Groupon had two options available to purchase: one with 2 appointments and one with 1 appointment. The listing did not say I couldn't buy one of each. I double-checked, and each one said: "May be repurchased every 90 days. Limit 1 per person, may buy 1 additional as gift(s)." This was listed on each of the options. They also said "New customers only." I'm a brand new customer, so that wasn't a problem. When I called to schedule my appointment, the calls went straight to voicemail. I kept getting callbacks from a private number, and my phone is usually set to not receive those kinds of calls. When I realized who was calling me (she left a voicemail), I had to change the feature to be able to receive the call. Okay, no problem. We connected today. But when she mentioned the two appointments, I mentioned that I had also purchased the other option, too. She then explained their policy, indicating I couldn't use the option with the one appointment. I would have been fine with that, but she asked me to pull up the Groupon and read the details. I did, and they conflicted with what she had just explained to me. She also said I wouldn't be a new customer anymore after the first appointment, and that confused me because one of the Groupons was for TWO appointments. Was I going to be allowed to use it? I really didn't understand. I explained why I had interpreted the verbiage the way I had, just because it seemed like she wasn't understanding what I meant, and right as I was about to offer to get a refund, she said she had "important calls coming in" and she just hung up on me. I was shocked. I just bought these yesterday. I've never been treated so unprofessionally by a health and beauty spa.
