Business Owners Beware!…read more Biggest red flag company I've dealt with in awhile. They charge $126 to come out and give you a quote. That charge is applied towards the repair should you choose to go forward with it, pretty standard business practice in this industry I feel so no issue there The problem is the quote came in 4x higher than everyone else we used in the past. And I'm starting to believe that they do this on purpose just so they can claim their $126 for two minutes of work. For reference, I own a 78 restaurants across the US. A dozen here in Southern California. We typically hire a company called Stiles (highly recommend) , for our oven repair need. Unfortunately their tech was out on leave so we had to find someone new. We needed a fan motor replaced on one of our ovens (we provide the parts), a job Stiles charges $155 for and takes about 15-20 mins. These guys came in, looked at it for 2 mins and quoted $800. Definitely not happening! I'm sure they were happy charging their scam charge of $126 for a 3 min trip. I should've been more cautious when the representative on the phone told me they had issues with businesses wanting to pay the $126 so they required my card upfront before they would schedule Avoid them at all cost !!

We have a 5+ year-old LG gas stovetop that has 5 knobs that were in various states of failure. We had gone to the LG parts website and called them directly as well for replacements, since we had no idea how to change them ourselves. It turned out that only 2 of the 5 were in stock, costing approximately $55/each! When we spoke with Abel, who was very busy working on a refrigerator repair took the time to inform us that these types of parts are easily sourced on sites like Amazon.com and that if we were unable to find the replacements, he would be more than happy to help us. Indeed, we were able to see that there are many non-OEM parts available for a fraction of the OEM cost, and ultimately, we spent about $25, including tax, which solved our problem. We want to thank Abel publicly again for his kindness and expertise. He will certainly be the one that we call in the future for any of our appliance repair needs. Unfortunately the noise was still there the next day. Franklin came the following day and took apart the dryer again and found the problem. A cracked blower wheel. The crack must be hard to notice. He gives a 90 day labor warranty on dryers so i was not charged. He didn't even charge me for the blower wheel. This guy isn't going to try to rip you off or tell you parts that are fine need to be replaced. He will be my appliance guy from here on out. He will figure out the problem one way or the other.

We used Matt in March 2025 and he came quickly to fix our washer. He replaced the belt and showed us how to. Belts should last 5-7 years. It's broken and shredded again. We tried to get him to come out again and he scheduled for yesterday between 11-1. We gave him the model number so he had the parts days in advance. We asked the day of if it's possible to come closer to 12. He said no and that he could come the next day. During the next day we called to confirm the time and he said he didn't know if he could come and that he doesn't know which parts so maybe next week. After seeing he doesn't have a verified license, I'm glad he's not coming back.
