I've come in twice. The first time, I got builder gel with a nail extension. Convinced me NOT to get acrylic because builder gel is better and will last just as long. One of the nails fell off eventually and I decided to pull them all off myself. I come back the second time and the lady was like oh wow your nails are so thin why'd you do this. I told her exactly what happened and she said that with the way that she was going to do it, this will not happen again. No chance of it peeling off. And now here I am, writing this review after my nails are indeed peeling off. And I paid extra for her to put as many layers of this builder gel as she wanted. I've never had this happen at any other salon. I'm not sure if it's the products they're using or improper steps/placement but it sucks. It's messy work too, flooding at the cuticle and sidewalls. On top of that, after I left I had realized I overpaid. She told me the price for my nails. Then the price for my feet. Then gave me a total. Once I got to my car I realized she added the numbers wrong and I paid more than I should've. But I guess that's partially on me for not catching it right away. I was leaving the gym across the street to run errands when I realized I didn't have my wallet. I called to see if they took Apple Pay which they did! Got a pedicure with callus removal and warm foot scrub and gel x nails with cat eye polish that totaled $120 which is less than another salon I used to go to and they are even better than my old place too. Wow I used to love this place until the service started going down. So awful. I make an apt to not have to wait. I don't have 20-30 min to wait past my scheduled time. I've never gotten a pedicure that's felt so rushed I counted the time. 15-20 min, made my experience so relaxing lol. And to top it off my nails looked half assed crooked and lumpy. What an experience... I have been to this shop a couple times and have always really enjoyed my experience but today was horrible! I walked in at 9:15 for a mani & pedi and walked out at 10:55. I was immediately seated for my pedicure, which was great, I was off to a great start...wrong! The nail tech, a young guy, was new and it showed in every way. I have never been in a pedicure for over an hour & half for a horrible pedicure! I opted for the $32 pedicure with callus remover, scrub, a massage, and a hot towel wrap, which I was supposed to receive. The nail didn't properly do a callus remover (where the foot is wrapped with callus cream in the bag) I still have callus on heels, there was no hot towel wrap, there was no massage. It was HORRIBLE. I received a full gel manicure with a design (that started after the pedicure) before my pedicure was done! After my nail tech was done with my manicure, I had to ask her to remove a slight ingrown I had bc the nail tech doing my pedicure had no idea what he was doing. So disappointed the new techs are not better trained before being allowed to work. Don't know if I'll return. read more

I used to like coming here because they are really nice and one time they stayed open for me. I have a hectic work schedule and can't always make it before they close. They do a pretty good job. Today I had a different experience. I came in to get a regular pedicure with regular polish and a gel manicure. The lady doing my toes asked me about 10-15 times to get gel nails because it would be better . It was so excessive that I was pretty uncomfortable. The lady doing my nails also asked me another 5 times to get hard gel. This is my me time to relax after a busy week at work and home and I just wanted them to hurry up so I could leave. I understand giving me options to choose from but if I say no the first time that should be where they stop asking me. With that being said I'll probably take the drive to my regular 45 min away salon read more

I've found my new nail salon. I stopped in because saw the new management sign (after dropping off an Amazon package next door). The salon is updated, pretty and very clean. They were able to take me as a walk in right away and both girls helping me were very nice (Noel did my mani and Jessica did my pedi). They did a great job, were friendly and talkative without being too talkative, and the prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be coming here from now on. I definitely recommend them.
