Stopped by here for a quick refreshment. The classic bubble tea hit the spot! I appreciate the many ways they allow you to customize it. I usually order mine with no sugar and grass jelly. Service speed was reasonable given the long line. The ambiance is casual with seating available. Will defs be back!

Went in there for the first time yesterday and though it's a cute spot in a high traffic area, the customer service was horrible. I walked in with my kid and not a greeting from the lady behind the cash wrap/food area. Her answers to our questions were short and very cold. She wore the same gloves to cash as she did to make the bubble teas and food we ordered. My daughter wanted soy sauce and when I asked she screwed up her face and said in a cynical tone that they don't have that there. The prices are okay, the food was okay (those wings are too monstrous and a bit too salty) however I'm not going back simply because customer service was not there.

Quick friendly service, use to go to the one in flushing all the time before it closed. Delicious and tastes just the same from decades ago.

I'm speaking about the popcorn chicken especially but the one I got had basically no seasoning and was supposed to be salt and pepper. For $7.50 each the size has definitely decreased despite the changed to boxed packaging. I guess this is a midtown location so it's pricier but I wish at least there was seasoning. There's seats here though which is nice to just come by and have a pick me up.

Lots of different options to choose between. You can get either a milk tea or a slush or just regular tea. You also have the option to choose between your add-ins. I went with the strawberry Boba, which was absolutely delicious. It's made really quick, and you just have to wait a minute or two for it to be made.

We tried this place in Manhattan after desperately craving some boba. It was a small spot, with a good amount of seating and a lot of customers. I tried the 3Q Milk Tea with 0% sweetness. It came with both pearls and egg pudding. I didn't expect there to be two toppings and without adding more sweetness, it was just about right! I recommend stopping by here if you're near Tomes Square!

I got bubble tea from here on the first real hot day of this summer, that too after an intense dance class, so I really needed it and it was so refreshing!!! I got their special signature Coffee Jelly Bubble Milk Tea! I liked the flavor, not too strong of a coffee flavor but also not too mild. I got the small size with 50% sugar level and less ice. I didn't really see a point for the coffee jelly along with the tapioca, because the coffee jelly didn't really add anything, not even that much flavor. Next time I want to try some of their other special signature drinks as well as the fruit teas. A girl in front of me got the Honeydew Milk Tea and that sounds so good, so want to try that next time!

Came in and got a Fresh Mango tea with tea jelly and tapioca pearls. Didn't try the food. Place has a couple of seats so you can sit and enjoy your drink and/or food. Tapioca pearls were a little too soft and I feel like it was a little overpriced. But nevertheless very good.

I got the Thai tea milk tea with boba. It was very good, although not exactly like the Thai tea I'd get from a restaurant. Overall, ViVi has many options to choose from and seems like a good boba chain. The location in midtown Manhattan is clean and the staff is fast.

Came here because the hubby wanted some bubble tea. The place ha da great menu selection and was very inviting when you come in. The people were kind and patient. I love bubble tea a lot and had high expectations for this place. But, when we received our bubble tea it was not very flavorful as we had hoped. Hopefully they can up their game for when we come back to the city.

Drink is good. Not a good price, but flavor is always good. Usually the staff is cold but this time I had a girl who smiled and was simple. That is nice enough, and felt like a better experience. Ambiance is okay, a little too small to stay and chill. I love the Taiwanese sausages and the lychee tea with chia seeds. Lunch special weekdays before 3, and student discount can not be applied together. 4/5

So if you drink a little too much Vivi As in, if you drink as much as Me-me You'll say within a minute "Where's the bathroom", then be in it As you desperately expel your pee-pee. (and if so, you'll have to go to Sbux across the street) Very friendly and very busy Vivi store right in the middle of Midtown Manhattan, where things are kind of crazy, but in a good way - unless you want the bathroom. I came here on a very rainy day a few months ago, and was happy that even in a rude area of a rude-ish town, they were nice to me as I took refuge in here from the downpour. They don't have a bathroom but then neither does your mother. I would know. And of course it's owned by Vivi-an Leigh, and Vivi-n Diesel. A popular chain in various spots of the USA, and this particular location is a stall in a mall, of sorts. Their fruit tea options are actually not bad at all. I'm a fan and I appreciate that. I'm not a big fan of the milk tea but then I'm not a big fan of your mother with her clothes on. Besides, the locations that make Brown Sugar Milk Tea make it actually really goodlyishly. And my fave drinks here include Grapefruit Black Tea and the Mixed Fruit Tea which actually doesn't have any tea in it, but is still yum. Now let's finish with some rap: If you are the lock, I have the KEY-VI If you're Anthony Kaedis, I am the FLEA-VI And unlike freedom, this isn't the FREE-VI So try the mixed fruit drink here at VIVI If you are Edam, I'll be the BRIE-VI If you're the princess, I must be the PEA-VI If you want sausage, you know I'll bring the D-VI But if you want fruit tea, come and try VIVI I ran here so fast, I blew out the KNEE-VI It hurt so bad, like the EMERGENCY-VI But I said no, don't call the EMT-VI Cause first I want some yummy fruit tea from VIVI

The best bubble tea in NYC You can walk in and order the usual. It tastes milky, refreshing, and not too sweet. The tapioca balls are a little soft, but still delicious.

