Those SUVs are renowned for reliability, space, and safety. I was sold the SUV first come, first serve. I am just performing normal maintenance on it so far (I just picked it up today), and it is running smoothly. I felt super comfortable at this dealership, and got the impression that they treat everyone with respect. When I was lost, could not find the dealership, and was late for my test drive appointment, Ahmed's brother Dowd literally drove to where my son and I were lost (down the street) and led us to the dealership himself. I appreciate that the car buying process was seamless, expedited, well organized, and Mr. Ahmed explained all the papers, fees and things for me to expect (picking up the title, where to sign, etc.) It is only one out of two times in my life that I can say a car salesman treated me with completely respect and equity as a minority disabled woman. I would definitely look to Divine Automotive Group for future automobile purchase needs, and I would recommend them if you need a reliable used car for a fair price.

I purchased a 2012 Ford Fusion on Monday, April 14th. Just one week later, on April 21st--and after…read moredriving fewer than 500 miles--the car began displaying a "Service AdvanceTrac" warning. I had the throttle body replaced and the battery upgraded, hoping it would fix the issue. That cost me $600, and to their credit, Aren Auto Group reimbursed me $300. Unfortunately, the issue persisted. A diagnostic scan at my local Ford dealership revealed the car needs a complete transmission replacement--a repair quoted at $18,000+ because Ford no longer produces the necessary parts. This problem is actually part of a known recall for this specific model--something Aren Auto Group did not disclose prior to the sale. And coincidentally, this recall is now expired. According to the CarFax report, the vehicle had been traded in to Ted Britt Ford and then purchased by Aren Auto Group at auction, with only 10 additional miles on the odometer. It's clear that the car was likely offloaded at auction because of this exact issue. Rather than acknowledge the evidence from two highly qualified mechanics, including a Ford-certified technician using manufacturer-specific diagnostics, the dealership owner, Chris, still insisted I take the vehicle to their mechanic--essentially questioning the validity of the previous expert evaluations. The car is currently with their mechanic. The dealership's communication throughout this process has been poor, and at this point, I believe their business practices lack transparency and integrity. Had this issue occurred after 10,000-20,000 miles, I might chalk it up to wear and tear. But a major, safety-related failure within 500 miles of purchase points to a serious pre-existing issue that should have been disclosed. I now believe this vehicle was knowingly sold under misrepresentation and fraud. I'm not looking for anything unreasonable--I simply want my money back for a vehicle that is unsafe, unreliable, and not fit for use. If you're considering buying from Aren Auto Group, I strongly urge you to reconsider. This experience has been nothing but stress, expense, and frustration.

They have a huge selection, I personally was pretty particular with having lower mileage usage and a lower cost. Customer service was friendly, it has to be. The draw backs were that I came in with a budget that I specifically asked for, and left with a car at double the value of that budget. I was told I had to buy the gap insurance for the car along with add ons because it was required of the loan and the lenders required it. That was not true, when I reached out to the lender to confirm my loan they asked a line of questions, and through their questions they had informed me that I did not have to buy any insurance. I texted & called the Salesman that gave me his contact info for concerns addressing the issue, but heard nothing back so I returned to this location and worked with the General Manager that helped me with removing the add on insurances. If you buy a car from this location add roughly $1000+ to your costs. They add a Ceramic Coating to the vehicle your purchase and they also add a tracking device with a subscription you can't opt out of for 2 years. I expressed to the General Manager that if they use these add ons to maintain their vehicles the customer shouldn't have to pay for them in the end and should have the option to opt out. They had shared due to the theft of cars and to best maintain their cars they must have these tools. My biggest issues with my visit is the lack of transparency; I found out a lot of important information AFTER I ran my credit that may have impacted my decision making if I was informed prior. Lack of communication, what's the point of offering your business card if you don't respond to a call or text at all, when I returned to the location a few days later I saw the same sales men so it was awkward. Misleading information; being told I absolutely had to have their insurance when I didn't, I came back multiple times to resolve this issue to have it all removed, if there was more transparency I may have opted into getting the insurance but my experience felt too shady to trust the sales men. The return policy was something they weren't clear about you MIGHT be able to return the car you may not be able to. You MIGHT be able to exchange the car just ensure you bring back the car with less than 500 miles added & within 7 days. Your down payment MIGHT be turned into a store credit that will be there once you're ready to buy. When I've purchased at CarMax they give you a month, and you can add 1500 miles, if you don't like the car you can just return it; there needs to be more flexibility around this return period.

