The restaurants offer an abundance of food and drink options, and the hotel offers some shops if you need any last-minute items. The entire staff from the front desk to the waitresses, to the lifeguards to housekeeping were amazing and on top of everything! This was my first stay at the Virgin Hotel and in Las Vegas and wow did everything EXCEED my expectations and more! I had an amazing birthday trip and was so happy to visit my friends and stay at a great hotel. Next time I'm in Vegas I will stay at this hotel for sure! Worth every single penny! I've wanted to stay here for a few years now. Specifically in the lofts! It must be the lofts! I was coming to town for a concert and to celebrate a special occasion, I use a hotel app that offers awesome rates. So, I caught the hotel and the room I wanted for dirt cheap prices! SCORE!!! I booked it instantly. Initially I booked for 2 nights at a rate of $330. Then I added on an additional night for $182 about a month later. I flew in late on Thursday night. So I didn't attempt to check in until 1230am. When I got there the service was quick, the hotel was pretty empty at that time. The clerk was "different" idk if he was special needs or what, but let's just say he was eccentric. He checked me into a room and when I got there it was nothing like the pics or my resy email confirmation. I called the front desk immediately! I get a female named Kate on the line and I ask her what type of room is this? She replies a standard King room. I advise her, this isn't what I booked. She says come back down, I do. I go back to the same male clerk who did the initial check in and advise the issue. He calls his mgr and goes to the back for like 15/20mins. I'm like WTF is going on! It's late, I'm tired and frustration is kicking in! He comes back and asks do I have the confirmation email of my original resy because they dont have it. I produce it. He goes bk to mgt another 15mins pass. A male mgr appears, his name is Brent. He has me email him the origin resy. He puts me in another room. ANOTHER WRONG ROOM!!!!!! A handicapped accessible room at that!!!!! I got back to the eccentric clerk and advise this is still the wrong room! My room is a 1 bedroom, 1 story, patio loft hotel room. NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE! He calls Brent the mfr and they correct it FINALLY at 2am I'm in my room! The correct room! The room was BEAUTIFUL! It was huge, clean, everything I had expected. This is typically a 500-700 a night room. And I guess they were shocked at the rate I got it for! But that's not on me! Blame the booking site and accommodate your guests immediately! My absolute favorite hotel and casino in Vegas! The staff are always amazing, very kind, and friendly. The rooms are a good size, very clean, and nicely decorated. The pool is by far my favorite feature but even in the months when the pools aren't open, it's still a great place to stay! While smoking is allowed on the casino floor, it isn't overly smoky which is perfect. The restaurants and bars are all fantastic and the drinks are reasonably priced with good quality. Clean, sleek, and funky. I've always enjoyed the Palms Springs modern mid-century vibes that this hotel evokes. Pops of orange, trendy artwork, with stylish furniture and hardwood flooring are found in the rooms I've stayed in. The casino floor features the same thought to aesthetics, but is a little darker and rather empty at times. Virgin Hotel is still one of my favorites in Vegas as it's easily accessible, off-Strip, and no parking fees. They also have promos for rooms all the time, so I recently took advantage of one specifically geared towards locals. For this deal, rooms were as low as $59, with the resort fee of $50 waived, plus a food and beverage credit on top of it all. What a literal steal, couldn't believe it. My friend and I stayed a night just so we can have a pool day. There are several pools available, but my favorite is the main one with all the sand. (Not Kassi Beach pool, the water there has been too warm the last couple times I've gone) They have a Cherry Rewards program, but I guess you can only sign up at the property. I only wish I got credit for my prior bookings and dining as I could've been receiving points all this time. I've booked the Oasis one bedroom suite before, perfect for entertaining a small gathering. The king chamber Canyon is the standard room, but still has great amenities like touch-control settings. I haven't stayed in the Ruby tower, but it has its own fancy registration area. CON: no microwave, coffee maker, or mini fridge for personal use, only a fridge with bar items PRO: Express check-out available on TV, free parking, pools are well-maintained (always see employees sweeping), a handful of food options for different budgets. read more

