Tried to understand why I got the notification and to be shut down by this person, and no education on the 2/3 orders- because her toxic, unhealthy ways lead me to depart to allow her uncontrollable frustration of me simply asking a questions on my order. When I was leaving I spoke with management Mary and she was truly helpful: I called the pharmacist to see if my last order to be transferred and when i provided my information Kristine said we can't don't that you'll have to call the pharmacist to make that transfer, and hung up in my face. This is one of those places where you have to go in in order to see all the before/after pictures, as they are not all posted on their website. This is a doctor who has done THOUSANDS of these procedures and you get to see a glimpse of them with these before/after pictures! It was through a colleague that had her nose done by him that I decided to head in for a consultation! Immediately, I knew what a professional, experienced, and meticulous surgeon he was. I felt no rush, as we went through the pictures one by one. Some nose jobs required an incision in order to fix the tip, some nose jobs did not and just needed the bone shaved down. This all depended on what I personally wanted, for which he gave his opinion and advice. I decided to go with wanting my tip to be smaller as well, in addition to my bone being shaved down. I truly believe that your nose is the capital of your face! It changes EVERYTHING. It was pretty crazy to see the difference that small change to your nose can make--I'm so happy I made this decision. Gigi took great care of me as well, she is HILARIOUS.