The front side of the wheels did look nice as they were recently painted. However, the style and design of wheels has large open spaces where the back side of the rims can be well seen from the frontal view and did show much dirt and stains that could not be identify. I was hesitant with buying them as I wasn't sure if the back side could be cleaned up and Sean knew of my concerns. Sean also numerously stated to me that the back side could be cleaned up as it was only dirt. So with reinsurance from Sean, I did purchase them for $1,600 cash and took them home and tried cleaning them. NO LUCK! Yes, the surface dirt washed off but later found out the the heavier marks were actually corrosion imbedded into the rim itself. These wheels are now useless to me because the corrosion areas can be seen all throughout from the front side. My problem I have with Sean is that he lied to me about all of the blemishes on the backside being able to be cleaned up and yet, that wasn't the truth. After learning what I was now stuck with, I contacted Shawn via Marketplace to let him know the outcome and haven't yet received a response back.

Unfortunately, since buying the vehicle things have taken a turn. Before writing this review, I…read morehappily gave Sean the courtesy to work with me as someone who previously had positive interactions with him. In good faith, I wanted to give the opportunity to rectify some of the problems before assuming the worst. Unfortunately, during my most recent phone call, I was met with unusually aggressive behavior. Rather than working toward a resolution, he escalated the situation significantly and made accusations that I was "threatening" his business and attempting to get something for free. My only intention was to have a respectful, solution-focused conversation to resolve the issue fairly. He completely SNAPPED on me and was quick to anger. I have never ever had a worst customer service experience, nor had a professional be so bold to yell at me over the phone-- to a point that I cannot even hear myself. In fact, I've never had any stranger speak to me like this whatsoever. As a fairly quiet young woman, this was quite a frightening and brutal experience to be honest and truly a learning lesson; so women especially-- beware of this place, you could encounter confrontation and it will escalate. Ever since I bought this 2012 Volvo S60 in cash (which I regret) it has been riddled with problems (Misfires, decreasing engine pressure etc) the car won't even pass inspection. I was repeatedly told that this car was great and had such an awesome engine-- I got several mechanic opinions after buying and unfortunately this was not the opinion they held. The car has been parked for as long as I've owned it, and I have only been able to drive it 1500 miles. I was informed by Volvo the car needs an engine replacement but is not "even worth putting the money in the vehicle, as the car has over 120,000+ miles." This experience at Sterling Sports Motors and Trucks was a complete loss of 7000+ dollars and as a student that is quite a lot for me. I didn't even get to drive the car for a full year and I'm now trying to sell this car for 1000$ if I'm lucky. Please think twice before trusting this used dealership and spending your hard earned $$$ here. Not only this, but originally it seemed that he was willing to help me out with my concerns about the vehicle. Therefore, I drove the car on its last leg to the shop, only to find out there is absolutely NO PARKING and was told that he is closed on Sundays so he cannot help me, when the hours of operations are clearly listed as being from 12-4 (Which will probably be updated by the time you read this review). I tried to explain that I cannot leave and bring the car back because the car will NOT make it but was not heard due to all the arguing and was ultimately told to park the car over at some auction nearby. In conclusion, it has been my experience that this dealership is bad business, cannot be trusted and has no respect for their prior clients. In fact, the disrespect and defensive behavior I encountered here was so abrasive I wish the "good" reviews had not led me into even spending a dime here. Also, I am reviewing the CORRECT location. Please beware and don't make the same mistakes I did. I am disappointed I could not leave a better review. Please see the images and documentation uploaded.
