This was my first time stopping in here, despite coming to this plaza frequently. I mentioned to the cashier that it was my first time coming here and she patiently went over the menu options with me and explained some customer favorites and answered any questions I had. I also noticed she was willing to do this with another group of customers while I was waiting! I think I came at a slower time, since there was no one before me in line, but my drinks came out very quickly! I loved the coconut milk tea with tapioca, I personally don't love my drinks to be overly sweet so I ordered 50% sweet, with normal ice. I also ordered my fiance the plain mango tea, also 50% sweet, which he really enjoyed!

The bubble tea here is always great. So many flavors to choose from and I try to get a different one when I visit. It's owned by the friendliest couple who have excellent service skills. They remember us and the girls even if it has been a while. The ambiance is typical bubble tea fair with bright colors and (I think) awesome characters. Always a good time whenever we stop.

Oh Vivi! Glad to see they are close to the Trader Joe's I go to on occasion. Parking is easy since the parking lot has a lot of spots. I've tried the one by campus and both times it was too sweet. And the taro tasted like a powder. No worries if it is, but I don't want to know it is. It was my first time visiting this location. It was around the lunch hour during the week so they weren't busy. I ordered the coffee jelly milk tea. Delicious! So so good and refreshing. Not all that sweet which was perfect! The staff was super nice! Greeting me upon entry and smiley. They also have snacks here. Taiwanese popcorn chicken and sausage! Can't wait to return!

Pros: Love their special summer drinks - the mango ones are so yum Cute interior Wonderful locally owned shop Friendly, fast service Food options are available too Cons: They don't have a rewards program that I know of - I would come here all the time Location is hidden in the Trader Joe's shopping center so you have to look for it Pro tip: Definitely get one of the summer mango drinks. You won't regret it!

This is the second location Vivi has opened and it's exciting! There's plenty of parking in the plaza and plenty of seating inside the store. There's also wifi available for customers. I usually get fruit teas here and they make it well! The fruit teas have some real fruit bits and always refreshing. My favorite drink is the Pineapple Mango Jelly Tea, or any of the Mango or Passion fruit flavors, and recommend the jelly toppings if you don't like the tapioca pearls. I also really enjoy the Taro and Matcha milk flavors, with the Pudding topping. I enjoy their drinks, however I know they're a bit pricey for a drink, about $7.50 for the large. Overall, quality drinks made by a wonderful staff. Staff here is very nice and very accommodating! They're super nice and kind and the store is very nice and bright. I recommend this location and their drinks if you're in the area and needing some bubble tea.

There is a Vivi Bubble Tea closer to the OSU campus area and they opened up another location around the Dublin area at the beginning of this year. They sit just behind the Trader Joe's on Sawmill Rd, perfect pit stop after getting grocery. So far, they are offering some Taiwanese snacks, such as Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken and Sausage. For the Popcorn Chicken, there are 5 flavors to choose from. Another specialty dessert they offer is the Croffle. You may already can guess it is combination of a Croissant and cook in a waffle machine. It is my first time trying a Croffle and I love it. The Croffle itself is buttery and have a crispy exterior. Topped with some light whipped cream and with different option of fruit or toppings.

Really cute spot with very friendly workers. The boba was very tasty and the options were endless.

Tiramisu Milk Tea with coffee jelly, and tapioca :)

I enjoy going here every so often for a tiramisu boba, the people are friendly, and the drink is great every time :) Every time Ive gone it's not busy, so there's pretty quick service. ^_^

This is ViVi bubble Teas second location in Columbus, first being at University District. This location is perfect right in the shopping center with Trader Joe's, grab a bubble tea before or after your grocery shopping trip. This is their soft opening and they are still setting up so please be kind. The ambience is super cute and full of animation characters around on the walls. They are known for their flaming brown sugar crème brûlée. You can add it to any milk teas you like. I got mine with Taro milk tea with crème brûlée on top. Taste was great. They have a great selection to choose from right from fruit punches to milk teas to slushees. The only downsize is the price with bubbles added the Tea was close to 8.50, which for me seems certainly on the expensive side compared to similar places like Share Tea or Kung Fu tea who are probably a dollar or two cheaper Overall worth trying the place out

I went back and didn't disappoint! The owner is always nice and gives some recommendations. I tried lychee jelly tea. It was good. I like Vivi sweetness that normally isn't too sweet. My new fav bubble tea spot.