    Very interesting and delicious

Is the bubble tea here non dairy? What kind of milk do they use?

They seem to be known for their hand-pulled noodles and spicy flavors. I did see chefs making noodles when I went. We ordered: -Cleaved cucumbers (5/10- these were good but average) -Fried sticky eggplant (8/10- these were fried but you could still taste the flavors and was a good size) -Very spicy pork dan dan (8/10- delicious but more reliant on the sichaun spice over flavors; not too spicy if you are used to it but can pack a punch if you aren't a spicy food eater; the noodles were great). This was actually my favorite meal in the market and I want to try their other noodles next time I come back to NY.

It's one of the larger stalls in the market and has some seating, but not enough, and the market seating is very limited as well. I ordered the hibiscus lemonade and the very spicy Dan Dan Mian. I loved watching the staff prepare the noodles while waiting. My bowl was huge and absolutely delicious. It was very spicy as promised, but not too spicy that it was rendered not enjoyable. I looked at other orders and everything looked delicious, leading to only semi-regret of my choice. My lemonade was very good. I'm very much looking forward to returning.

The rest of the dishes were still pretty tasty with a notable unique version of dan dan noodles. I didn't have a drink and I don't think anyone else did. Service was fine and the place is very casual. On a side note, I got a Tea Egg and I wouldn't really recommend it much as it lacked the flavor of most tea eggs. The first thing that arrived was one of the appetizers the Assorted Cold Dish with jade cucumber, black fungus in vinegar sauce, and spiced edamame. The portion was fine and they had a mixture of crunch and textures. It would be good to share though my preference of the mixtures was the Assorted Luwei with tofu, kelp knots, and boiled eggs. Referring to dishes braised in soy sauce, I particularly liked the kelp due to it's crunchy yet soft texture with the strips of tofu also being very tasty while the eggs as per the tea egg prior were alright. We also got as an appetizer the Spicy Braised Pig's Ear. A bunch of the other people at the table didn't really like this but I liked the texture mostly because I'm a fan of tendon and cartilage and this has that crunchy but soft texture almost like a crunchy jello. This spice was on the lighter end but it still had a little bit of heat. There was also the Seasonal Greens which were pretty tasty though not as necessary as most of the greens were included in the other dishes such as the pork chops and soups. There was also the Popcorn Chicken which had the usual white pepper and slight sweetness I associate with this version and it was solid and warm (though I wouldn't recommend it to go.) Overall, the appetizers were good but they aren't the star of this place. Best of the main dishes was as noted the Spicy Beef & Tendon Noodle Soup. Both the beef and the tendon in there were super tender. The noodles had the QQ texture I'd expect from a good Taiwanese spot. I have had richer beef noodle soups before but it was still well flavored and the bit of spice in there was a nice extra kick. A bit spicier by comparison was the Dan Dan Noodles which I was a bit surprised to see on the menu. They were prepared differently from the dan dan mein from other spots; more like a soupier noodle. By comparison to the beef/tendon noodle soup, it was more Sichuan peppercorn and spicier by comparison. Both were tasty with a slight preference to the former due to the different types of beef and I liked tasting the soup a bit better. We also got the Braised Beef With Noodles which is offered over rice or with noodles. Due to the great noodle texture, we got it over noodles of course. The beef again was tasty though I preferred it as a noodle soup. It was still good and I would order it on a different day. Our only non noodle dish was the Fried Pork Chops With Rice which was fine. The pork chops have the usual white pepper and light sweetness you find in this style though it was a bit chewy. Outside of the pork and rice, there was also some cucumbers and it came with half a boiled egg. This was as expected alright but I would recommend getting noodles as it's definitely their specialty.

We walked into a space that stood out compared to many smaller bubble tea shops, with a much more comfortable setup and plenty of seating that made it a place where we could actually sit down and enjoy our drink instead of just grabbing it to go. The clean interior and modern décor gave it a relaxed café feel, and watching the staff prepare the boba added a layer of engagement to the experience. The brown sugar milk boba is the main highlight and the drink that best represents what the shop does well. We ordered one and found the brown sugar flavor rich and caramel-like without becoming overly sweet, and the fresh-made boba had a softer, chewier texture compared to many standard tapioca pearls. The drink had a good balance between the sweetness, milk, and tea flavors, which made it easy to enjoy even for those who normally prefer less sugary drinks. Beyond the signature brown sugar drinks, there were also a variety of fruit teas, milk teas, and specialty options. The oolong milk tea stood out because the tea flavor came through more clearly, while fruit-based options like lychee drinks offered a lighter and more refreshing choice. The ability to customize sweetness levels also made it easier to find a drink that matched our preference. The service was quick and the staff were friendly during our visit. Since the boba is made fresh in-house, watching the preparation process gave the shop a more unique feel compared to typical chain bubble tea spots. The larger seating area was also a nice advantage, especially if we wanted to meet up with friends or take a break while exploring Koreatown. The team moved through orders efficiently, and the drinks came out without much delay. Overall, Xing Fu Tang Ktown is a strong choice for anyone looking for high-quality boba in a comfortable setting. The fresh-made pearls, well-balanced drinks, and spacious café atmosphere make it stand out from many other bubble tea shops in the area. It is a spot we would return to when we want a drink that feels more thoughtfully prepared rather than just a quick sweet beverage.