So I learned that the pool used to me Rehab. Never been. It was interesting to see that only one pool was open during that day. The adult pool was closed. To see kids and have to swim with kids isn't as favoring when you want a break. The pool is nice. Unless you get a cabana, there is no real shade. You are in the elements. The waiters were good and the lifeguards I did interact with were nice. It's a bit much to try to find the pool and then try to find how to get to the actual pool, poor signage . Overall I feel I need a good time for a weekday. Sunblock or not, I was truly sunkissed when leaving. I'll be back, hope to experience the pool on a weekday without kids. Nice off strip hotel nude the Hilton brand. It offers quite a bit under one roof. A hotel, casino, convention center, multiple restaurants, convenience shopping and coffee. Food offerings range from upscale to more budget friendly. 24 hour pizza ensures that you will never go hungry, no matter the time. We stayed in the Canyon Tower and were pleased with our room. We didn't have a view, but the room was nice. We were not 100% pleased with the overall cleaning job that was done before we arrived, but we always come prepared to do our own cleaning/sanitizing routine before we settle in. Our 2nd floor room was quiet and easily accessible. All interactions with staff were favorable. I would stay here again. I recommend this for someone who wants to be close to the strip, but not right in the action. This hotel is more chill and laid back than ones on the strip. I've stayed here numerous times. Each time I've always found this property to be overall exceptional as far as lodging goes. ROOMS: The rooms have a unique charm that you just won't find anywhere else. They're consistently clean and have a fresh, inviting feel. There's a laid-back vibe that makes you feel like you're in a tropical paradise. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and I can genuinely look forward to every stay. POOL: The pool is a sand beach like experience. You'll feel like you are in Bora Bora. Its a spacious set up and you'll enjoy it. It needs a hot tub though! SPA: Oh man, I've always loved relaxing at this Spa. Day passes are expensive now but the Co-Ed bathhouse allows you to relax with your loved one. Overall very luxurious feel. Every detail seems thoughtfully curated, from the vibrant desert decor to the soothing scents that you will experience here. Yes the staff isn't the finest and the restaurants arent either but i still like coming here. Special shout out to their new Chinese restaurant Chef XUE Chinese food. I tried it and it was delicious. We stayed here back in July 2025 for a quick weekend trip to Las Vegas. Getting Hilton Honors elite benefits (i.e. dining credits) was a nice perk for this hotel. Free self parking in the attached garage is also very nice! The hotel itself is super clean with modern decor. The pool isn't as fancy as the ones at the more famous hotels on the Strip, but they do the job. We really enjoyed dining at Kassi Beach for one of our dinners. It's also nice that other reasonably priced dining options are nearby since this hotel is off-Strip. On the other hand, this hotel being off-Strip could be a deal breaker for some. From the Virgin Hotel to the Strip is walkable... but just barely. You'd probably be better off utilizing a ride share service. The only major issue I encountered during my 3 days here is that on our last day, 1 out of the only 2 elevators in the Opal Tower went down, leading to stupidly long lines to access your room if you were staying in the Opal Tower. Hopefully that's not a common issue, but they really should have more than 2 elevators per hotel tower. read more

Brace yourself for a long read. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience. This was my second stay at this hotel. I chose to come back because I loved the rooms, the resort, and how family-friendly it felt during my first visit. Unfortunately, my second experience completely changed my opinion. After checking out, I realized about an hour later that I had left my engagement ring in the bathroom shower. As a busy mom, it's human to occasionally leave something behind, and I immediately called the hotel as soon as I realized it. During that call, I was reassured that the room had not yet been cleaned or entered and was told it would be fine to return to retrieve my ring. However, when we arrived back at the room, it had already been cleaned--and my engagement ring was gone. What made the situation even more upsetting was everything that followed. I spent nearly eight hours on the phone being transferred back and forth between the hotel lobby manager, security, security dispatch, and other staff members, repeating the same story over and over. Instead of getting answers, I received conflicting information and felt like no one was taking ownership of the situation. I was first told the room had not been touched, but when we got there, it clearly had been cleaned. I was then told they didn't know who had cleaned the room and that it hadn't been tracked. For a luxury resort, I found that incredibly concerning. I expected better security, accountability, and communication. In previous stays at other hotels, when I accidentally left something of value behind, the staff secured it and returned it. I have never had something disappear from the exact place where I left it. That's what makes this experience so upsetting. When you stay at a luxury resort, you expect to feel that your belongings are safe and that there are procedures in place to protect guests if something is left behind. Losing my engagement ring has been heartbreaking. Beyond its monetary value, it holds tremendous sentimental value, and this entire experience has caused me an incredible amount of stress and anxiety. The lack of urgency, accountability, and clear communication made an already emotional situation even worse. It's unfortunate because I genuinely loved this resort and had every intention of continuing to stay here. However, until this situation is properly addressed, I don't see myself returning. I sincerely hope the hotel improves its procedures for handling lost property, documenting room access, and communicating with guests so that no one else has to experience what I did. read more