Love Vivi! I'm so excited they opened one in Dublin. We have been waiting for a better boba tea option in the dublin area.

Finally tried Vivi boba on Sawmill for the first time with a friend. This place is a little bit hard to find and doesn't have an exterior sign but it's in the same plaza as Trader Joe's. The boba here is a bit pricier than other places I've gotten boba. My friend and I each paid about $7 for our boba. I got a coconut flavor for my boba and it was quite good. I think the biggest downside to this establishment is the location- it's a little bit out of the way unless you're going to trader Joe's to do some shopping. The interior is pretty spacious and very clean- definitely a good place to sit and relax for awhile. As for the boba, I would definitely be back to try some additional flavors. Overall 4 stars for the priceiness.

A bit pricey for what it is (and the teas are a bit bland). But the ladies running the place are sweet, and it's vibrant and clean!

It just didn't taste great when I got to my car and I started drinking it.--The tea flavor tasted really weird. Very, very strong taste to the tea not very much coffee flavor and I have to say the two didn't mix well whatsoever I don't know why I continued to drink it, but I did and I wish I hadn't. It's midnight and my stomach is still making noises and protesting against that tea. I don't know if I got bad milk or a variety of tea that my stomach just doesn't like... But this was not the tea for me. The girls in front of me had gotten mango smoothie type of things and that looked delicious and another one had a strawberry looking thing and that also looks delicious. I think I really chose poorly... Like as poorly as one could choose--I could probably receive a metal saying world's, worst choice. It was that bad. If I had to come back (which I probably will not), I would get something with mango and maybe not a milk tea

I especially enjoyed the illusion of privacy offered by the dividing screens at the traditional seating area. I am apt to take off my shoes in public regardless of the occassion, but the sunken tables allowed me to unleash the dawgs in a more socially acceptable manner. Note that Tea Zone no longer offers as wide a variety of savory foods. In fact, they only serve ramen. But their bakery section is still robust! I'm not honestly the biggest fan of most fruit cakes but I had an uncontrollable craving. As far as store-bought fruit cakes go, it was not bad. As always, I wish the cake part had more depth of flavor than just ~vanilla~, but as a whole, the cake was quite soft and generously topped with an assortment of fruit! The servers were very sweet (haha) and offered to make my iced matcha latte unsweetened but I was like, no, I need the high. Because I sure as hell am not high on life. Not a direct quote

It was refreshing with a variety of fruits, sweet red bean, little rice cakes, and vanilla ice cream with sprinkles. Would love to see if they can do a red bean filled soboru bun! I was surprised by how good the fried donut was - super soft and filled with sweet red bean inside. If you're a chestnut lover, I also recommend the chestnut soboru bun. It had chunks of chestnuts inside and was not too sweet. If you're a savory person or need a meal, they also serve ramen There are plenty of seats inside and the interior has such a classic, homey feel to it. They even have traditional Korean style seating! The workers are also very sweet and friendly. Definitely a place I would go back whenever the sweets craving hits!

I RARELY give 5 star ratings. But everything about this place was just right!…read more The drinks/food: Let's start with the scent of doughy & crispiness in the air from the moment I walked in. Must have been from the waffles & although that's not something I'd normally consider ordering, one whiff & I was craving them sooo bad! Not to mention that the prospect of exciting versions of them (like Pandan or Ube) made me want to ruin my dinner plans. So after I gained some self control, I ordered what seems like the healthiest & lighest drink up there. It just happened to also have all the flavors of things I adore. The Bambu Special is coconut meat, pandan jelly, brown longan, basil seed (think similar to a chia seed) & coconut water. All this with a crushed ice ball on top. Wow!! So subtle yet flavorful at the same time. I can't wait to make my way down their entire menu . The service: Another wow! The woman behind the counter was so nice & helpful. I mentioned how I like that it's a Vietnamese drink shop & she mentioned that her sister (I think an owner) & herself were both from Cambodia...one of my favorite places I've traveled to. It all made sense as the kindest people in all my travels were in Cambodia. She gave me future recommendations & I promised to return! The atmosphere: Clean, bright, variety of styled of seats, couches, high tops, & greenery walls that have cute neon signs. Wish this place was closer because it definitely had a coffee shop vibe. As a boba addict, I think I might have to pick this place over all the amazing boba options in that area & that's saying a lot! Please go try these goodies for yourself & support our local business owners!
