Shop employee damaged my key and it wouldn't start my car, stranded there and they refused to cover the damage. Very shady business, don't trust them with your vehicle. When they swapped to my spare tire, they just chucked my tools from the pick up truck on the asphalt, it's a brand new 2024 vehicle. Very irresponsible and careless. Had to call the locksmith who couldn't fix or copy the key, and ultimately had to get towed. Wasted 6 hours of my life. NEVER AGAIN. read more

On my way to work my tire was completely flat because of a huge NYC pothole near the Brooklyn Bridge. I was running on the run flat with little time to spare. I pulled up and immediately they came out to help. Since my tire had a huge bubble I had no choice but to buy a new tire. Luckily they had the exact tire in stock for my BMW that was also a run flat. Came here to do a quick flat fix the guy charge me $35 cause he said it's a custom wheel so I expect that they know it's custom wheel and will be extra careful. It came out with multiple scratches and chip from their machines. When I brought their attention to it they said you DIDNT tell us to be careful. $800 wheel gone and they didn't want to take responsibility for it. I told them that it is something you should tell customer first before working on the wheel that your machine can damage the polish chrome finish. I wouldn't have gone through with the patch fix and just did a plug. They said there's signs inside saying they're not responsible when there's a sign on their door saying customers are not allowed inside due to insurance purposes. This is my go-to tire repair shop, They are one of the dwindling number of the traditional "flat - fixed" locations in the city. They have always [ almost] been there when you need them. Stopped by on my way home from work, backed into an open space at the curb and I was back on the road in about 15- 20 minutes. One guy fixed my tire and the other checked the air in the other tires and replace the valve cover with more aesthetically pleasing caps. [no extra charge] What else works this well in New York. Never going back. Let me start from the beginning. I had four new tires I brought in installed. $100. Great price fast work thought I made a great choice. 10 days later my car has a flat tire. Hmmm.... I have to cancel my plans and throw on the spare. I'm thinking they screwed something up so I go back and have them look at it. They show me that the leak is from the valve. I have them repair it and see if they are going to charge me. Yup $20... I didn't think I should pay for this because I was pretty sure it was their fault, but for $20 I would rather avoid the argument, and maybe it wasn't they're fault. I just told myself it cost me $120 instead of $100. I'm a pacifist. 4 days later a different valve goes. Aha! Now I'm certain they are screwing something up. Another 30min breaking a sweat at 6am before I go to work changing my wheel to the spare. Ugh... I go back to ViVa Mexico and tell show them what's going on. They say my valves are old and rusty. Wait what!? You threw on the same old valves!?!? A tire shop always replaces the valve! Not only that but you knew they were old and rusty but threw them back on!?!? And didn't tell me even when I went back to get the first faulty one replaced!?!? So now they charge me $20 each to replace the other 3. In total installing four tires cost me $180!!!! I would have gone somewhere else but I was tired of dealing with it. Never will I go back and you shouldn't even try. What they did was dangerous and not to mention a total waste of my time and money! Yes maybe my valves were old and rusty but they never gave me problems until they touched them! read more
