We had the Napoleon pizza, which included fried eggplants, sliced tomatoes, bacon bits, grated cheese, garlic, and onion slices. The pizza was decent. My friends were kind of worried that there's too many toppings but they were a good amount. They have two phone numbers listed but the place is busy so it's hard to get a hold of someone through phone calls. I recommend just going to the store and ordering onsite. read more

Looking for a bite of pizza and as a group of out-of-towners we (of course) turned to Yelp for help! Vivaldi's was not too far away for pickup, and because we couldn't find a menu online, we decided to take a risk and order "blind". One veggie and one half cheese half pepperoni! The pizza was quite good! The crust was tasty, and the veggies on my slices were very fresh. OH and one really cool part of the veggie slice is there was some kind of breaded eggplant cutlet on it??? So good. The only thing I would've wanted was maybe a little more sauce on the pizza? But that might just be me and my palate. Overall, if I'm looking for pizza again I will turn to Vivaldi's! I was in Lee 5 months ago, and am back today , a friend and I stayed a few nights in the Berkshire and back again. I forgot to write the review of our absolutely terrible experience with Vivaldi. But being here in Lee this week, my friend and I commented to another hotel guest when they asked for food recommendations, we both said , do not order from Vivaldi. First off, as another review states, about being on hold for a long time. I was asked to hold on, but the woman must just put the phone down, I heard her, just continually greeting customers, taking their orders, giving them orders, taking their payments, answering another phone asking them to hold. It seems like they don't even have a hold button. Instead I got to listen to this rude handle multiple customers at a time while neglecting me, I almost hung up, but it seems to be the only pizza place in Lee that's open past 6pm, anyway my friend and I ordered a large mushroom pepperoni pizza, order of onion rings, order of jalapeño poppers, and I also told the woman "please have the delivery driver go to the front hotel desk, to call for me to come get the food, please don't knock on my hotel door as I have a new rehomed dog with me and I don't want her spooked or bark"... the driver didn't go to the front desk, they came to my hotel room door, my friend had to hold the dog back, I almost dropped the pizza as I was trying to grab everything from the driver , it was stressful. Then, the pizza was so terrible, and I rarely complain about pizza unless it's sooo soggy, undercooked, or overly greasy. But this pizza was almost raw, we were told it would be 1 hour for delivery, took over 1.5 hours, and I even called back to remind this woman, please have driver just go to front desk.... And she said "oh I'll call him, but he has to come back to get more orders before delivering to me. This pizza shops paper menu even has 2 phone numbers listed on it, call either number, they don't have a hold button, they just put phone down and keep you hanging. If I could give a negative 5 star I would, zero negative stars for this place. I feel bad for local residents up here, stuck with such a crappy option for pizza delivery. read more

Decided to grab lunch on the way to Cape Cod. Stopped at a BBQ but had no inside seating and next place had an hour wait. Saw the sign for Vivaldi's and gave it a shot. Staff were very pleasant (and patient). The dining area was very clean. The menu was very broad. The wraps were fresh and tasty (BBQ chicken for me and sliced turkey for Laura). Fries were cooked to perfection. Ro had pizza which she rated it as 7 out of 10. The bathrooms are spotless but they are very very very small. If you are are in Lee Massachusetts you should stop in for lunch or a casual dinner read more

