WOOOOOOOW, never ever in my whole shortened long life, have I ever been to such a restaurant, I love the food, the oily food, great service, warm welcomes, I would 100% come back to this food service... Oh wait this isn't filberts it? Huh, we'll be keep going. This is a fine non food service establishment, 11/10 would maybe consider coming back, possibly, low chance. Had a weird smell actually. Lighting was it dark or I may just be going blind, and there was a strange short guy by the door just staring at me. They had a weird oily drink in the back, I don't recommend. And their balls smelled pretty funky.not to mention their strange employee that kept eyeing me, darn Rob Boss. They also had dismembered, I wonder what their story was, poor guys. I moved out here from the east coast and was still having new balls shipped from my old ball driller. I gave had a few guys out here say they can get pretty close and are real good. I finally decided to give a local shop a chance. Craig at Virtue not only matched my grip, but he remeasured and straightened out my old equipment that didn't match. Now every ball has the same measurement, my offset oval thumb he does every time, 8 balls now and not 1 piece of tape needed. Another thing Virtue did was take a look at me bowl, then make recommendations for equipment and drilling layouts. I use to always buy Storm with pin up drilling. Now I am throwing Brunswick, Columbia and Storm, varied layouts and helped explain why. Pin down is now My favorite layout. Always a nice job and feel welcomed. read more

The Staff at VBS is just phenomenal. We ordered quite a few Jerseys for our staff and bowling team. Although there were a few mistakes at first, Craig went above and beyond to get them fixed and the product back to us in a timely manner. Great pricing and the service is amazing. When we picked up our shirt order I dropped off two balls for Greg to drill whenever he could. I was in no hurry for them so I told him next week is fine, and that I knew how busy he was. He called me back in two hours to let me know they were ready to go. Now that blew my mind. I've never had such a great turnaround, I was able to use them the next day at a tournament. From experience this is the most knowledgeable pro shop around with standard hours that make sense. Craig was really helpful and watched me bowl a little to help answer all of my questions involving another pro shops shotty work, such as improper Ball fitment and complete opposite ball recommendation than what I needed. The staff is very approachable and is willing to share all the information that you need, and has a positive attitude for helping all bowlers young to old beginners to advanced. I may have only went in today for some ball cleaner and consultation, but I have my plans to buy my next ball based on their recommendations in the coming days. read more

Had an awesome experience here tonight. Cam in know nothing about bowling just knew I wanted a ball, bag, and shoes. The amateur there took me to a lane, watched me throw a few and determined the ball I need, they had it all drilled and sized for me within 20 minutes, enough time to grab a drink and was on my way. Felt very welcome here as a beginner getting my first basic ball. The people that worked here were very helpful in picking me out a ball that would work with my bowling style. They told me about all the possible custimization and add ons. But importantly didnt try to upsell me on anything I didnt need. Stopped in just before league because I got fat over the summer and needed my thumb hole opened a little. Greg had it done in about 1 minute. He is always extremely helpful. He drilled a ball for me a few months ago. I told him what I wanted out of the ball and he hit it right on with the drill. Greg has become my favorite ball driller in the valley read more
