I'm certain at this point this location is nothing but a front for a much larger scale business.

Will not EVER BUY from Vocelli Pizza again. I am sick to my stomach about how the owner and his employees treat their customers. My family and I have been purchasing pizza as a dedicated customer for years. This STOPS today. We will spend our money where we are RESPECTED and treated like valued customers. Management's behavior at this store is completely unacceptable and bordering on discriminatory. After all, this is just poor business practices. When someone makes you aware that their order is incorrect or received cold- is it really worth it to argue with them? It's cost effective and better business practices to make things right so you send a customer away happy and pleased so they will return again. Instead my family was mistreated and told they would have to eat cold pizza. Really? After you take our money - you forget about standards of practice. No refund. Nothing. Unacceptable Vocelli Pizza. I will surely share my experience with anyone who will listen and I will surely never order pizza from here again. When you make things bad with one customer- know that - your losing others too. I have family in this area that will also boycott this store and I will share my experience with neighbors as well. Mr. Kim will lose MORE customers after this experience. And was it all worth it? Learn to treat people with kindness and respect- especially your hardworking dedicated patrons. I'm disgusted! This is the go-to delivery pizza place in Woodbridge. Their product is all-quality, which is reflected in the price. Totally worth it. Delivery is typically spot-on, calling-in can be a pain depending on which dude answers the phone. read more

I ordered yesterday (Thursday) from Vocielli's Pizza and the food was horrible. The pizza when it arrived was cold and bland. The regular Buffallo wings were way to spicy and the salad was so basic a 4 year old could of made it. There food is not cheap (around $35-$40) so food should be top notch. Spoke to Siad the manager the following day and he said that there was nothing he could do. No apology - no trying to make it right so this will be the last time I order with this place. Do yourself a favor and get a Papa Johns Pizza instead. You will save $ and it will taste better. read more

Prefer pizza here waited one hour , pizza came cold. Called to complain was told that I did not order from this location, called lake ridge location. Called lake ridge location was told ordered from Woodbridge location. Called back was told they could not do anything for me, went to store employees would not give their name. Horrible delivery service. Called in the order and after an hour I called the store & the guy said they were short staffed but all the pizzas were out on delivery. Waited and waited another 25 minutes and called back to cancel the order & the guy said "Ok I'll notify the driver" WTH???? Never ordering from them again, if this is the way they operate. As a note first and foremost, I have only ever ordered pizza from Vocelli's so I am not sure the quality of their other products. That being said, the pizza is fantastic and a fair price. We usually get the two large two topping pizzas (mushroom and pepperoni) and it totals around $26 with delivery. The pizza is wonderful and always perfectly cooked (no burnt edges or undercooked cheese). It is significantly less greasy than other joints, and we have only ever received compliments when sharing with friends. I removed one star for the delivery time. When picking up, we have had our pizza ready in about 20 minutes. Delivery always takes about an hour, sometimes more, no matter what day of the week. The delivery guy is usually nice, just quiet, and we have never had any problem with staff- though we have never had anything to dispute. Overall a great experience. Their website is also outdated. We live in a new housing complex and have been here almost two years, yet they still don't have our address on file- so we can't order online. It isn't a huge issue. It is just a bit of a pain, especially since we have wanted to try different menu items, but lost interest when the website booted us for not having a valid address. So I suppose I should say it is definitely easier to order by phone. read more

Best delivery pizza and subs I've found so far. Try the pepperoni/vocelli rolls and battered zucchini. My favorite pizza is custom: double chicken, mushroom, bacon, bbq sauce with cheddar and regular cheese. Wings were passable but not great. read more

This Vocelli must have the worst management in the food service business. I called to order food and was kept in the line for 20 minutes while ordering, not on hold, actually on the line as I heard the employee speaking to others and asking me to repeat my phone number 4 times. Once I ordered they gave me a estimated time of 40-65 minutes - really a 25 minute difference? Once the order arrived they forgot half of it. The delivery diver seeing my frustration said "yeah I'm about to quit". When I called to speak with a manager I was immediately placed on hold for over ten minutes. I then hung up and called back. When I told the manger what happened he acted as if he didn't care. He just told me that they were backed up with orders. He then said he would give me credit back for the items that they never delivered in the first place and again said they had many other orders. I explained to him the because they were busy did not mean they can pick and chose who or why they serve. He just said " I am giving you credit right now". When I asked to speak with the store manager or franchise owner he refused to give me the information. I am a very frequent customer of vocelli, but will never give them any more money. This franchise owner should be ashamed of his staff and their poor customer service. read more

