Avoid! Bad feeling overall after visiting this dealership on Saturday. Not sure where to even…read morebegin. - New Ram 1500 posted on their site for $65,799 with doc fee and tax should be around $72k or so out the door. They came out with a sheet that said $83k and change. ‍ - So from the start, talking/texting before I came in and asked for the OTD number, they were saying they are so busy and only have two managers that can't take the time to send numbers over the phone - that should be the one and only sign not to go to this dealer. But I went anyways. - Went in just after 6pm and it's a ghost town and I got a weird, cold, creepy feeling right off the bet. I know they close at 7pm or so but still. No one in sight. - Syed (I think) was the salesperson that came out after few minutes and was nice but seemed inexperienced. - Test drive, didn't really want or need to do it as I already drove a couple others at different dealership and at this point it was just about finding the right color/options and price. The weird thing for me was the salesman went with us on the drive and it felt weird as I've test drove and bought a few vehicles in the last 10 years and don't think I remember someone going with us in the last eight or so years. Felt a bit rushed and like an Uber driver, turn here, turn here and back to dealership within probably 10 minutes. But okay, let's get to the numbers. - Another guy comes out, sales manager or finance manager I'm assuming and brings out a printout of the numbers - mind you they could have texted or emailed that sheet before like many other dealers do and not wasted anyone's time. Website price $65,799 and right off the bet he says they've been having issues with the system or website and prices could be wrong. Same price it's been for a week and still is now. Just a bunch of bs and lying ‍ This size dealership can't fix the system pricing ‍ So like I stated before, with the numbers posted and confirmed earlier over the phone with some woman, should be roughly $72xxx or so out the door. Came out with $83k and said it was a mistake on the site. That's a big mistake with over $10k difference. - While waiting for the numbers, my wife asked for the key as she wanted to sit in the drivers seat. No problem and she went but then after a bit I guess the sales guy went outside while I was talking to the other manager. Not sure why but she thought and had a feeling like he thought she was going to steal the vehicle or something - Where I believe they make money/scam with uninformed customers is financing as they tried to push financing a bit few times and I already said I was approved through my bank but was willing to do Stellantis financing if it helps the deal or there are extra rebates. - Next thing I get is thank you for coming and a hand shake. No negotiation or anything, as they figured they were wrong and didn't even plan on trying. Not sure but that was just a weird interaction that even my wife said she's never experienced before. So for that I thank you, as my time is valuable and you already wasted too much of it with the lies/tricks. - Before coming to this dealership, well avoid it, so many better and friendlier ones around Chicago and suburbs. But if you must, get them to give you a complete OTD, out the door number/sheet with vehicle price, trade in, financing, rebates and everything listed. I broke my own rule and went in anyway, just to see the lies and waste my time. Live and learn everyday. - Bonus, $90k msrp truck and the tailgate or split part did not work. Isn't there a delivery inspection when you receive the vehicles to your dealership...? Friends told me to avoid Napleton's but their "low price" tactics got me to come out and have a new kind of experience that I never want to experience again. Live and learn ‍

Time for an update on my review of Lux Cars…read more.. Bottom line on top: AVOID LUX CARS LIKE THE PLAGUE! Here's why I advise you to avoid Lux Cars: 1) Sales rep Val Kats added on a $250 "interior maintenance" package to the invoice without asking me about it or even discussing it with me. 2) After I bought the car, my local mechanic found that one of the rims was bent and that one of the tires was significantly older than the others - things that a reputable car dealer would have found and fixed before selling a used car. 3) And here is the kicker: When I bought the car, it had a "clean" Carfax. When I went to sell it several years later, the Carfax report showed that the car had been in an accident. WTF?! Turns out the accident didn't get reported to Carfax until 4 months AFTER I bought the car. Looks to me like Lux knew about the accident (which would explain the bent rim) but withheld the info from Carfax until they could unload the car on a sucker. As a result, I took a bath when I sold the car, getting much less money for a car that had been in an accident vs a car with a clean Carfax report. I see lots of reviews on Yelp from people who had similar bad experiences with Lux. Avoid this dealership like the plague.

