They let insurance total my car out , now I have to fight with insurance to get my car back. now I have to pay VMA fees because insurance don't want to pay up, fees for ( ripping apart the car fee , yard fee , pull it out fee ) what kind of fees are these ? I had terrible experience at this place , I will Not recommend this VMA auto collision to no one. Not only they scammed you with part's , Rental's, insurance. Especially if you have full coverage on your vehicle. They just not professionals. They promised me 2 weeks repair on my car It turned to 6 weeks and they did not completed the job Painting the car , fixing few dents and scratches, took them 6 weeks!!! Come on ....and addition handles of my doors were broken, the switches for the door also broken or not working properly,hazard lights broken, windows guards broken also , they didn't replace them .. what a nightmare with this people ..... read more

My car was brought to their shop in late February 2023. Before work started a month later it was covered in auto body dust and the windows were left open. The work was slow in proceeding and the entire season of spring it still was not finished. The car was "completed" at the end of July. Five months of aggravation dealing with not so nice people who lied about the process. Having the car less than 24hrs. I struck a deer. The car was taken to a certified C8 facility which VMA is not, and the repaired parts and shoddy workmanship under the visible body work was discovered and shown to me. Had I not had the collision with the deer these problems and their theft of money and services would not of been revealed. Do not take your car to them they are outright thieves. Poor experience. VMA took over a month to simply replace a fender and refinish my wheels. The shop owner initially said it'll take less than two weeks for the job to get done. The job also wasn't entirely complete. They didn't fix a couple of scratches that we agreed on. The ladies behind the counter offer somewhat great customer service, but there comes the point where the job needs to be complete. I took my car to be fixed on front side driver door and if you know about paint jobs you know that you have to paint two doors to match the paint. They took longer than it should have and did not paint both doors. I had non matching paint. Also didn't notice at the time but when I went somewhere else to paint the whole side they noticed that the front door wasn't aligned correctly. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

If I could give VMA zero stars I would. After a horrible car crash i trusted these people with my car hoping that they would get the job well done. Unfortunately I was left beyond disappointed in every aspect. Not only was the customer service horrible the lady who picks up the phone is extreme rude and acts like im begging her for her services. The workers are also rude. After getting my car back and still hearing some noises constantly I decided to go to a different mechanic where they let me know that not only were almost all the parts that were replaced all used and the paint job was also done horribly. Overall it was a terrible job and i'm beyond upset. They charged my insurance for brand new parts and assured me that that everything was new and the car was in great shape when they handed it to me. My experience with VMA was nothing but a bad experience when I brought my Corolla in for work. To begin with, there were no real time updates on when my car would be finished. I had to call them and keep asking for updates. Along with that, there were a lot of things that did not add up. I bought my car in for front end damage however while my car was in their possession, I received a notification that my trunk was opened and my alarm started. I have a security system as well as GPS tracking on my car. What they were doing in my trunk? I don't know. But what I do know is that I was missing some tools that I hid pretty well, to be specific my 10mm and 1/4 drive ratchet. Along with that, I called the shop to let them know not to drill front holes for my front license plate on the new bumper. I was assured that none will be drilled. To be clear, I bought the car in with no front holes on my damaged front bumper. My front plates were hidden in my trunk with my spare tire because I do not run a front plate nor need to. I called to just let them know and to let ahead of time. 2+ months passed and I finally was able to pick up my car. The first thing I noticed was, FRONT PLATES WERE DRILLED IN!! How did they find my plates? They must have went digging in my trunk. I spoke to the owner and he started making excuses that his workers didn't know and how they already started on my car before they knew. To my knowledge, my car was not started on until about 2/3 days before I picked it up. How I know? Because I have GPS on my car. My car was parked about a mile away from the shop, which I assume would be their storage. And was not moved until a few days before I went for pick up. I was told to call/text the owner a few weeks later to come back for them to fix the bumper. Mind you not only did they drill holes on my bumper, they were drilled unevenly as well as a third hole that never should be there. It ruins the whole bumper and the look of the car. I messaged the owner seeing if he can provide a new bumper because I did not want bondo and all that to be put on a new bumper. He told me he can't and assured me that they will make it look like new. I agreed. I also confronted him about how my front plates were hidden in my trunk and not sure on how they found it and why they were going through my trunk. He started saying how I was disrespectful and that his guys would not do that and how they work on BMW, Audi, Lamborghini and all these high end cars. My corolla may not be a high end car or the most expensive car, but it is a priceless car to me that has no price tag. I never got a day or time on when I should bring my car back in to fix their mistake even after a few follow ups. To get to my point, if you can't treat a corolla like how you would treat a higher end car, then you aren't doing business correctly. I counted my loss and definitely will not be doing business with them no more, even in my high end Audi. If I can give 0 stars, I would. read more

