By far is the best customer service, everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable and will accommodate you at your own convenience, they do not over price especially when paying in cash and gives complimentary touch ups if necessary. I was in a car accident a month ago and was referred to VMS by my boyfriend. My car was taken to this auto body center on a flatbed tow truck (from Beverly Hills- it's worth the distance, trust me!) and I didn't see it until I picked it up 3 weeks later. Car Accidents are always inconvenient, but VMS made my experience pleasant. They started on my car a week later (waiting on the insurance adjuster). So it really took 2 weeks to repair and $7k in damages later.... my BMW looks better than it did before the accident!! How did they do that? The customer service is exceptional. So i had got backed up into and needed to take my car to a trustable shop. They were around the corner and looked like a high quality shop. Office looks nice. So I told Coco my situation and he helped me out every step. They communicated with me perfectly. Gave me a couple options and I'm glad they allowed me to go with OEM parts at my own expense. VMS auto body shop did a pretty good job on my car repair after an accident. They worked with my insurance company to keep the costs manageable to keep my car from being totaled. The customer service was outstanding and the best thing about this place allowing me to feel comfortable with leaving my car there. The quality of the repair process was average as there were a few issues that were not fixed to pre accident condition such as, paint doesn't match the rest of car, wipers dont work and the traction control light is always on. I wanted to have the paint done at another shop but was told that if you do the body work here then you must also do the paint here which seems strange to me, they said it was a liability but don't see how not painting a car could be a dangerous thing. These problems were not made aware to me after I picked up the car and tested things out once I got back home. Overall the car was fixed to were it was drivable so thats great but not restored fully to pre accident condition. Update. 8/27/15 Still having issues with the car as the work they did is falling apart, my car rattles terrible now leading me to have to get it fixed out of pocket at a different location. I got screwed over here, I can only assume since the other reviews are good on here that they take care of people that live local because they know they can come back to get it the car fixed but people that live out of state they do a mediocre job as they know they can't come back to see that the job is correct. I made an error in judgement driving in a low ceiling area of a mall on my trip to Vegas. I scraped the rooftop of "Elvis", my Toyota Tacoma. VMS did an excellent job! Elvis looks brand new! They estimated 6 days but it took 4 days. Their office is immaculate and the body shop area "operating room" is very clean. I noticed this when I brought in my van to have the antenna grommet replaced. You can see the operating room from a window in the office, which allows you to see how they conduct their business. They were going to wash and wax just the rooftop but when I went to pick up my truck, they actually had it completely washed and detailed. What a pleasant surprise!
