I confirmed that I do and that it is Davis Vision. The representative responded that they do not accept Davis Vision. I pointed out that Davis Vision is listed on KEC's website as an accepted provider, at which point the representative replied, "Are you a website designer?"--a dismissive and unprofessional remark. Parking was only by meter in front of the store. Traffic on Broadway was horrendous. I was told not to touch anything in the store to try on frames. This abysmal treatment has cost the company two customers. After posting this negative review, I received two phone calls from the optician explaining his paranoia with Covid-19 despite precautions taken in the store.
