I am really happy with my experience here. I don't get my nails done very often so I never know what to expect, or where to go. (I don't have a "regular" spot, that's how infrequently I go.) I came here for a manicure and pedicure (both French) and ended up getting gel for both. They do offer regular polish too- which a lot of the local salons don't. He said typically they prefer to do gel for French because it tends to last longer- but he wasn't pushy about it at all and I didn't feel like I was being upsold for the more expensive service / product. I elected to do the gel. I came in at 1:25pm on a Thursday, there were only a few other customers. I was greeted immediately and asked what I was looking for. Prices were clearly communicated to me verbally ($65 for regular polish french manicure + pedicure, $90 for gel French manicure + gel French pedicure). I really appreciate the transparency of pricing because in the past, I have had other salons tell me one price and then been inconsistent at the end. (Or other salons have had confusing price charts that are inconsistent with the price I've been told at the end- not the case here.) I was out the door before 3pm, so about 90 min for both the pedicure and the manicure. Everything was clean and well maintained. The tools they used were sterilized. Everyone was polite and respectful. My nails came out beautiful. I wish I had asked for the name of the person who did them- for next time! My pedicure matches the manicure perfectly and was very well done, I just don't post feet pics on the internet for free. I would absolutely come back. Literally won't ever be back here. This nail salon flat out sucks. I made an appointment for 11 and waited 30 minutes to finally sit down. When I was talking to the man who was doing my nails there I told him I wanted an acrylic fill and to please shape them as almond. When he started filing my nails he made them sooo thin to the point they don't look right on my hands. My nails were already almond shape but I work on a keyboard all day to the point gets rounded over time and I just wanted to clarify it. While I was sitting there the man kept looking up and all around and never kept focus on my nails and he cut me on 3 fingers while he was using his drill. Instead of clipping off my skin on my finger next to my nail he used the drill for that as well and sliced me. That is a concern for me because my blood was on the bit....what do they do with other people?? My cuticles were not cut and there was no oil or lotion applied either. Was just all half assed. When it came time for my polish there was an issue as well. I brought a regular polish (not gel) to the table and I noticed he automatically got the matching gel number and started doing that. When I asked if there was a price difference he acted like he didnt want to answer it. He said yes but we only do gel fill in now. I have never heard of that so I mentioned that in the pamphlet it says acrylic fill in is $30 and then 'fill in' is $45. I said I want to make sure I only pay $30 for a fill (which is even insane as it is. On Long Island where I am from I paid $18) He got frustrated and just did the plain polish but he jacked it up so bad and it seem like he did it on purpose. 2 stars because of price and the nails were cute for my wedding, but holy wow my nailbeds are SHOT. I booked with Peter and got "July" instead despite being one of the first people in the door at 9:30, and she rushed through the entire appointment, cutting me multiple times (and she didn't seem to care that it made me bleed either). $75 isn't bad for this design but I definitely won't book here next time considering I'm going to have to wait months to even get nails again. read more

Best manicure and pedicure salon in Bristol. Staff is amazing and salon is so clean.

I have recently moved to Bristol and needed my nails done so I chose to go here. As soon as I get in the chair she asked if I wanted a pedicure and I said no and waited close to an hour to get my nails done while there where about a handful of employees sitting on their phones. After she shaped my nails out she told me the shape costed an extra $5! Then proceeded to use a gel base on my nails tried to give me a design which I refused and a massage for more money. I declined all and after getting my nails done I tried to go up to the front to pay and told me no and proceeded to give me a hand massage. The nails I got were one color and a full set and it costed $85! Never paid so much for the bare minimum. I waited forever and was basically scammed! Don't go unless you want to waste close to $100 for mediocre nails. read more

I went to this salon wanting black french tips but they gave me white nails. They were also super sloppy and the length was not even at all. There service was all right but there work is lacking. The vibe was alright the place looked nice but also a little weird. read more

This place is horrible after a week all my nails are lifting and the design that I paid extra for is peeling off. The man also tore my old nails off and one started bleeding. read more