A great deal via AAA for this hotel during the Cinco De Mayo weekend. First time at a Virgin Hotel but definitely reminds me of Hard Rock Seminole in South Florida. I booked a room that had 2 queen beds and no view unfortunately. This hotel is near UNLV, and conveniently off the strip (about 5 mins) if you don't want to be in the craziness of it all. This is still located around some great eats, CVS, and attractions like Top Golf. Our hotel had Dunkin, One Steakhouse, Nobu, and of course it wouldn't be Vegas without a casino in your hotel. It was very clean and modern but it did seem like they were doing renovations in the main lobby. Even when I rented a car, the parking garages are located in great area according to your tower. The designated rideshare area is great, especially with a busy hotel like this. Unfortunately, the weather was not laying out by the pool type of weather but it gives me another reason to come back soon to check out the Kassi Beach House. read more

I've been to Virgin many times but never stayed here since it was the old Hard Rock. The 4th was coming up and I wanted a staycation. I know booking on the 4th would be expensive so I decided to try the 3rd. And since I'm using my points via Southwest, I was surprised it wasn't that much for 5200 points (A-list member uses less points). I jumped on it when I saw the room type is DOUBLE 1 King Ruby Corner Chamber Dog Friendly. I did my research and the above room should cost more points (4x) but who am I to point this out? I wasn't aware if you're in the Ruby tower, you have your own registration desk.. so I was out front. During check-in I asked if I could use my Cherry Rewards players card to get comp (or at least discount) on the resort fee. No such luck but he mentioned if I didn't book via 3rd party, it's possible. Once I got the key, for some reason he puts me in the Canyon tower. Now I don't mind Canyon as long as it's the same type of room so I went and check it out. Sure enough it was NOT even close to what I've selected. So I went back to the front desk and asked what happened. The front desk lady was nice enough to inform me that for some reason, their computer shows a regular room. I showed her what I've booked. She left and talked to the manager and got it resolved. Now I know it's a screwup but it wasn't MY screwup and I was putting my foot down. Luckily I didn't even bring my luggage with me (for this exact reason) The corner room is very nice, I could go on with the description, check out the photos/video and see for yourself. Anthony at the front desk started this great experience off perfectly, with providing a complimentary Hilton Diamond upgrade into the Ruby Tower suites. Housekeeping did a great job (room 10417). Marc, on of the restaurant managers, was awesome, and fixed an issue right away (double charged for the buffet). He went above and beyond Besides the buffet issue, the only other issue(s) I encountered were from guest services/the phone/front desk. Each time I tried to use the phone, I just stayed on hold, or got transferred to an infinite hold. I was only able to accomplish a call once out of 7 or so attempts, throughout 4 days of calls, all at different hours The only time I got through, guest services gave me a late checkout, but told me NOT to get new keys. I was, of course, locked out of my room. Lala, at the Ruby front desk, however, fixed the problem. She even added 30 extra minutes for the inconvenience. My only other complaint is the absolutely awful artwork in the room Besides that, everything from the dining venues (they even make it so easy to take food to go!), to the ease of parking was fantastic! This review is based solely on their pool/beach experience. My son in law was staying here for business Monday through Thursday. We took all the kids to the pool for a day of enjoyment. Note to the establishment, please figure out the temperature of the water and also sidewalk plus the sand scenario. The sidewalk and the sand get ridiculously hot and one second with your feet on the sand burns your feet in an unacceptable manner. I know there are products on the market that you can use on your flooring to make it a more pleasant experience. I know there's not much you can do about controlling the temperature of the sand however, if you could strategically place some foot landing material nearby that would be helpful. I witnessed several people trying to hop along on a towel to avoid burning their feet. I can't believe this has not been an issue before. The temperature of the water is like a bathtub. Not very pleasant when you're trying to cool off. Now let's get to the rules! There's absolutely no room to include any forms of enjoyment while you're in the pool/beach. They don't allow the children to have buckets in the water as well as any sort of ball throwing/catching by anyone. I feel like they were extremely harsh in enforcing these rules. The pool/beach concept is wonderful, however, things definitely need to be sorted out. read more

