The best eye appointment I've ever had. Staff were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable. Dr was awesome. Highly recommend.

I have gone to Dr. Agostini for years and I absolutely enjoy her down to earth nature, her attention to her patients, and willingness to adapt eye care for the patient. When it was Longmeadow Eyecare in the Longmeadow Shopping Center, the office staff was welcoming, engaging, and great at addressing patient needs as soon as you walked into the door. Since it has moved to Conamar Drive and taken the name "Vision 2020" I am hugely disappointed. The staff is unprofessional, uninviting, and acts like the patients are a fruit fly buzzing around their meal. Dr. Agostini is still the same and without her I would have gone to a new practice long ago. It was mentioned loudly at my last visit that they rarely clean vital lenses for pictures of the eye causing images to have artifacts. The order in which patients are taken back and addressed needs work, I was taken after two people merely because I had a contact exam. There is no reason that the staff should be trying on glasses when there is a line of people waiting to be helped. The main front desk employee, whom I have communicated with in person and on the phone, doesn't seem to know what she is doing at all. I had to help her! I don't know what is going on there, but it needs to be fixed or many people will be moving on to new practices! read more

The experience with the Martinsburg Vision 2020 optical staff and their optical lab is ABHORRENT. I really like Dr. Kemidi but their optical business SUCKS. On Nov 7, 2024, I had my annual eye exam for a new contact lens prescription and a new prescription for my glasses I only occasionally wear glasses so I met with the optical staff to order replacement lens for my glasses. My history with their lab since 2021 is such that I should have known better because the lab broke the original new pair in 2021. Back then, no one called me to tell and after 3 weeks of waiting to hear from the store, I contacted the store only to be told the lab had broken the newly purchased frames and they would have to remake them, so additional delays. FASTFORWARD to Nov. 2024 and my recent experience. I ordered replacement lens. I waited nearly 3 weeks to hear from the store. No calls from them. After 3 wks., I stopped into to the store to see why I hadn't heard from them. I was told the lab broke my 'customer-owned' frames and someone should have called me to let me know. NO ONE HAD CALLED I was told I could pick from the economy frames or pay for new frames. I picked a frame from the economy wall. Earlier this week, I received a txt from the store stating the new glasses were ready for pickup. I went to the store yesterday Wed. 12/18/2024 to pick up my new glasses. The glasses they had waiting for me was the WRONG FRAME!!! At this point, I am confidently stating that your optical service is the absolute worst customer experience I have ever had in the 59 YEARS that I have been wearing glasses. I am not sure I will be back to see Dr. Kemidi but I am 1000% sure I will never trust this company again for glasses. The time from work I took to deal with their b.s. and the frustration of still having no glasses, I did demand and received a refund for the lens I purchased BUT I also no longer have my OLD glasses to fall back on. Friendly and efficient front office staff. Dr. Sauble provided excellent eye care, exam, and recommendations for my eyes five years after my LASIK. His communication was excellent, providing facts and information in a friendly, easy to understand way. Thanks so much! read more

To damn expensive, never had I ever paid $650 some dollars for a pair of glasses anywhere else in my life!!! And my mom paid $550 some dollars for hers, dont have to worry either one of us going back there. Now maybe $ 200 some dollars would've and should've been enough, poor mom after we got um said, hell they aint even any frame on the bottom part of either of our glasses! Why were they so damn high? No one ever did tell us how much the glasses were, no price tags or nothing, once we picked out a pair & they wrote up all the stuff on the paper, thats when they gave us the bad news. read more

Dr. Agostino is absolutely the best eye doc I've ever had. Most of them are very impatient when running through the "A...B...1....2" routine. She understands the patient's hesitations and offers explanations or tips to help you figure out which is best for you. She also is willing to help you work through exactly what you need - in my case, it was 3 different pairs of glasses for the various functions I need to accomplish. MUCH better than being shoe-horned into one pair of Progressives that left me spending much of my workday without any glasses at all. The technician/receptionist was very patient and helpful when fitting me for my glasses and made me feel like they valued my business, even though it had been 10 years since I'd been there last (with other eyecare visits to other vendors in between). I'm HAPPY that Dr. Agostino is still with them...she even remembered me after 10 years. Now THAT'S customer service. I highly recommend them. Can't imagine what that other reviewer was talking about...sometimes your own attitude can determine how you are treated. Be nice...it comes back to you. If not, maybe they're having a rough day and could use a little spark of pleasantness. read more
