Vita Cane is our favorite acai bowl place in the area!!! We love the fact that you don't have to get acai in your bowl. You can choose a base of multiple options. Then it's unlimited toppings (however there's only so much that can fit on top of your bowl). Prices are super reasonable for the amount you get and compared to other acai bowl places. My go to is acai, pitaya, and mango base, then heart healthy flax hemp granola, cacoa nibs, unsweetened coconut, fruit, goji, mochi then topped with cashew butter. Appreciate the non-sweet topping options. A lot of other acai places have nothing but sweet options and it's just too much. Vita cane has something for everyone. My bf and I stumbled upon this place while visiting Pasadena and I'm a sucker for açaí bowls, and sugarcane/coconut drinks. I'm from OC area where there is a similar drink called cococane, where they mix half coconut and half sugar cane together. I ordered a normal açaí, pitaya and matcha base for my açaí bowl. They have unlimited toppings to choose from and it's nice to create your own. The person that did my toppings was really nice, considerate and attentive too when I would say a little of this, and more of that. I really appreciated the thoughtfulness and kindness even when they apologized for taking a long time because they got swamped with customers which I totally understand. I also had a large 50/50 drink and highly recommend, they freshly juice the sugar cane and add bits of coconut chunks and it's a really delicious and refreshing combination. This location is almost just as awesome as the Rosemead store. You have really cool and customer service focused employees. I love the amount of decor put into this location. It definitely fits the gentrified Alhambra look. This place is on the corner of Main and Garfield, right next to the kbbq place. Parking might be a bit challenging so use the multilevel structure behind it. Keep those canes fresh and sweet, guys. I'll be back for more. read more

A fresh juicery and acai bowl are always salubrious. Vita Cane is a new juicery and acai bar located on Main st and Garfield ave. I love checking out, giving reviews and supporting new business. It's interior atmosphere and decor was welcoming and very cute, respectively. They have plethora of juice/acai choices on the menu. As for juices, they only offer two sizes: regular (24 oz) and large (32 oz) cups. I ordered one of their signature mixology juice called CocoMelon. It's made of fresh pressed raw cane, coconut water, watermelon juice and coconut bits. Similarly, they have five premium drinks which are very interesting. As for acai bowl, you can build your own and they only have two sizes: small (12 oz) and regular (16 oz). Moreover, there is no limit to how many bases and toppings you can put. I ended up with one base-Açaí and multiple fresh fruit toppings. Staff were very helpful, attentive and professional. Prices were very reasonable. Plenty of parking garage in the vicinity. I always add in chia seeds for an extra healthy boost. It's so refreshing on a hot day and you get so much for the price. I sometimes save half of the large for the next day. Definitely worth a try! I am a loyalist to the Rosemead store already but so glad I have a closer option to me so I can literally punch in my order at 7:55PM and get it by 8:00PM LOL jk. Vita Canes has the best customer service and really good sugarcane juices + acai bowls. Yes, sugarcane juice is going to be much more expensive than boba. Yes it is 'healthier' but remember moderation is key here! My favorite juice combos are: - Regular Sugarcane w/ Kumquat (a must!) - Vita Cane 50/50 which is half sugarcane and half coconut juice - The Green Machine - sugarcane, coconut juice, and pennywort (YUM!) I recently got to try their BYO Acai bowls here and I gotta say I am a fan! They have 4/5 bases to choose from but so far I really enjoyed their Acai, Pitaya and Matcha! Toppings are unlimited with fresh fruits and dried options. I do wish they listed what ingredients are used in each of the frozen blends they have but I will assume its pretty good for now :P This location is super clean and has fast/friendly service. In a super busy area (Main St. next to Road to Seoul) so parking might be tricky but hey just park at Sprouts and enjoy a walk. Great addition to Alhambra! read more

My son is addicted to 50/50 as it's his first time ever drinking sugar cane. This is my second time trying Vita Cane (it is a bit expensive than other location I've gone to). Needless to say, I wanted to try the Alhambra location but I was so disappointed as they don't give you much coconut bits as they Rosemead location. Considering I'm paying $8.50 which is a meal in itself but dang they are so cheap on coconut bits. Will not be returning again. There's one in Rosemead on Garvey that's way cheaper and the owner is super super nice. read more

I thought it was a little pricey but the product was worth it. I ordered my Acai bowl via phone and service was fast and friendly.

While the drinks are definitely good here, the service we experienced here was not good. We ordered 2 large drinks and one of the drinks was not properly sealed and spilled all over our stuff. You can imagine how sticky and hard it was to clean up. When we called to complain, they said they usually flip the drinks upside down to check that it's sealed, but they obviously didn't do it for our drink, otherwise it would've spilled all over their floors. We had even tipped the workers, even though they were reluctant to give us an extra cup of ice on the side (seriously...?). What a waste of money. read more

When I ordered the cashier didn't charge me for everything I ordered, so I have to do two separate transactions. Once making my base of the bowls I ordered, they got it wrong. Mind you I was the only customer in the store so it wasn't busy. It wasn't a huge issue but when it came to the toppings, they had the tiniest spoons and felt like they were being super stingy with toppings.