My husband used to live in Vegas and they'd come to this hotel when it was the Hard Rock Hotel. We stopped in here on our walk to UNLV to check this place out. First thing he said was that this place changed A LOT since the Hard Rock. He would point out what used to be where. This place is really beautiful. Loved the check in area. They were doing renovations so it wasn't fully functional yet. There was a staff member that talked to him for quite awhile. There were talking about Vegas and this hotel like 20 years ago. He was really nice. We stopped into the on-site Dunkin Donuts but their prices were insane. Like $3+ for a donut... we ended up walking across the street to the normal Dunkin and treated our kids to some sweets. I'm sure we sound super cheap but we have legs and don't feel the need to spend resort-prices when we can walk across the street and pay a fraction of the cost. Our kids were like, "We want to stay here next time." And while this place is nice, it's off the strip a ways and would take you away from the action. On our way back from UNLV, we stopped back into Virgin to catch a cab back to the strip. (It's still a ways off the strip) and a hotel guy actually used the hotel vehicle to drive us to our hotel. Rooms are beautiful, comfy beds, great showers, vanity, amazing views Restaurants are all AMAZING! Pools/Outdoor Space are wonderful! The theater is an awesome concert venue! Opportunities: there's a line at the front desk for Diamond Member check in but we were ignored in that line multiple times and had to join the regular line to get service Slot machines were not fun - took our money with little play time from our experience anyway. We came for a weekend music event, but arrived a few days earlier which I'm glad we did. We went to the Opal tower where our room was and bypassed the main check in, so I had to head back and then join the line. There were only two staff working the check in, for two lines which were confusing. Some people went into the VIP line, which I didn't know who can join that line. The man in front of me and I were confused and we were both Hilton Honors members, but there was no clear signage who could join that line. It didn't start off well as there wasn't a long line, but it took a while to get checked in. We got our room keys and found our room. There was a strip view and it was far from the elevators. I liked that we couldn't much noise from other guests or housekeeping. The ice machine was closer to the elevator. The room was great. There were two sinks, lots of space for hanging up clothes and putting in drawers. There were large mirrors too. I appreciated the door to separate the area with the beds from the rest of the room. It was very spacious and comfortable. The toilet and shower had a door to separate it from the sinks. The only issue was that it was a bit tight to close the door with the position of the toilet. Also, if you had a towel on the floor by the shower, you couldn't close the door. I like the option of the rain shower head too. Another great feature of the room was a little table and also a sitting space between the two beds. We used this table when we ate food in the room while we watched tv. There were lots of plugs for our electronics and the light controls beside the beds were convenient. I also appreciated the light panel beside the door to inform housekeeping when it was convenient to clean or not to disturb. The room was the best in this hotel! The other features of the hotel were just ok. There aren't too many eateries and they would get busy while we had breaks from our event, so we would often get food from outside of the hotel. The casino was smaller compared to other hotels on the strip. I liked the location as it was an easy walk to the strip and very close to the airport. If the music event is back here next year, we likely will be back, but there are a few things they need to work on to improve the experience. read more

