a few disposable vape pens. One of them, turned out to be a dud. When trying to just exchange it for another, I was told that they could only offer me 50% off another purchase! I couldn't believe that they'd put that on the consumer and not keep the customers happy. Not a good business model if you ask me. I won't be shopping there anymore. read more