I ordered a pizza last night and was very disappointed in how long it took to arrive. First of all, I live within a mile of the restaurant and it should not have taken 30 minutes from the time the pizza left the store to arrive at my house. The pizza was cold and not worth $25.00. I use to be a faithful costume and I ordered pizza at least 2 times a month but, this is the second time I have had this issue. I will not be ordering pizza from here again. I recommend other people to order from somewhere else or better yet, cook a frozen pizza at home at least then the pizza would be hot and worth the money. read more

I normally don't write, but once I sank my teeth into dinner I had to share my experience with the public. Order a delivery service and the customer service was excellent. Good to know a pizza has flavor, texture, and substance! Ordered a two layer pepperoni, pepperoni with mushrooms, and a Mediterranean Salad.....mmmmm so good!!! Sure this order was a bit more, but so worth the dinner purchase. I will no longer pizza from Pizza Hut, Dominos, or Papa Johns brands any more and will be a returning customer. read more

Ordered a small pizza with buffalo chicken and banana peppers...what arrived was a very burnt small pizza with buffalo sauce, mexican beef and banana peppers. Called the store to explain the error and was met with very poor customer service. The guy who answered the phone INSISTED that I ordered the mexican beef while I had the online order in front of me that clearly showed buffalo chicken. I attempted to have him understand that, just possibly, their online system wasn't communicating the correct item to their store but to no avail. All I asked was to receive the order I placed...instead, I received no apology and a berating from the rep who answered their phone that I was the one at fault. The only mistake I had in ordering today was choosing to order from Vocelli's Pizza. That mistake won't happen again, I can assure you. read more

Very bad experience. I did an online delivery order. Was suppose to arrive in 45-60 minutes. At the 45 minute mark I get a phone call that the food can not be delivered. I was offered a discount on the order if I came to get it. A co-worker of mine went to pick up. Once he got back food was missing. The wings that were ordered were suppose to be buffalo, had no buffalo sauce. The tomatoes in the salad were hard and not ripe. The Hawaiian pizza had bacon on it. When I called the store, the manager told me that he will have a delivery driver bring me the missing items. I wonder where he was when my order couldn't be delivered. read more

I am a fan of this location! More than the one closer to my house in Alexandria. I work in Woodbridge so whenever I'm there and want pizza I get Vocellis. The boyfriend put me on to this pizza spot. He always orders the chicken pesto pizza. We always get great customer service there. I order who when I have meetings or a large group of people with me. When I have these large orders the guys always help me take my food to the car. The salads and tiramisu are yummy too. The service is fast efficient and I've never been disappointed. read more

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would after experience I had today. It was so bad. The younger manger STEVEN, was so rude and mean to me. I literally was in shock at how he was speaking to me. I called in an order that I get very often, two lunch Strombolis and a pizza and I noticed when he gave the price it was high so I asked him to tell me price again, but I was driving so I just said ok I'd be there in a few. When I got there I asked why it seemed higher so he showed me bill which was rung in incorrectly. I ordered the lunch specials but he rung them in by separate toppings. 3 years ago when I first started ordering the Italian Stromboli (which has 6 toppings) I would modify it down to 4 toppings and the manager told me from now on to just order it with the toppings I wanted rather than modifying which made sense so I have been doing it that way ever since. Well this younger manager told me that is not how they do things. I told him I was only doing what I was previously told. I let him know that they know us well bc we order these at my job around the corner for delivery almost every week. I told him where I worked. His response was "nice try, they haven't even been open for 3 years" mind you my job opened in March of 2014. So I was shocked with how he said that to me. I asked him why he was speaking to me that way, and he said bc I have been trying to argue my order for 3 minutes now and I was eating his time, and that the order is already in the system so do I want it or not? If not, then leave. I couldn't believe it. I told him that he was being so mean and asked him why he is trying to make me pay more for less toppings. He said "you ordered it, did you not?" I said yes but the price is not right. I asked him to please fix it and that now that he is explaining that he is changing the policy and I am now informed I wouldn't mind paying that from now on after today but today I don't feel I should pay that much bc the manager told me to order it this way. I asked if I could speak the another manager or owner (maybe the one who told me to order this way before) he laughed and told me he would not give me someone else's contact info, and I said I understand that but maybe they could call me. He said I have been there too long now so either pay or go but that if i didn't buy it he would not be taking orders from me anymore. He was such a smart ass the whole time and kept laughing at me when I was trying to get him to understand where I am coming from. I didn't end up buying it bc of how he treated me. Ordered 2 pizzas online. One box was partially crushed and was not what we had ordered. Tried to call to at least let them know that one of the pizza's was wrong only to have the phone hang up on us once and then be on hold for 15 minutes but they finally answered. Manager said he will immediately send a correct one. We've ordered 4 or 5 times from them without issue. 4 stars because after the manager finally answered, he immediately took care of the issue. read more
