The place in general is always very clean which I appreciate, especially when there's cars around. While there are several choices of Mercedes-Benz dealerships all within striking distance of where I live. I would gladly come back here first before considering any other Mercedes-Benz sales dealerships. Another issue it had was the AC motor needed to be replaced because it was very loud. I took the car to Audi and they did an inspection and told me these issues/failures/faults have been there for a while so its obvious that Ultimo Motors never serviced the car but instead tried to hide all of these issues. When I first went to see the car a few months ago Ben pulled it out and parked it, by the time I walked out there, the trunk was already open, the ac was on full blast so I am assuming that these were known issues and if I didnt notice the trunk drop as it opens I wouldnt have asked any questions. Also since the ac was on full blast, we couldnt hear the faulty motor. I even purchased the extended warranty for $5500 and the finance person told me that it starts the day of purchase so when i told him about the issues i was having, he told me to take it to Audi for diagnostics and repair. Whe I took the car to Audi to get those issues repaired less than a month after i bought it, the warranty repair was rejected stating that there is a 45 day elimination period wjere the deslership would be responsible for any issues within the first 45 days! Ben stopped responding to all my emails and texts, but when i called the office line he answered and said hed let his manager know about this and that hed give me a call back. I never heard back from him, so I started reaching out the manager myself and tried to get them to pay for the repairs which amounted to about $2600 at the time for the ac motor, and door latch replacements. The manager offered $400 at first but after multiple emails he agreed to send me a check for $1000, even though this should have all been covered by them. DO NOT BUY from this unethical dealership. Worst experience of my life!

My jaw dropped and I told her I will never try again and walked out as she was raising her voice at me that I didn't give them a chance. Bewildering.

I asked to be transferred to services, I told the guy in the service department 5 times that I'd like my speed limiter removed. He's so uninformed and unintelligent that he kept asking me if I wanted my speedometer removed. It's amazing this guy even knows how to breathe. I clarified once again that I need the speed limiter removed. He said him along with his manager said they can't do it. That makes zero sense considering that the dealer is the one who ADDS it through the ECU and all they have to do is plug in their computer component to remove it the same way they added it. Holy wow these people are dumb. Guys, stay far away from this place. If you bring your vehicle here for anything I wouldn't be surprised if this absolute monkey just starts ripping out random pieces of your dashboard because he's probably in his 40s or 50s and makes a sub par wage working behind the counter of a dealership hahaha. I was there at 7:45am and all 3 service advisors were super friendly and happy for that early on a Friday :) I set up camp in the lounge to get some work done and after listening to the chef chat with other customers (again, both the chef and even the customers were all super nice and friendly) and seeing several people get some good looking food, I caved and got the French toast (it was great). I love that they don't try to upsell me. They said my car was in great shape and they didn't have any recommendations. I fully expected to have to replace my cabin filter because I'm at 21k miles and that's part of the recommended 20k service (which I didn't get). I would DIY that myself anyway, but they said everything is in good shape, so that saves me a bit of money for now. My only complaint is that I don't have memory seats because they always adjust my seats (even just for the car wash) and I can never quite get it back to my sweet spot lol. I'll keep that in mind for when I'm ready for a new car haha. I will always bring my car here and if/when I'm ready for an upgrade, I would 100% purchase from Fields. I'm just waiting for Lexus to offer another 0.0 or 0.9% financing special since I waited too long and let the my grad student rebate eligibility expire.

I purchased a brand-new 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ from this dealership, and it has been an absolute nightmare from the beginning. Since November 2025, the vehicle has suffered the same high-voltage failure FOUR different times. The first time, it left my family stranded in Indiana during Thanksgiving in below-zero temperatures after the heat stopped working. Most recently, the vehicle completely shut down on the side of the road in 90+ degree weather with my young child in the car. The latest repair required replacing the entire high-voltage battery, yet Cadillac's response is for me to pick the vehicle up for a FIFTH time just to see if the problem happens again. At what point does customer safety become more important than continuing to experiment with a customer's vehicle? I've spent nearly three months without the vehicle while still making my monthly payments. I've lost confidence that this vehicle is safe or reliable, and despite four documented failures, I'm still fighting for Cadillac to do the right thing. This isn't what anyone expects when they spend well over $100,000 on a luxury vehicle. I expected exceptional customer service and a company that would stand behind its product. Instead, I've received repeated breakdowns, repeated repairs, and repeated excuses. If you're considering buying an EV from this dealership, I strongly encourage you to ask how they handle situations when a vehicle repeatedly experiences the same dangerous failure. I could hear the exhaust system was no longer performing its intended purpose. They determined that my entire exhaust system needed to be replaced as well as a good bit of work that was needed on the brakes. These two jobs were not inexpensive, but I give them enormous credit for being very fair with their pricing and extremely pleasant to work with. These guys will tell you what's wrong with your car, tell you what they can fix and tell you what to skip or is not in their areas of experience. Just had my wife's car worked on there and my mothers-in-law's car looked over. Save me hundreds over dealer prices and again trusted people.