I am dissatisfied in my experience. We received our pizza luke warm/nearly cold, and ended up reheating it in our home oven. My experience with in person service was lovely, and I know the woman I spoke to on the phone was only the messenger and not to blame. I did call, we explained that our pizza was received cold and the poor cashier told me they could reheat my pizza if we brought it back. This is problematic for so many reasons. Mainly, and I had communicated this to her, we are in a global pandemic and we had already handled the pizza, it sounds like a serious health code violation to bring the pizza back to a place of business. What we were asking for was to have a fresh pizza delivered. I asked to speak to a manager, and was told everyone was too busy, to talk. I totally get it, my family owns a food business it's hard right now to get people to work and it may be understaffed. I look to these people with the utmost respect. But, we were in no way at fault for saying our pizza was cold. It wasn't our fault, and they made me feel like it it was. Unfortunately I will not be going back here, and I feel disrespected and unheard as a customer, I'm sorry to the sweet girl who had to communicate her bosses' disrespectful message. I order from this place often and know the menu well. Half of their food is adequate and half is very good. Vivaldi's shines when it comes to pizza, wings, and certain specialty items. It's a SMALL business: This is no national chain or fast food joint, nor is it a sports bar. There's 1 cashier and a busy kitchen, so expect to be put on hold for a few minutes when you call--there's a physical line out the door. The cashiers are polite and helpful but can be rushed. Order in advance for pick-up. Delivery orders often arrive faster than anticipated. There are 2 or 3 tables to dine-in. Not enough for your kid's soccer team. A $3 delivery charge that will appear on your bill, so be warned. They "close" at 10, but on slow nights the kitchen shuts down sooner, and sometimes they're open later. Pizza: cheese and toppings are ample and tasty, the sauce is excellent, and the crust is thin and crispy. Pick up in person for a very hot pie but delivery is fine. You truly get what you pay for in terms of flavor and size. Primavera, Venizio Favorito, and simple cheese and mushrooms are all fabulous. Wings: Excellent. BBQ and naked with bleu cheese are my favorites, but I doubt you can go wrong. As with pizza, Vivaldi's shines in this category. Other foods: some wraps and grinders are boring but certainly not bad. Same with the fries. I recommend their hot food over their cold. Even the tuna sub is better warm. My favorites include the beef pita with yogurt sauce, burgers (not exceptional but large and satisfying), meatball parm grinder, lasagna dinner, and chicken and eggplant parm dinners. The dinners are huge! They're 2 meals in 1. You will never go hungry after ordering Vivaldi's. In every category servings are generous. If you seek an immediate, precise, corporate food experience this may not be your eatery. But if a mom 'n pop style joint appeals to you, you'll be hard pressed to find a better fast, casual Italian joint in or around Lee, MA. read more

When this place first opened here in Lee, the food was GREAT! We've ordered a few times since then and the food has gotten considerably worse each time. The fried bread dough used to be awesome you always got more than you expected. The last time I ordered Chicken Alfredo, the chicken was dried out and crunchy! It was pretty GROSS! The serving of bread dough was half the size that it used to be and it was also hard. Mozzarella sticks had no cheese in them! (Over cooked.) I just ordered a small Vivaldi's special and was told it would be $19.31 with delivery. I asked to sub olives for onions. When I asked why the price was so high I was told it was $3.00 for delivery, when I live 2 blocks away and their site says intown delivery is $2.00. I was also told that I added olives and I asked if they didn't allow substitutes. The young woman attempted to fix it she said but was unable to. I cancelled my pizza. It was Easter Sunday and pretty much everything was closed. My daughters requested pizza so I searched and found Vivaldi's. They are inside a shopping center/strip mall with plenty parking. There are maybe 4 tables if you want to eat in, which is what we decided to do. We ordered Buffalo wings, plain cheese pie and an eggplant parm sandwich. Everything was delicious! Pleasantly surprised with my visit to the pizzeria I was looking for something fast as I am always on the go. I think sometimes these in and out mom and pop pizzerias are actually under rated not everybody's looking for a dine in experience. I got a roast beef wrap with the option to have french fries or onion rings, I wanted to opt for coleslaw didn't have that but they were happy enough to oblige me with some stuffed mushrooms. This Is it a great little spot For something quick on the go. It was Sunday and we were desperate. I wish we had planned better because this was fairly bland and not a great value for the money. All we did was order a small cheese pizza and a buffalo chicken wrap. The pizza was uninspired, bland, lacking sauce and the cheese was super salty. I would be surprised it if wasn't a cheese blend rather than real mozzarella. The wrap was okay, nothing special at all. It was served with fries which were the best part of the meal. The decor was uninviting with three incredibly loud refrigerators behind the counter competing with the tiny t.v. in the corner.
