I deceived to give this place another try and I'm so glad I did. Everyone here is so good at what they do and never make you feel like you are a bother. I've been here about 4 times now and it's always great. This is my go to spot

I came in originally wanting a color change but the gelx fill was $10 more so I opted for the fill. The shape was basically fine since I just put the set on 4 days ago but I just didn't want it looking lumpy. She did a terrible job on the shaping I have a nails that are longer than the other lopsided like dude work on your shaping that's why a lot of these nail shops don't get good business and we go to the girls working from home. I get it a lot of y'all don't wear nails but work on perfecting your craft starting with shape!!!!

I needed a pick me up today and desperately wanted a mani/pedi after not having my nails done since before COVID. I called last minute and they were able to take me in right away. Great customer service over the phone and in person. Tony and Noelle took such great care of me. I showed Tony a picture of what I wanted for my manicure and I love it! My pedicure is just as nice. They took their time and made sure everything was clean and perfect. Asked to make sure I liked it. What more could I ask? Gel manicure was $27 and regular pedicure was $22, very reasonably priced. I've been coming to this nail salon for 7 months now ( I go twice a month.) I always call ahead and really don't mind who they give me because they ALL do an amazing job. I've seen some pretty rude customers come in lately and they handle those situations with such grace. As someone who has had experience in customer service, these are the type of people who come in and are never satisfied with anything & just like to find something to complain about. Those who are not satisfied with their nails, they are always willing to fix them with no problem. They are super friendly and willing to do a lot for their customers. I get dip powder and they usually last 3 weeks and up! I have never had an issue here with my nails and I am a very satisfied reoccurring customer. read more

I had made a same day appointment & i ended up taking 2 extra people and they took them in right away. I asked for natural nails with the dip powder and they did exactly that. The other two people i brought got pedis and they took the callouses off like magic, our experience here was top 100/100 recommend! read more

I called in the morning to see if they had availability for 2 mani pedis, they said to come in at 9:30. We came at exactly 9:30. They told my daughter she had to wait until I was finished even though I had made the appointment for both of us. They sat me down and began a pedicure on another client. Meaning I would have to wait until after she was done with the pedicure. If they did not have time for me they should have told me on the phone. I would have happily come in at a different time. Very frustrating since I confirmed an appointment. We ended up leaving and getting serviced at a different nail salon. read more

This nail shop might be my new go to spot now! I got acrylic mani and gel pedi while fiance got pedi to be pampered alongside of me hehe. They opened not too long ago, so there were only 3 people working at the time, but they were all very sweet and friendly. One downside is that they do not offer gel x, but hopefully soon they will since that's the current craze right now. They also accept credit cards. read more

I usually go to another nail salon in Chino, but I decided to try here since the reviews are good and they're under new management. I'm so glad I did ! My nails came out beautiful and they were priced reasonably ! Upon walking in, the staff was welcoming and I was seated right away. There's a lot of gel colors to choose from and the salon is very clean. I will be coming back ! If you can take cash though because there's a $1.00 fee for card ;) read more

staff was really nice unlike other places. they helped us right away and service was quick. UPDATE: It's been a little over a week since I got my toes done with gel and they're already lifting/peeling. This is upsetting because they charged me an extra $12 for gel for it not even to last longer than regular nail polish. If I would've know this was going to happen I would've just paid for regular polish. I originally thought it was a perk that the service was quick but in hindsight I realize that maybe it was quick because they were cutting corners. read more

I have been coming here every two weeks for awhile now and today I felt very disappointed in the way I was treated. I came in at 2pm and there was one other lady in front of me and the guy asked me to come back, I let him no I had just been dropped off and was willing to wait no problem, he said let me see if I can do something then comes back out and asks me to come back later or another day again I was dropped off and willing to wait. Really happy I found this place! The salon is bright and clean, they have a solid color selection and my nails always look polished. The techs are friendly and actually take their time. Prices are fair and they're great about squeezing in walk-ins without making you feel rushed. Easily one of the better nail spots in Chino and way less pretentious than some of the Chino Hills salons. Highly recommend! read more
