The best part is they didnt even replace the entire catalytic converter, only half of it, then telling me the other half I should keep an eye on as its starting to rot. I was beyond livid. A few years before this, They did work on one of my tires and lost my hubcap, didnt replace it or give me any money for it. I went to Sullivans in Plymouth for decades, they were always good with service, this Sullivans is horrific and will nickle and dime you, lie to you and take you for everything you've got ; just check the other reviews. I am a local and make damn sure to tell people never to go here. They are a stain on the neighborhood.