So I brought my car here, thinking that they were going to take care of me Different then as the other shop I wat at would... they need to paint my car and powder coat wheels and fix mirrors and side markers ( few couple bucks they could've spared out of all the money they were paid from me & insurance... I told him my situation as the car was only there for 3 to 4 months at tops with Covid going on it took a while to get an estimate.they tried to put a lean on my car but didn't and I picked my car up in incomplete.. My mirrors are broken Side markers They stole my 300$ shift knob No defuser was put back on my car Gave me car back w a dead battery (battery was brand new) and told me they had it hooked up to a battery charger. BE WARNED. VMA is by far the WORST experience I have ever had with any kind of automotive facility. I've been in the automotive industry myself for over 15 myself. First, it took them nearly TWO MONTHS to fix the headliner, seat cover, seat foam, and dome lights of my car even though the insurance company paid them even before I dropped the car off. I was told 1, maybe 2 weeks tops to do the repairs. For the next 7 weeks, I was told every excuse in the book. "The insurance company won't approve the repair" when the insurance company had already paid. "Parts are on back order" when the parts didn't even need to be ordered because it was a custom reupholster job. When I finally go all the way to the shop to pick up the car, once I get there tell me "we couldn't figure out how to fix the lights." When I go to see the work on the seat, I find out they fixed the cover but didn't replace the foam in the seat that they were paid to replace. I ask why and they say "couldn't find one." When I inquire further, they didn't even look for one. The kid who seems to run the shop is the son of the owner. Has a real chip on his shoulder driving around daddy's Lambos. Guy yells at my like somehow his shops incompetence is my fault. The woman at the front desk just pretends she has no idea whats going on all the time and is completely useless. DO NOT trust this place with your car. period. read more

They actually opened up the shop on Sunday to take in my damaged vehicle and provide me a rental car. 2) Professional and very knowledgeable of the insurance claims process 3) Quality of the repair was excellent Negatives: 1) The shop apparently gets busy so it took longer than I expected to get my vehicle repaired. 2) In addition, it was difficult to get even a rough time estimate of when the car repairs would be completed. My experience with VMA from start to finish was amazing, beyond what I have ever experienced with any other body shop. Their work speaks for its self with the high end cars they deal with but not only is their work on the car superb, their customer service is without match. I walked in the office and immediately was attended too, all my questions were addressed, insurance company called, set up with a rental and on my way within an hour. I was so nervous about trying a new place!! I have a brand new VW Atlas. Stella and the girls are there to please and keep you informed. Stella has top notch customer service. After a few weeks my car was as good as new. You must be willing to wait and leave it for a few weeks. although the job looked good at first. paint match and the damage removal is first class. tonight I saw a paint ridge along the wheel molding, since the molding is removable why wasn't it. also two minor peels near this molding on the plastic flex bumper. since this car had only 1900 miles on it, I expected better. Had my front end damaged by a driver backing out from his driveway. VMA tow truck came on scene. Took my car to their shop. Did a fairly good job and when I went to pick up my car had a problem with the front hood. It was moving and not a tight fit. Told them and they to their credit fixed it. However they did not check out all the systems to see if they were working. It was still winter and had not used my AC. a couple of week after I had to use it and it was not working. Took the car back to get it fixed. Took all day to try to get it working, but they told me their ac machine was not working and will have to fix it. Took 5 weeks hear from them. Took the car back and was informed that my AC compressor was bad according to a specialist. They had to get approval from the insurance get the part and finally fix it. Meanwhile the weather got hot I'm driving with no AC. Took my car to my regular mechanic for an oil change told him the story. He checked it out and found out the fuse for the AC was missing. replaced the fuse and problem solved. Took all of 5 minuets. VMA could have saved me 2 plus months of aggravation if they had done their job right. Even if their AC machine was not working they should had sent my car to someplace to get it fixed. That is what you do to satisfy your customers. You don't leave them hanging for over 2 months. The AC specialist they sent the car should have picked up on a missing fuse. Which leaves me with the question, was the missing fuse missed or left out deliberately to get more money out of the insurance. It is this issue of waiting over 2 months to fix an issue that took my mechanic which I trust 5 min. that I give VMA a low review. I have no trust in them and would not go to them again. read more