Overall no complaints with the hotel at all. The front desk staff works very quickly to get people checked in and they are very courteous. The parking is free if you self-park, just follow the signs to garage entrance. The place is very clean but there is smell of cigarette smoke on the casino floor, but the rooms are fine. The rooms do feel a bit dated but not enough to make me cringe like some of the other Vegas properties. The pizza place by the NOBU restaurant is open 24/7 and they food is always fresh. Just get the cheese or anything with meats on it. The spinach white cheese is just meh...overall I'd stay here again if coming for a weekend event. read more

My husband and I stayed at the hotel from 4/1/26 to 4/4/26. We stayed in the Opal Tower, room 31126. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. However, we experienced an attempted room invasion in the early hours of 4/4/26. We returned to our hotel room around 10pm on 4/3/26. We had an early morning flight on 4/4/26 so I decided I'd shower before going to bed. I realized even though house keeping made the bed and took our used towels, they did not replace the towels. We had no towels at all in our room. I figured no big deal, these things happen. I attempted to use the phone in our room to call guest services, but quickly discovered the phone in our room wasn't working. I used the phone in the hallway by the elevator to call guest services to request towels. While I initially found these events to be an annoying inconvenience, due to an event that occurred later that evening, I believe the towels were forgotten and the phone was disabled on purpose. Around 3:30am on 4/4/26, we awoke to someone knocking very loudly on our door, claiming to be housekeeping. We figured it was some drunk guy, who forgot his key, or was messing with his friends. We knew better than to open the door. As we approached the door from the inside, we told him he had the wrong room. We looked out the peep hole and saw 3 or 4 guys standing in the hallway. The guy kept saying that he was housekeeping, had the correct room, and we needed to open the door. They wouldn't leave and since our room phone had been disabled (The cord that connected to receiver to the headset had been removed.), we couldn't call the front desk or security. When I told the guys that I was going to call the police, they decided that they did have the wrong room and left. We checked out of the hotel at 6am on 4/4/26. Due to our early morning flight, we didn't have time to file a report with security. However, there was a camera in the hallway near our room. If the hallway cameras work, security will easily be able to see the event. I find it hard to believe that this group of guys just happen to randomly choose our room, with a non-working phone. I can only imagine what may have happened if we were stupid enough to open the door. The virgin hotel is relatively far away from the strip, but still convenient to navigate there through a short ride. The parking is always free here, and that's the peak of not staying on the strip. They charge resort fee, although only one tower out of three, Ruby, Canyon and Opal, is equipped with gym. The facilities are old, and room doesn't smell very well although very spacious. The sound proof is terrible, upstairs and next door neighbors could make noise and disturb your room. read more

Little back story, This used to be the Hard Rock Hotel for at least 20 years and that's what I remember but on this last minute trip to vegas for family. I stayed here for half my trip and let me tell you, I wish I had stayed the whole time. From the awesome vibes, to the wonderful staff. I have to give a shout out to Adrian my front desk guy! They have breakfast lunch and dinner options and honestly for it to be 24 hours this place was reasonably priced and very good . Next was the kitchen express probably one of the best burgers I've ever had in a while in Vegas. I just don't wanna stay anywhere else virgin you got me hooked and it's a wrap. Checked into the Ruby Tower King Chamber Suite at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas back in 2023 and honestly I'm still thinking about my next visit ... it felt like my own chic Vegas apartment. The suite is designed so spacious. I appreciated that the closet/vanity, lounge area and sleep space, was all separate and dressed in modern neutrals with Virgin's signature pop of red. The floor-to-ceiling windows made the room feel light, airy, and undeniably luxe and the pool and Mountain View's was definitely the cherry on top. The bed was like sinking into a cloud so very comfortable. The oversized walk-in shower +jacuzzi tub+ vanity space? Was also perfect the bathroom was honestly big. What I loved most is the vibe of the property itself still giving Vegas energy but in a more curated, relaxed way. Think: a Nobu dinner just an elevator ride away, cocktails by the pool under palm trees , and then back upstairs to a room that feels like your own private sanctuary. ( the hotel had many options for food and entertainment, One Steakhouse was definitely one of my favorite spots) For anyone who loves a balance of luxury, style, and calm away from the Strip's chaos this suite is it. We came one night for the Backstreet Boys at the Sphere and our only hotel requests was we didn't want to be on the strip. And this hotel was perfect! Its clean, its off strip (but not so far away), complimentary valet for guests (as it should be!), the rooms are quite large and very clean, it has a casino but its not so massive you'll get lost, and it has a nice array of restaurants and snack shops. We didn't get a chance to check out the pool but I have heard wonderful things. We will definitely be coming back this hotel when we have to be in Vegas! read more