It is unheard of in this business about this kind of small, at home feeling type of company. He cares about his reputation and doing right for his customers. I am a passionate person and came off fairly abrasive because I expected to be ripped off or to haggle. But there really was no need. He was kind, calm, cool and just had a sense of authenticity about him. He was very calm and respectful. He answered all of my questions and I didn't really have to negotiate or bargain with him. He was able to really sell me a great car for an amazing price without the extra stress that you can expect at all the other car dealerships. This is where you go to buy a car, don't waste your time with other places because what ends up happening is other places will waste your time, waste your money and sell you sometimes not the best car. He's pretty close, he's in a good area and he's just a good guy Thank you for all of your help Adrian. I have attached a picture of my beautiful car.

Last week my 30 year old daughter's small SUV was totaled (no injuries thankfully). She is single & lives in southern CA.  A nurse at UCLA hospital,  she needed a vehicle immediately. She went to 3 dealers in her Santa Monica neighborhood. looking to buy another SUV. All 3 tried to take advantage of her dire situation with high pressure sales tactics, bait & switch, etc. Being so fortunate to know MARCIN AJDUKIEWICZ of LEXUS of ARLINGTON, we knew we could count on him -again! Our family & friends buy their vehicles from MARCIN AJDUKIEWICZ.  His dealership is the best dealership & the ONLY dealership for us. As usual, MARCIN returned our call immediately. We told him our daughter was looking for a  blue Kia Sportage with light interior, moon/sun roof out & of course all the safety features & she needed it shipped to CA ASAP! The next day MARCIN AJDUKIEWICZ connected us with  GM ALLEN GOOCH  of BOB RORHMAN KIA of LAFAYETTE INDIANA and his BEST salesperson LOGAN VANDEMEER. Two days later these 2 magnificent individuals found my daughter's dream ride! LOGAN VANDEMEER is THE ONLY person you need to see when looking for ANY vehicle in Indiana. LOGAN VANDEMEER was knowledgeable, professional, polite & most importantly empathetic to all our needs! LOGAN VANDEMEER was such a pleasure to deal with. Thank you GM ALLEN GOOCH, salesperson extraordinaire LOGAN VANDEMEER & the BEST finance manager BLAKE TERRY. YOU make a normally overwhelming experience painless & effortless! We now have another EXCELLENT dealership in our hands!  BOB ROHRMAN FOREVER!!!! Bob & Julie Pellegrino

STAY AWAY VERY DISHONEST SERVICE Consultant and manager. Horrible experience-wish I had filed a…read morepolice report. I took my car in for service May 7, 2026. They cracked my windshield and then insisted that I get it covered under my comprehensive insurance or through the extended warranty. There was no crack on the windshield when I brought the car for service. The service consultant, Alex Ramos, did NOT observe or document any cracks on the windshield when the car was brought in. Additionally, the mechanics working on the car also did not observe nor document a crack on the windshield. Therefore. upon completion of the service, when I took the car back, I was shocked to notice an approximately 6-8 inches crack on the passenger side windshield. I drove the car back immediately to the dealership. Initially, the service consultant agreed that he had observed no cracks when the car had come in and nor had he informed me or documented a crack on my windshield when the car had come in for service. However, after consulting his manager he started insisting that there could have been a chip that had become a crack when the car was put up and down for Service. Additionally, his manager insisted there could have been a crack when the car was brought in and that it hadn't been visible because the crack/chip was located at the bottom of the windshield where the area was black. And to make matters worse when I asked to see the pictures as taken when my car was brought in, to confirm whether a chip could have been there when the car was brought in. The service consultant, Alex Ramos, refused to provide me with the pictures-- he kept saying,"I can't show you the pictures right now." It wasn't until he took the pictures of the cracked windshield and downloaded them to his computer that he showed me the pictures. Moreover, he then proceeded to delete a bunch of pictures from his computer and when I questioned him about what pictures he was deleting he said it was his computer and that I should let him work on his computer. He then proceeded to show me the pictures that were taken after the service had been performed, and the crack was visible on the windshield as the pictures that were taken when the car was brought in! NON OF THE PICTURES WERE DATED OR TIME STAMPED. When I questioned him and his manager about it, they had no answer. Instead they kept insisting that I get my insurance or the extended warranty to cover the replacement. I had purchased the car and an extended warranty at Lexus of Naperville, another fraudulent dealership!! Therefore, I called Lexus of Naperville regarding the extended warranty the "platinum warranty" that I had purchased that was supposed to cover the windshield or so I was told at the time of purchase, however, I was informed that the extended warranty did not cover the windshield! At this point, I have opened a complaint with Lexus of North America. I am very upset!! I will also provide my insurance company about this.
