Multiple visits and consultations to work out the tricky parts. And when it came to the day of the work, they showed up with 15 guys at 5:30am and had it done by 1:00pm -- it was amazing to watch. Absolute hustle. Everything was immaculate after, including dragging all of the nearby turf and access points with magnets to collect any loose nails. Great service throughout. I am not in the habit of writing glowing reviews but I gotta say, these folks did an amazing job. I'll hire them again when my house needs a new roof.

My rental property in Alexandria got hit with back-to-back storms, and my tenant texted that a man named Jesse knocked on the door to offer free roof inspection services. Yes, someone knocking on the door usually raises a flag for me, but I checked out their website and thought, "Why not?" Within a week, Jesse met with an inspector from my insurance company (USAA), and Jennifer from the office sent the proposal to them. Billy (company owner) and I met online to get all the contract details in order, Melissa coordinated a date with my tenant, and when the day came, the Pure Roofing Team replaced the roof in one day. The tenant reported that the roof looks fantastic and that the clean-up was impeccable. The team made everything so seamless and easy; the hardest thing I had to do was pick out the tile color. Their quality work just upped the value of my property, and the best part: I only had to pay the deductible! Many of our neighbors in our…read morearea have had roofs redone by him and based on their recommendations, I decided to go to Falcon for an estimate to redo our 20+ years old roof. Glen's estimate came in at less than 50% of the one we got from a national roofing company, without the high-pressure sales pitch, just straight talk after a thorough inspection of our roof. Our new roof and gutters are beautiful- and were installed according to schedule and the cleanup was thorough. I was concerned about my garden, which was right next to the house, but Glen took care to minimize the falling debris from the roof and covered things up with tarps. The new gutters are a significant upgrade from our old ones and I no longer have spillover during heavy rains. Our garage door frame was slightly nicked during the delivery of the pallets of roofing materials, and even though Glen's team was not responsible for the delivery, he spoke to his supplier, arranged for replacement parts, and very kindly repaired the damage himself. Though the damage was only to one side of the garage, he offered to replace the other side as well - and refused to take any payment from me for the extra work. I love being able to support local small businesses and in this case, I am so glad I did. If you need a new roof or repairs, and/or new gutters, Falcon Roofing is the way to go.