My husband and I stayed at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas for Valentine's weekend, and we had an amazing experience! This was my first time staying at a Virgin Hotel, though I had stayed at this property back when it was Hard Rock Hotel. The transformation is beautiful--modern, stylish, and inviting. Check-In & Upgrade The check-in line was pretty long, but since we are Hilton Honors Gold members, we were able to use a shorter line, which was a nice perk. However, when we checked in, our room wasn't ready, despite booking through AMEX Travel with early check-in benefits. Thankfully, the check-in representative went above and beyond for us! Because we booked through AMEX Travel and are Hilton Gold members, they upgraded us to the Ruby King Chamber Suite, which was such a fantastic surprise. The Room & Amenities The Ruby King Chamber Suite is located in the Ruby Tower, which offers: A private check-in & concierge Dedicated valet & parking structure (a game-changer!) Our room was spacious, bright, and aesthetically pleasing--very modern and comfortable. While the view wasn't spectacular, we could see The Sphere, which was pretty cool! We saw several well-behaved dogs walking around the casino, all on leashes, and surprisingly, we never heard any barking. The whole environment felt welcoming and laid-back. Perfect Spa Day. If you are looking for a day of relaxation look no further. With the purchase of a massage you get access to the spa all day. I booked a couples massage and it was $210 a person for a 50 min posh party couples massage. They add a 20% gratuity such goes to the massage therapist. When you arrive they provide you a robe and slippers to wear around the spa. Swimwear is required for the coed area. Credit card and ID is required when checking in for your spa day. Pros Beautiful Spa, soothing massage, nice accommodations. Women's and Men's separate areas have sauna, jacuzzi, showers. The hotel offers free parking. You can come and go all day after checking in. The cons they don't offer a local discount. If you are looking for a spa day with someone of the opposite sex the only thing you can access together is the plunge pool. The plunge pool is luke warm wish it was hotter. I wish they had other areas that both genders could enjoy together. Very close to the airport. I arrived around 10am and crossed my fingers for early check in. The woman who helped me at the front desk was one of the most friendly people I've spoken to at a hotel. She allowed me to change my room type to better accommodate my friend and me, then put me on the list to get in a room early. I went and sat upstairs outside where I could see down at the pools. Oddly, only one was open and I was told you have to pay extra for access. The larger one was open and already crowded. I think if you don't make the mad dash at 9am you won't get a seat. Unfortunately, the text notification from the front desk never went through so I waited two hours despite the room being ready. The room was fine, but I really didn't like that the floors were dirty. There was quite a bit of hair around the beds. Ick. Besides that, it was fine. I liked that there were lots of electrical plugs close to the beds for multiple phones and tablets. There's a coffee shop where I enjoyed a good latte. It closes around 2 or 3 (there's a very slow Dunkin around the corner). There's a small casino at the main entrance but I really didn't see anyone at the machines during my stay. Not sure I'd stay here again (if ever forced to go back to Vegas which I hope isn't soon) because it's not close to anything so you have to pay to ride share everywhere. read more

It's Spring Break '26 in Las Vegas. Suns out and 96+ degrees and all but the smallest pools are closed. All guest are forced to fight over 30 deck chairs. Seriously considering moving hotels. Not pleased with Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. Truly a "black eye" on the Hilton brand image. The property is nice for what I've been able to access. However, having pools visible but locked out really rubs salt in an open wound. read more

