Damage was severe enough that the car had to be towed. Fortunately, no one was injured. Fast forward roughly four weeks and I reclaimed my car today. It was exactly what I expected: impeccably repaired with a paint job--thanks to master painter and WBS owner Danny Avalos, Jr.--that matched the original finish perfectly. While four weeks seemed overly long, my insurance company's adjustor and appraiser were responsible for most of the delay. Throughout the process, shop manager Eric Villa keep me apprised. For me years ago repairs were easy, I just gave him the keys. If we didn't it, he'd send it off to someone and it would get done. We weren't a body shop, nor a detail place, but we knew people. I bought my SUV and there was a slight gap at the bumper after about a month, I did take it back and they just pushed it back. Never looked right. but it was okay. Well now this time I did it backing into a garage there was this wrought iron basket, not mine. My bumper caught it and it pulled away. It looked bad and couldn't be ignored. What's damaged, I don't know, do I need a new bumper because something got damaged behind it, again, no clue. I came across Carrectly, was impressed by the reviews, also was impressed by the pics of Dixon P's bumper repair. So I sent an email requesting a quote for the repair. Oliver replied fast with an accurate quote and information. He also answer all questions I had. I decided to give them a try. So glad I did! How much time is wasted on dropping off your vehicle? With them none, same for pick up. Yuri was so pleasant and helpful, I inquired about getting a detail, specifically the inside. It really needed it. He gave me some info, but said I should speak to Oliver. At first I was going to go mini, but then went full. When I inquired he told me what they do for each, there was no upsell, no pressure. I will say it looks beautiful. I also had them do some touch up where the paint came off. The gave the exterior a very good wash. I'm very pleased with the whole process, and recommend them highly. I'm proud to be seen with my vehicle again, instead of walking away quickly. You know how it is when you ride looks trashed. So glad I made this choice.

Many other folks had the same idea, so I knew this place was reputable (in addition to all its great online reviews) They gave me a call by 10:30am letting me know they could fix the whirring with a new belt. Also identified my brakes were at their end of life and offered to replace. Their quote for 4 new brake pads was extremely reasonable. By 1:45 my car was done being serviced and I went back to pick it up. Easy check out. No line. Very nice staff. A complete success. Definitely will use Ashland tire and auto for all future car needs and will recommend to all my friends
