Quiet, efficient, and frustration free. I'm used to having to wait for quite a bit even when arriving to appointments early and on time. Not so at this location. Can't recommend them enough. Additionally, parking is free and the building itself is very beautiful. I just wished some of the equipments were wiped down as my face had to touch directly on it. Otherwise, still a great office to come and get your optical needs met.

From the moment we arrived, Dr. Truong treated my mother with the utmost respect, patience, and genuine care. She took the time to make sure my mother felt comfortable throughout the appointment and never rushed the process. It meant a lot to see a physician show that level of compassion and professionalism. When they text, there's a link to fill out digital paperwork. Front desk guy checked me in on time and only waited a few minutes before I went to the hot air balloon test and the (dreaded) air spray test. Waited for a minute before Dr. Michael Tran called me for the eye exam. I kindly asked if my love could join us in the room, he was cool with it. Very chill doctor (sporting a parka) and courteously laughed at our little jokes and stories. Apparently, the previously mentioned tests showed very different results from when he tested my eye sight in the exam room. Thank goodness! My vision hasn't changed since my last eye exam from years ago. Always make sure to check if your insurance covers at this Costco optometry; it could save you some money. They will email your results but you can obtain a print-out, just say please. Love this staff! Total of probably 10 minutes.

Now, the Target Optical in there is a different story. Two of the girls there aren't very nice. One identified herself as a manager but she didn't act as a manager, just plainly rude and unprofessional. She had very poor customer service skills. I don't see the doctor there so I can't rate the doctor onsite. I'd usually go to my own doctor. Then bring my prescription there to get the Coach frames for the glasses for several years. But their prices for frames and lenses are just as high as doctor's offices. There's an up charge for everything on the lenses. These options are included at Costco with the lenses purchase! We just stopped giving them the business and go somewhere else because of their attitude.