Just checked in was given a handicap room and not even asked. When I spoke with Scott the Manager he stated all other Ruby rooms filled and when I stated that self parking lot was empty he stated that a lot of rooms were being repaired. After several stays, Virgin Las Vegas is our go to resort. The location is ideal. The airport is a quick, inexpensive Uber so you skip Strip traffic and construction. It is pleasantly quiet and does not have all the noise of the Strip. You are still close enough to walk or take a short cab when you want it, but there is so much on property that you may not feel the need to leave. Rooms are spacious, spotless, and full of modern flair. Clean lines. Bold art. Thoughtful touches that feel fresh the second you open the door. The pools are a blast. The sand bottom gives a true beach vibe, and the cabanas are reasonably priced, unlike most of the Strip. Poolside service is friendly and quick. Dining really shines. Kassi Beach House has great food and a fun social energy. Chef Xue is a must. We are obsessed with the fried tofu. Go for happy hour Sunday through Thursday from 5 pm to 7 pm for 50% off all drinks and 50% off select appetizers. Brunch at Lucia Mexican Grill is another highlight. Bottomless mimosas are $16.99, and the Asian inspired twists on Mexican dishes are creative and delicious. Late night is covered by Pizza Forte, open 24/7. Prices across the property are refreshingly sensible. Coffee is $2, which feels like real hospitality in a city where some places charge $14 or more. The spa is beautiful. Turquoise tile. Arched ceilings. Warm amber lighting. Cozy alcoves and a serene pool area that feels like a private retreat. Staff are warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Cherry Rewards has improved a lot. It is straightforward and useful, and gives us another reason to return. We did not make it to ONE Steakhouse or Nobu this visit, but both are on our list for next time. If you want an easy Las Vegas getaway with cool modern rooms, great food, a gorgeous spa, and prices that make sense, Virgin Las Vegas overdelivers. I stayed at the Virgin hotel in Vegas from July 11 2026 to July 14 2026 The hotel was beautiful with lots of entertainment the terrace pool was my favorite pass time easy access to the strip safe location, but what I did not like about the hotel on returning back to my room the morning of the 13th housekeeping had just turned down my bed and there was a bedbug on the loveseat in the room she came and got it, took it to her supervisor who came and asked what did I want to do? I replied I would like another room that I was not sleeping in a room that had bedbugs if there was One There were more he said I had to go to front desk to request a new room I was already on hold with front desk waiting to speak to management left on hold for over 30 minutes management. Never got on the phone or contact me so I went to the front desk was told I had to fill out an incident report with Security before he get a new room. Security was really friendly and very helpful and very understanding of my issue after completing the report then I was offered a new room no apologies from the front desk clerk no sympathy never talked To or was contacted by management very disappointed Ihave pictures of the bedbug on the love seat and showed the front desk and security read more

Amazing hotel! I recently stayed during the week and was blown away by their suites. The customer service is amazing excellent as usual and the pool is super cool. It can get crowded by noon but it's still nice. The drinks run around $16 at the pool bar, still good though. My favorite hotel in Vegas, even better than Resort World. read more

Off-strip location makes this a great spot if you want a quality and affordable vegas hotel experience. The former HardRock hotel turned Virgin is our go to when we come to Vegas. It's near the Formula 1 Paddock, Top Golf and down the street from the strip. It's quiet, colorful and a great spot with a. Quick trip to and from the airport. Three towers snuggle a large pool area that appears to be recently refreshed. There are convention spaces, multiple restaurants, bars and club spaces. A large arena that was once home to many Vegas showcases and now features the likes of Shaboozey. Two large parking decks and a quiet elite check in space for the ruby tower allow you to bypass the long lines at the main check in area. New gaming area is often quiet and what appears to be construction to Update many of the "show" spaces. The rooms are fine. Beds are huge as are the bathrooms. The corner suites are great with lots of room and plenty of windows. Standard rooms are fine but nothing special. They now charge a resort fee which seems new in the last year. $40 = ouch. Hilton affiliating gives you points although I will say, they don't really cater to the Hilton elites. They don't acknowledge your status or do anything to make you feel any more valued than the standard parade of customers so adjust your expectations there. read more
