Bad customer service. I made an appointment over a month ago, in person at the Seguin Office. My insurance was verified by not one but two front desk employees. I was assured that Vison Source takes my insurance. My appointment was confirmed earlier in the week. Today I received a call asking me to verify my insurance. I traveled from Alaska to Seguin to visit my daughter in early November. While I was in town, I decided to get my annual eye exam and new glasses. I was extremely happy with my visit here. the staff and doctor are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. the Doctor and staff explain the procedures, tests, and results in a manner that is easy to understand and again, they make you feel comfortable about asking questions. They don't try to rush you in and out like a lot of other places and you can sense that they have a genuine concern about what is best for you. I received my new glasses promptly and they encourage me to walk in or call immediately should I have any problems with them.
