I've been here a few times before but the last two times were horrible. I went a week before Christmas and I was turned away. I've been getting my nails done for 15+ years and have NEVER been turned away by a nail salon. I left and called to see if they could take me in at a different time because I really needed my nails done since I was going to be traveling out of the state. I was told to go at 5:30pm. I went back at 5:30 pm and was not seen till 6:30pm. They passed another lady first that got there after me and she didn't have an appointment. They said that because she only needed one nail fixed which wasn't true. She was sitting next to me and 90% of her nails had the nail polish chipped. By the time that they got to me the salon was closed already and they kept rushing me and telling me to hurry up and pick a color. This could have been avoided if I had gotten seen at the time my appointment was. I always get Gel X and the nail tech put a nail crooked. I asked her if she can take it off and put it again. Which she did but she tried putting the new nail over the crooked one. I told her that I wanted the crooked nail off. She took it off but put it crooked again. Also the light to cure the Gel X nails was not working it keep turning off. I asked the nail tech if my nails were going to fall off fast due to that they were not under the light for a long time and she said she didn't know but at no point did she change the light to another one that was working. I went back today because I wanted the color switched. I had red and wanted black French tip. I was told that they could not do French tip because my real nail was going to be seen that I needed powder nails in order to achieve that nude color underneath the French tip. I was pressured into getting a solid color. I ended up doing silver chrome. She painted all my nails black and added the silver chrome on top. However the chrome color was not coated evenly and throughout the whole nail. I have spots of black peeking through. When I pointed it out to the nail tech she said that nothing was wrong and that my nails were reflective but once I left the salon and with the natural light from outside you can see clearly the black spots that I was talking about. read more

Honestly, the shopping center is a little questionable.....BUT! My pedicure was done amazingly well! I didn't get the lady's name unfortunately, but she was able to get my toes looking 100! It was clean and everyone was very nice and welcoming. I have went to many nail salons....ones that claim to be high end and the techs are garbage....I would definitely return!
