The pho was pretty decent, the broth was on the sweeter side. However, the bao buns were delicious and the service was great.

Had an appointment nearby so decided to stop for lunch beforehand. Really glad we did! This place is awesome! Service & food both 5 star! Vivi Pho's pho tai is my go to pretty much weekly. Almost always consistently great. There have been a few times that the broth seemed a little lackluster, or my order is missing all of the pho fixings, but they've figured out a way to make pho take-out friendly and still provide the same experience at home. Extremely generous with the amount of rare beef also. Boyfriend always gets the chicken fried rice as well, and he's obsessed with it. read more

Very friendly staff. Pho is my go-to meal when it's cold, for hangovers, whenever I'm feeling sick and everything in between. Pho is just that good. I don't have too refined of a palate for Pho, so I find the broth to be consistent whatever restaurant go --but I'm no expert. I've been to ViVi Pho before but won't be going back. I took my friend there for her first bowl of Pho and it was a mess. The nice and very chatty server kept pulling his mask down when he came to chat at our table. Some of the other staff members had theirs down to their chin as well. Clearly they aren't taking the pandemic seriously. We ordered the pork egg rolls which weren't fully cooked - they were pink in the middle. The beef pho was nothing to write home about. The broth didn't have much flavor and was lukewarm when it came out (not ideal for raw meat). It took a lot of doctoring up for it to taste good. As I'm sitting here by myself enjoying only half of my order....because a large pho and an app is apparently too much...I'm kicking myself for not going here sooner. The broth has finger licking flavor, the beef is oh so good, and every single thing is as fresh as fresh gets! I got 7p (thanks to another yelper) and tofu bao to go. It was ready earlier than grubhub estimated. It was beautifully and perfectly packed, which is important when transporting hot liquids. When I got home the broth was still burn your skin hot....yes I burnt my skin. I did throw some in the microwave real quick just to make sure it was too hot to handle. The raw beef was in a separate baggie, theres more than enough meat, noodles, toppings etc. After typing, and wiping broth drops off my phone intermittantly, I'm only.half way through my half and I'm already so full! Man oh man. I hate to do this to a pho place... but wow. This place is not good. It is relatively close to my home, but I drive all the way to Federal to get pho. I suggest you do the same. I will usually finish a large bowl of pho, but I couldn't even finish the noodles here. The soup was incredibly bland, and the noodles were so hard... I've been coming here frequently for some time now, it's time I pay a little homage to ViVi pho! I have never had a bad experience in any regard. Service is always on point-quick and efficient. Food is delicious and fresh-I suggest the P3(Tai Chin Nam) or P4(Tai Bo Vien) pho. You gotta go large it's the responsible thing to do. The spring rolls, dumplings, or cheese wontons are good to start with. Atmosphere is upbeat and bright. There are a couple TVs, so you can watch sports or whatever may be on and enjoy a nice -warm bowl of pho. I typically don't post reviews, but felt I must do so now to save others from making my mistake. Absolutely, hands down, the WORST pho I've ever had and as I'm in my 60s and have eaten a lot of pho, this says a lot. I ordered takeout and returned home to find that the meat, packaged separately, was FROZEN solid. My order did not include any sprouts, basil, cilantro or jalapeños which typically accompany pho. Rather I received approximately 1 tablespoon of chopped green onions and 2 cilantro leaves. To top it off, the broth was flavorless. I am VERY disappointed given the high reviews this restaurant was given. Save your money and buy top ramen at King Soopers across the street. A fraction of the cost and as satisfying as this restaurant's pho. read more

Dropped in for a snack while I was out doing errands. I've been to Vivi Pho Arapahoe* and really enjoyed it so I was happy to see that there was another one when I was looking for a lunch spot nearby. The egg rolls were crunchy and tasty, and the thai tea was perfect. Tried my hand at Pho for lunch. This place is on the small side and was pretty packed for meal time. We were seated quickly and served water and a menu. I went with a small Vegetable Pho with tofu and veg in vegetable broth. My other half wasn't feeling well so he passed. It didn't take long to get me hot bowl of happiness. It was tastey but for me, I had to add some Sriracha They give you a good portion of the sprouts,mint leaves ,lime and jalapenos on the side . While my pho was great, I think the veg broth needed some more flavor to it besides the kick of sriracha. Our server was pleasant and even though it's a smaller restaurant they sure get you served quickly and the price wasn't too bad. I went to Denver to celebrate my birthday and decided to come eat here with my brother and father. The food was amazing wasn't greasy or unevenly placed. Honestly one of the better pho places I've been to. I got a small pho which filled me up pretty good. 3.5 stars. So we finally got back to try ViVi again. We love the service here. The young gentlemen are always polite, courteous and respectful. Today we ordered chicken dumplings and a large combo pho to share with a side of grilled chicken. First the dumplings. They're deep fried and of course they're delicious. Good flavor, hot and crispy. The sauce was ok. Nothing special but decent. Now the pho. The broth was good. Not fabulous or Amazing just good. There was a fair amount of rare steak and brisket. However, there was literally only one small piece of tendon and two tiny pieces of tripe. The tendon was only a half a bite?! The tripe, a bite and a half. The noodles were also slightly over cooked which gave them that slimy texture that's not very pleasant for me. I might be spoiled because I make killer homemade pho and we have 2 excellent places in our neck of the woods in the northwest metro area but at $10.50 a bowl, we probably won't be back here unless we happen to be in the area. read more

The grilled meats that come with it are very delicious. The star of the show is their homemade fish sauce.
